I hit up Jon a little over 3 months ago because I wanted to get ready for a Cancun trip I have coming up this month and I can’t tell you how amazing I feel after working with him. This guy really knows his stuff and he breaks it down really well for you to understand. I feel great, I look great, and I’m excited to see where my fitness journey expands on in the future. I started to work with Jon last fall and he has helped transform my weight loss journey from a slow and grueling process, to easy consistent progress. Not only does he help out with workouts, his coaching and knowledge in the health industry is very valuable to me as he shows how to run through the workouts but explains what and why we are doing the exercises. He has helped me lose over 35 pounds over the time we have worked together, I’m very grateful to have found him.

I personally do not train with Jon. But I am at the gym training while he is working with other clients, so I see him often. I am impressed with his level of dedication and professionalism. He is always engaging not only with his personal clients, but with other people at the gym - like me. He has amazing advice and I would very much encourage anyone who is looking to improve their fitness level to reach out and call Jon. I’ve seen the results from his training, and it’s good!!!!

My husband and I have been working with Jonathan since June. We had different health goals in mind and we wanted to be on a better fitness routine. I wanted to lose the extra pregnancy weight I had gained and feel confident in my body again. I’ve always had a pilates and yoga background and have always been intimidated by weight lifting. Never thought it would be something I would be interested in. Working with Jonathan has changed my mindset and I look forward to my workouts each week. When I first started I could barely squat a 45 lb bar and now this week I’m working with 95 lb. I have become stronger than I ever have been and continue to see myself progress. I highly recommend hiring Jonathan as a personal trainer/online coach. We’ve been working together since September and I’ve been able to accomplish major goals thanks to his guidance. I’m down 17 pounds, yet I feel stronger than ever. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me. He’s patient, understanding, and forgiving! He’s also dependable; we have a check in every Monday but whenever I do have questions or concerns throughout the week, he responds in a reasonable amount of time. Deciding on working with a personal trainer can require quite the consensus. Making the decision to train with Jonathan was an answer in and of itself. Initially, I was embarrassed to embark on my personal fitness journey due to a multitude of factors, but Jonathan's experience, knowledge, and adaptability to his craft and framework unequivocally provided me with the ideal push to get going.
Jonathan is unlike the "industry plethora" of personal trainers, as he studies the strategics behind fitness, and helps his clients apply the foundational steps necessary to build the "fitness mindset." In my time of training with him, I have not only been trained physically, but I've been taught mentally.
It is relieving to work with Jonathan, as his ultimate goal is not only train you, but to teach you. Tearing through the physical barriers and breaking down the roadblocks of life become easier with Jonathan's integrity and understanding of what life and fitness really mean. So thankful for Jona! I trained with him for 8+ years. He was not only a trainer but a friend! He taught me how to deal with my fears of the gym and strengthen my mind along the way. He encouraged me to learn to be able to apply his trainings in the future on my own. Today I am able to apply his teachings and go to the gym confident in my abilities. I’ve been working with Jonathan since July 2022. When I walked in that day, I needed help. I wanted help. I felt terrible, mentally & physically. I was diagnosed with high pressure & pre menopause. Jonathan took the time to get to know me and immediately customized a plan to fit my short & long term goals. Jonathan took the time to walk me through step by step of what the next several months would look like. Answering all of my questions (I have a lot of questions) Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field. I have lost weight, lowered my blood pressure, eliminated several side effects of menopause and transformed my body. Not only have I built muscle, he has helped me build self confidence that I never thought I would have. I am not the same person (mentally or physically) that walked into the gym in July. I have been working out with Jonathan for a few months now and I look forward to coming back to the gym every single time. I absolutely love the one-on-one time, which helps me with my accountability tremendously. My best experience so far. I was relatively new to fitness when I started with Jonathan. Having some medical issues like pre-diabetes and high blood pressure. After loosing 50+ pounds I’m actually in my best health status so far and moving forward with my physique. He helped me understand about nutrition and fitness like no other trainer before.
