I’m a Solidcore regular in DC and always trying different reformer studios when traveling. This studio and team in particular finally convinced me for Jetset. I’ve been taking jetset classes since ‘22, started at the brickell location. When I moved across the river into downtown late ‘23, was pleased to find a downtown location was opening. It’s now been 2 years and over 100 classes. Unfortunately, Ive recently moved too far but hope to find the same energy at a location closer to me. I’ll miss downtown jetset and will always recommend it to any Miami reformer lover. The ambiance is great and the music is fun. I always left feeling strong 💪🏽 For those who love an early morning workout I’d recommend my favorite instructors Bree, Haley and Juli(will seriously kick your butt).

I travel around a lot for work, so I am always jumping into different JetSet locations. Downtown is probably one of my top favorites. The staff is always friendly always welcoming. The front desk girl is absolutely the sweetest. Today we had a brand, new instructor, Sophia, she was interactive, sweet, nurturing, and motivating.

From the moment we walked in and left, we felt very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly.
The class with Keilly was fantastic. She was always attentive to each student's posture and movements to make sure they felt comfortable with the exercises. She also showed us each variation of all the exercises in the class according to our individual levels and conditions.

My favorite Pilates studio in Miami. The environment and community is very friendly. The workout not only challenges your body but most importantly the mind, to the point that it’s therapeutic. I’ve taken class with almost every instructor and no matter which one I choose I’m left beyond satisfied. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking downtown is super pretty. ps: If you go to a 6am class you will be able to see the sunrise light up the studio. Studio aesthetically pleasing to look at. 10/10 experience for sure.

I never write reviews, but this was the worst pilates class I've ever been to. I've been doing pilates/yoga for 15 years, and JETSET Downtown was an astonishingly bad experience. The space is crammed and difficult to access, but that would've been fine if the instructor (Helga) wasn't so unprofessional. I noticed that some of the reformer stations were not properly set up, including someone next to me who had to ask for equipment mid exercise. There was virtually no demonstration of movements and most of the people in my class spent the entire time stopping/looking confused. The worst part was the instructor snatching springs off my carriage without consent when I was mid-movement. When I told her that the resistance was fine but wasn't exactly sure what the movement should look like, she knelt down and whispered to me that I was "disrespecting" her. She spent the rest of the class bullying me, including trying to force me to do a specific pushup variation after I told her I have a permanent wrist injury. After that, she would just passive aggressively shout out to the entire room "if you have a wrist injuries, stay on your forearms". There was no structured cool down at the end, and she closed the class with several condescending remarks to the newcomers - many of whom looked uncomfortable. I can't imagine being a beginner to pilates/reformers, because this experience would make me afraid to try it ever again. Fortunately, I'll just go to the more professional studios in my area like Form50.

I took a class with Ava while staying in Miami on vacation, and loved it! I’d never taken a JETSET class before, so she took some time before class to explain the equipment and basics. The studio was nice and easy to find with the information listed online and in the text they sent me before class. The class was challenging in the best way and Ava gave options to make the moves easier or harder. I’d definitely recommend trying this studio.

I paid for a class via ClassPass and was excited to see if I wanted to become a member of this studio. I arrived to downtown about 10 minutes before my class. I quickly realized there is no parking anywhere. I ended up parking 6 blocks away for $20. While trying to find parking I called the studio and no one answers. I called twice to inform them that I was parking. I finally get to the class and the instructor says she gave my spot away 5 minutes after the class started. Their policy is a 5 minute grace period even though they provide no parking. The instructor says she’ll call me back after the class. She never called me back. This was the JetSet Reformer class at 1pm today 4/3/2025.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Pilates studio. When we arrived on time for our scheduled session, we were unable to enter because the door required a code. There was no prior communication about this, and we were instructed to download an app to get the code. After wasting five minutes downloading the app and creating an account, the code wasn’t even available.

To make matters worse, the app stated we weren’t signed up and were instead on the waitlist—this after receiving an email confirmation of our booking. The $28 payment had already gone through, yet we couldn’t access the class. We tried calling the studio over five times for assistance, but no one ever answered.

This entire process was a waste of time and money. Poor communication, unresponsive customer service, and a clunky booking process made this a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this studio to anyone.

I come weekly because the burn you get is amazing, but I wouldn't say it's beginner-friendly or classic Pilates. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try this studio out due to the parking situation. I arrived to the location 30 mins before to find parking because I understand downtown is impossible but literally the only parking remotely near the place is $30. And if you miss your reservation they charge you $30 anyway so I will never be trying to go to this studio again after spending $50 plus gas driving around looking for parking to receive nothing no service what so ever in return.
