Joëlle is an amazing coach! I train with her twice a week for strength training, but she goes way beyond that. She designs my entire running plan for half-marathons, gives me nutrition tips, and adapts everything to my goals. She’s always on time, super motivating, and somehow makes you work really hard without you even realizing it! After just two months, I’ve already seen real results.
And the biggest bonus for me: she speaks French 🇫🇷

I hired Joelle as a personal trainer during my month-long stay in Pompono Beach this past January. We met 2x a week near the beach or at my Airbnb. I really enjoyed working with her! She was communicative, motivating, friendly (but strict when it comes to working out!), and personable. She was also flexible on scheduling which I appreciated because my schedule is always changing. Would highly recommend Joelle as a trainer and I'm hoping to take advantage of her virtual options while I'm back home.

Joelle is an excellent personal trainer. She has been my swim instructor and coach for a few months now and I can see that I have made significant improvements. I had a swim trainer in the past that didn’t help me much. Because of Joelle’s patience, ability to analyze my form, determine the requisite changes I needed to make, and provide me guidance and encouragement, I’m more confident in my skills and am going to try to do some competitions. She knows how to make the lessons fun and challenging without over doing it. She also is careful to take into consideration an issue I have from a previous spine injury. I love that I can reach her through the workout app with questions any time and she always responds within a reasonable time. I love the workouts that are designed to do from anywhere.
