As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
We specializing in strength training, fat loss, nutrition, diet planning, cardio, endurance, fat burn & HIIT circuit training.
I offer daily rates, weekly rates & monthly rates. Your session can be group or private.

For my entire life, I have been a fattie. I have tried every single diet known to man. From a juice cleanse to the artery clogging , high protein, meat sweat giving Keto diet. They work but they work in a way that working out wasn’t needed. Hundred pounds gone on Akins but I was in the worst shape of my life. That all changed when I hooked up with Coach J. Never have I been in this type of shape. I mean, I’m still a fattie, but I’m an in shape fattie. Hopefully; with more classes from Jeremy Davis Fitness, the actual shape will change. He pushes you like crazy and at times, I have threatened to give him a bad review on google or even thought about buying certain equipment in his gym, just so I didn’t have to see it anymore. With all that being said, he isn’t in it for the money, he’s in it to help people. And that is very very rare these days. You can trust me when I say that, cause I see a$$holes on a daily basis. Plus, I hate people but I like Coach J. And that says a lot.

Jeremy is super positive and motivating. First trainer I felt totally comfortable with. His workouts will knock you on your feet, but very soon you’ll be standing taller. He has an excellent private home gym and is opening a studio soon.

I’ve been an athlete all my life, so I have tried many gyms, classes, and trainers to stay in shape and having Jeremy as a trainer is by far my favorite.
I’ve been working with Jeremy for about two months now and he has already helped me meet multiple goals. In my first month I was down 10 pounds. Together we try to make new goals to work towards each month.
He is always motivating, positive, knowledgeable, challenging and FUN! He pays attention to every little detail to ensure that you are successful in your workouts and goals. His workouts vary daily, and I am always learning something new. If I don’t understand an exercise, he makes sure to correct the posture and explain what muscle group I'm supposed to be working.
Not to mention, my schedule is AWFUL while attending nursing school and working full time. Jeremy does everything to help work around this and make sure I get in at least 5 workouts a week. If I’m not able to come he will even send a text with a custom workout I can do on my own time.
Overall, if you work hard, you will get results! I highly recommend Jeremy as a trainer for anyone!

I have been working out with Jeremy for almost three years and the workouts continue to be new, challenging, and always FUN! We do a variety of boxing, weight training, HIIT and cardio. Jeremy is an excellent coach in the way he is diligent on form, the research he does on new workouts or specific muscle groups, and is always motivating. He is also great about setting workouts to the specific persons abilities, needs or concentration points. He loves what he does and it shows and I would highly recommend him to anyone for their fitness journey!

I was a member at another facility paying less but did not feel i was getting results. Met with jeremy starting workout out and there was days i was sweating, sore, and when i would grab weights he made me go up everytime unlike the other place. The soreness to me made me feel great because to me it was working!!! Best trainer i have had ever

Jeremy is one best trainers around. I worked with Jeremy before he opened his own gym. I needed to lose 40 lbs before my TIF/ Hernia repair and working with Jeremy helped me achieve that goal. Jeremy will not only help you physically but also mentally. His meal plans are also an added bonus.
