I’ve been working out at Johnny O’s for just over a year and there’s no gym I’d rather go to. Every workout I have there is fantastic whether it’s in the group classes or on my own. The rare find of an outdoor gym program was the reason I joined this gym. As a retired person, I found the program to be welcoming and inclusive. The instructor, John Dufault, accommodates diversity and provides challenges for all, with dignity and expertise. The program is very strong and varied, but the true strength of this place is the ambiance of acceptance and respect for everyone.

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year now and I really love it! The group classes are super fun and always keep me motivated. All the coaches are great, especially Rhema. She’s so supportive, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. One of the best parts is the big outdoor terrace, such a great spot to work out and get some fresh air. I went to Johnny's O's because my university gym was closed. This was the best thing that could've happened. I called an asked about a day pass and their front desk associate said new gym goers get their first time for free. I inquired about becoming a trainer there when I arrived and the front desk employee was super friendly and helpful. I spoke to Johnny himself and he was also very generous. Now the facilities -- absolutely phenomenal. LED lights going on the inside with fabulous murals of famous athletes. The gym has everything you need on the inside and the outside is arguably even better. Plenty of space for sprinting, HIIT circuits, agility training, etc. I told Johnny himself, if I could build my own gym, I don't think it would look much different than Johnny O's.

This gym was a gift for my daughter. A tween going through the natural physical and mental changes of life. We had tried other activities to get her motivated and moving, but once she tried Johnny Os youth program she was hooked. Like a moth to a flame. Hands down one of the best gyms. My son attends the Youth Sports classes and it has been a fantastic experience. The owners have gotten it right with their staff. By far the best gym I've ever been to. Prices are reasonable, staff is super welcoming and helpful. The equipment is great and the facility is beautiful and ALWAYS clean. Just starting using this gym recently and its probably already my favorite one that I've been to. All of the staff is extremely friendly and the owner himself is a really nice guy. The weights, bands, etc are always put back where they should be and are not just laying all over the floor like other gyms. They have a nice outside area to workout also with different type of equipment when you're bored with the day to day grind of just lifting dumbbells' and barbells. Very clean and just an overall good vibe in there. Would definitely recommend to anyone tired of the big chain gyms.

This was one of the best gym experiences I've had in a long time. My mom and I were visiting Florida possibly looking to move and had been to one other gym that was good but nothing compared to Johnny O’s. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home which says a lot right off the bat. My mom took a lower body class, she hasn't worked out in 5 months and although it was challenging Johnny was so encouraging to her and made sure she felt okay throughout the hour. Johnny O’s is an excellent gym with super facilities for indoor and outdoor training as well as well trained staff and a fun, collegial atmosphere. I’ve been working out here with my personal trainer for several months and I’ve enjoyed every visit. Johnny is a super guy and I highly recommend Johnny O’s Gym to everyone.

This is by far the best outdoor training studio in south Florida. Inside you have an old school feel with newer machines. Literally has everything you need. Best for functional training, sports performance and body building style. You must check it out.

Johnny Os is my second home. When I moved to south Florida I had nothing i had no friends, no family, no gym. I moved here after a bad divorce trying to start my life over and things were very hard for me. I was struggling with my business and getting it going it seemed that things were hopeless. Then I stumbled upon Johnny O’s. Johnny and the gym become my family a safe place for me to train and start my life up again. I come from a Sicilian family so family is very important to me and Johnny O’s gym is just that FAMILY. They treat every member like family and welcome everyone into the gym with a no judgement and allow everyone to work and train from all different fitness levels. I’ve been apart of many gyms and owned my own as well and the key to a successful gym is culture. Well the culture at Johnny o’s is unmatched and it’s such a wonderful environment that keeps people coming back and retains their members because of the quality and high level personal care they provide. The gym itself is a Mecca and is the most explosive and dynamic place I’ve ever trained at. Johnny himself goes out of his way to encourage everyone and motivates all his members as if they are VIP’s and It’s absolutely genuine and from the heart. Finally a gym worth paying for in the Boca area. I signed up for this gym last weekend and after a week I can confidently say this is a great gym and much better than the two others I was a member of (a year each) previously. The gym has something to offer for everyone no matter what your goals are and Johnny makes a point to emphasize health and find out what your goals are as a person when you sign up. In just one week I have seen Johnny at his gym multiple times checking in and working with his clientele which is refreshing to see and shows he knows exactly how well his gym is doing and what could be improved on.

Equipment wise this gym has an excellent variety. If the indoor portion wasn't enough, the outdoor portion offers what I would consider specialty equipment compared to the inside including sleds, tires, extra power racks, a punching bag, and pretty much any training equipment you have ever run into. Atmosphere is also nice with loud speakers filling the warehouse and the colored lighting keeping it well lit but not harsh and although this gym is not your typical LA or Gold's, it also does not lack in the cleanliness department. Wipes are provided all over the gym in addition to staff cleaning (which I have seen happening both in morning sessions and night sessions). Ventilation with AC, multiple fans, and open warehouse doors is also kept a high priority so the gym does not smell like a shoe locker either.

Overall very well done by Johnny and staff, I am happy to have joined this gym and sad that I did not hear about it sooner.

Came by on a Monday night to check out the gym. My fiancé and I are into gym hopping so we’ve literally gone everywhere in Boca. This place is awesome! Johnny and Alisha were so nice and welcoming to us. Really cool vibe with great music and awesome lighting., lots of great equipment, cool people. They have an outdoor area also which is really cool. Another great thing is that it was SUPER clean and there was a lot of space between the equipment in there. We will definitely be back!!!

This is a top of the range multipurpose gym. I was impressed to see there was an outside training area for sled pushes or any outdoor conditioning that athletes might prefer.Would definitely recommend this gym for all looking for a top quality gym in South Florida. Music and atmosphere is amazing.

The most community based gym i have ever been to. Everyone is supportive and kind. Good vibes. If you are looking for a temple or shrine or what ever your gym is to you... look no further.
