I had a reservation for the 8:30 AM class today, but unfortunately got stuck on the bridge and arrived 15 minutes late. I understand that being on time is important, but sometimes life happens and delays are out of our control.

At other studios I’ve attended, being a few minutes late simply means you miss part of your workout — not that you lose the entire class. You’re still allowed in and make the most of the time you have left.

At JetSet, however, I was not allowed to join at all. While I respect that every studio has its own policies, this experience made me realize that this one may not be the best fit for those with busy schedules or occasional unexpected delays.

It’s a great concept and a beautiful space, but a little flexibility and understanding can make a big difference for clients trying their best to show up.

I absolutely love Jetset studio! Every instructor is engaging, and the workouts are far more challenging than at any other Pilates studio I’ve tried. The energy is incredible, and each class pushes me in the best way. The front desk team is always friendly and accommodating, understanding that life happens and happily making exceptions when needed. 🌟

This studio has a terrible policy for clients.
First of all, you cannot cancel your membership earlier than 3 months. You are forced to attend for the full 3 months, no matter what. I only found out about this when I tried to cancel during my second month because I was moving across town. Nobody mentioned this restriction beforehand.

Secondly, if you are just 5 minutes late, they simply give your spot to someone else — even if you already had an appointment booked. They don’t call, they don’t check if you’re on the way — they just take your spot and that’s it. You show up, and your class is gone.

Tell me, is this a normal policy? I find it completely disrespectful to clients and honestly a ridiculous service. Definitely not recommended!

I can’t recommend Jenny enough as a Pilates instructor! She creates such a welcoming and motivating environment that makes every class something I look forward to. Jenny has an incredible way of breaking down movements so they’re easy to understand, while still challenging you to push past your limits safely. She went above and beyond to tailor to my injuries as well. Will def be coming again

The classes themselves are great, but the administrative side has been extremely disorganized. My credit card was incorrectly linked to another client’s account, resulting in duplicate charges that had to be escalated through my credit card company. Even after I cancelled my membership, I continued to be billed. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very difficult time reaching the Front Office Manager, Kaitlyn Grimail—she has been unresponsive and difficult to contact in a timely manner.

I have no issues with the quality of the classes, however, customer service is horrible. I really hate that we live in a culture where good customer service is an afterthought. I requested a cancellation through the jetset website via email, via text as a follow up, and finally had to go into the facility because noone was responding to me.
I then, finally got responses. I was asked to forward the email, which I did and was accused over never sending them and email.
Yeah... it makes no sense...why would I blow up your text messages, getting into my car and driving to your store if I never even requested a cancellation. I paid each month on time for this membership, the least this company could have done, with some integrity, is handle my request to cancel with care. No worries. I am working it our with my credit card company.
And yes, I did use foul language in my follow up email to them once they finally responded. :)

This is the most GORGEOUS Pilates studio I have ever been in! My husband and I were in town visiting, so we decided to walk over and take a class. We were so obsessed with the space, the vibe, the instructor, and the workout kicked our butts. We immediately signed up for another class for the next morning. Jenny was great, provided clear instructions and amazing feedback throughout the whole class. Music was a vibe, bathrooms were clean and the lobby…. Stunning. 10/10 recommend and would die to have one of these move into our area back home.

For those that don’t know the concept of JETSET, it’s the same founder as Solidcore - but when she sold her soul to private equity, she obviously couldn’t copy the original concept, so she created a second program with more movements and JETSET was born. The studio is gorgeous and I honestly like the open floor concept, the issue are the instructors and overall lack of training. There’s very little energy behind the coaches and that’s largely due to lack of supply of more seasoned coaches (most of the really exceptional coaches already work at Solidcore). This is not to say that all the Solidcore coaches are exceptional - I highly suggest you read the reviews to find the best coaches :)

I tried JETSET out last week with my best friend because Solidcore was closed, and we were both SO bored in class. The movements are largely the same as Solidcore, but a monotone low energy coach can really make or break a class. I also found that the segments are not as intense as Solidcore, which if you are looking for something not as “bootcampy” but still hard - this is probably a good place to build your base - then come over to Solidcore. If you like Pilates and want to try a megaformer class - definitely start here and see if the intensity is good. When you hit 25 classes, come to Solidcore and compare / see which one you like better!

Was so excited to take Pilates with my sister. Did some research and after a recommendation from my doctor, we decided to go to Jetset aventura. Sign up was very quick & easy online, I purchased 3 classes. Arrived to the class 15 minutes early, as indicted online since it was our first ever Pilates class. We arrived early, let the front desk know this is our first class, purchased socks. The instructor was standing at the front desk & she did not even greet us or explain the machine to us. The class began and she spoke about the direction of the room and a little bit about the machine. The class began promptly at 730am, & was moving very quickly. The instructor was walking around the room & NOTA ONCE did she come to my sister or I to help us out. A baboon could tell we were lost. I was speaking to the sister every now & then to explain what I thought we should be doing & I also just looked around & copied people. The instructor then had the nerve to come to me & tell me I was yelling in her class. I was already frustrated because of her lack of help & this just put the last nail on the coffin. About 5 minutes later, I got up & left. Did not even finish the class. A big disappointment to say the least. Train your employees better jetset

This was my 2nd time doing pilates and Yesenia was my instructor. She was so sweet and patient with everyone. She made sure my posture and form was good during each transition. Half way through the work out I was already breaking a sweat! I had done my first pilates class with club pilates and can honestly say I got way more out of it this time at Jetset. I used muscles I hadn't used before lol By the end of the workout my legs were shaking like Bambi. I'll definitely be coming back to another one of Yesenia's class. 💪💪💪👍👍
