I've worked with a number of personal trainers, but Javed is the one that takes the cake. I had an upper body injury and later a surgery yet his attention to detail and ability to come up with personalized workout plan to meet my needs and work with my abilities was excellent. I worked with Javed on my personal training for about 6 months and despite me being a shy person and very insecure having people watch me workout he made me feel comfortable and confident in myself. He made sure to constantly check in to how I was feeling during each session. My goal was to learn how to do exercises safely and I learned a lot that I was doing wrong previous to this program. His personality is lively and fun which makes the tough workouts easier. I highly suggest working with Javed as he is very professional and cares about each trainee.
