30 years ago I was looking for a fun, effective exercise program. I found Jazzercise and have enjoyed every class since then. I became an instructor over 28 years ago and still look forward to learning new techniques and sharing them with others. Each class works all the major muscles and some my body tries to forget.
The support, energy and friendships are a bonus that can’t be ignored. You are welcomed and appreciated.

I attended my first Jazzercise class in February 1998 and was hooked. The combination of dance aerobics, paired with upper and lower body exercises, is perfect for me. I started Jazzercise when I was 14 and I am now 51. I love Jazzercise because you get a great workout in an hour that combines cardio and sculpting. I've done Jazzercise classes all over the country, but I have been attending the South Tampa Jazzercise Center for 10 years. Great instructors, challenging classes, and a wonderful Jazzercise community. You will leave class feeling refreshed and energized.

My world rocks with Jazzercise. It gets me going in the morning before work, makes me laugh and I know once the class is done, I am in much better shape. My days are always better when I begin with Jazzercise. The instructors are funny, they care and they make me work hard. As my brother says to me about exercise, "You just need someone to tell you what to do". We all need encouragement when it comes to exercise, but imagine a class of 15 people who encourage you and laugh with you and know your name. That is what Jazzercise is all about; at least in the 5:45 AM class. They know my Name and they care about me.

I started going to Jazzercise in April of this year and it has been so rewarding! The instructors are very engaging and care about you. The music is current and fun. I have definitely seen the benefits of attending regularly. I feel strong and healthy for the first time in many years. I have been to other Jazzercise locations and they are good but this one is GREAT! Unlike other exercise programs, I found this one the easiest to make a long-term commitment to improve my health and workout. Try one class. You'll love it!

This is the absolute best place to work out in all of Tampa! The instructors are all very supportive and full of excitement! The truly want the best for you and try to help you achieve it. They are also very knowledgeable in helping you to prevent injury, use proper form, and how to get the most out of your workout. I signed up in Jan. 2013 and have lost a total of 52 lbs. towards my 60 lbs. weight loss goal! I love the music, energy, and the non-pressure environment. I love it so much that I recommend Jazzercise to everyone I meet because I know they will love it too!
