Iβve been a member for 3 years, and I only come for the 30+ menβs basketball on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. We have over 50 players who pay specifically to play basketball, yet weβre still getting less than an hour and a half of court time.
On top of that, tryouts and other sports are often scheduled during our already limited time.
When is this going to be addressed?
If this continues, why not consider extending the facilityβs closing hours to accommodate us?

The center is fine the ymc after school program is a joke. Kids bully kids attack them and nothing is done about it. I won't put my kids back there until they get someone who can really run the program. They need more help to watch the kids. It is a joke a free for all to do what ever they want.

Don't bother joining, unless you don't plan on using the pool.
Both pools are mainly used for children's swim practice. They only have two swim lanes in ONE of the pools available Monday-Sunday, period, and they're always taken. We specifically asked about the pool schedule before we joined, and we were told something totally different! Also, the slide is only open in the afternoons on the weekends...which also wasn't disclosed when we joined.

Iβm surfing the web looking for senior exercise classes. I took classes here off and on for years. Iβm sad to find this poorly maintained website. DECEMBER UPDATES? Cβmon! The person at the facility I needed to talk to has a voice mail message box that is full. Very frustrating. I know they can do better.

After participating in physical therapy, my physical problems actually increased. Classes at YMCA have allowed me to exercise without causing further injury to my hips and back. I am so thankful to be able to be out and about. My pain is diminishing now that I have stopped the outside physical therapy program.

I absolutely love our local YMCA! It's been a lifesaver. As a parent of a soon-to-be two-year-old, it's amazing to have a safe and fun place where they can burn off energy. I can either get work done in the lobby area or, even better, get a workout in peace, knowing my little one is having a blast. The staff is fantastic, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this YMCA to any parent looking for a great community resource!

Gym and courts look good.
Showers make you question if they have ever been cleaned with the grime and dirt going up the walls. Probably harder to clean the showers since there's only cold water.
Unsanitary is an understatement.

The YMCA has been an amazing place for my family of six! I get to work out and play basketball while knowing the kids are having a great time in the awesome kidsβ care area. The staff are always super friendly, and the customer service is top-notch. Itβs a fantastic gym, especially for families. If I had to nitpick, Iβd say they could use a bit more equipment, but thatβs just me being picky. Overall, we absolutely love it!

I go in the mornings, or I try, and Matt and Mike are there to greet people and it's so nice because it's the opposite of the rest of florida and the vibe (which is usually rude). The rest of the employees have been very nice and helpful and willing to work with their customers if there is a swimming event going on and someone is trying to lap swim. This place is just awesome overall. Nice facility, they keep it clean and well maintained. Thank you!!!

Beautiful state of the art facilities, modern design, appears to be rennovated often, very organized. Adequate parking. Great programs for everyone! Then, there's an amazing lady at the round front desk who deserves 5 stars for being just what the Y needs as a representative, she is good with kids the elderly and those in between. Then sadly, right beside her, another staff who gets zero points for her customer service efforts. So between them, it's 2 point 5 stars if we're talking about people skills, I'll have to round it off to a three.

I don't understand why this place is so expensive. My health insurance is paying for the membership, and I have to pay too because the total is $585, and my insurance only paid $500. I want my kid to be in swimming classes or basketball classes, and the membership doesn't cover that???? I have to pay for the classes too? So what is the membership for? For a gym and a pool full of teenagers? I'm canceling this membership.

I am very happy with the variety of classes offered at this site. The hours of the classes work well for me. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am always greeted by name when I walk in. I love the outdoor pool (can't take the chlorine smell of indoor pools) and the water exercise classes!

Loved it very much before but now itβs going down hill ! My little baby in the playground watched by the workers and tripped fell. Got huge swollen on his forehead. I went to the emergency with the baby. And none of the workers care or asking how was the baby. Even not the workers who watched him. They put my one year old baby with running around big ones together all the time ! No concerns for the babies safety at all !
