At Journey Within Studio + Crystal Shop, we’ve created a space for people to come home to themselves. Through movement, breath, sound, and ceremony, we invite you to slow down, look within, and begin—or deepen—your healing journey.
Whether you’re joining us for a yoga class, a sound ceremony, or just stopping by for tea and crystals, everything we offer is here to support mindful living, inner growth, and a deeper connection—with yourself, with others, and with the earth.
We are more than a studio—we’re a community. A space to grow together, hold space for one another, and remember that transformation begins within.

This is my favorite studio and Yogalates with Kimberly is the best! She truly is a great instructor who keeps everyone motivated and I always feel rewarded going to her class! It’s the perfect amount of stretch and spice!

Really love this studio. It’s peaceful, the classes are great, and all the teachers and staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. There’s also a nice space upstairs to relax and have tea. I go all the time and always leave feeling better than when I came in.

I cant say enough good things about this place. It's such a welcoming and inviting space that your soul feels at ease. Just the right medicine for a stressed, busy person. The classes are amazing and the instructors really love what they do, and it shows. They offer many workshops as well, which are all fantastic. Love coming here to connect to myself!

Such a welcoming space 💓 I loved everything about it the first time I was there! Amazing instructors, organic teas you can enjoy before or after class, and the lounge is sooo cozy and comfortable. Everything is so well taken care of, feels like home!

Did a healing reiki sound bath for the first time tonight with Kiki, and my heart feels so full. My nervous system was a knot before this class, and I feel like I’ve been smoothed into a butter. I love the energy in the studio, I absolutely will be back. Thank you so much🩷🙏

Journey within! Your one stop shop for all the yummy heart felt needs. They offer medicinal tea - gut support, third eye opening, womb care, & more - upstairs where you can lounge & mingle with community! They are a beautiful little crystal shop with some jewelry & incense/palo santo/sage. Movement classes every day, sound healing, & even beautiful energy work like Thai body work, reiki, chakra healing & more! The staff is so lovely & welcoming, you can feel the vibes the moment you walk in. They even offer different avenues of workshops, whether it’s herbalism or sacred ancestral medicine….. a beautiful portal. Happy to have such a community here on the west side of FL! <3

If you’re looking for a studio with heart centered classes & community you will find it here. Your time is not over when the class stops. The welcoming tea room upstairs is filled with healing medicine and connection. You will get more than what you are looking for in the best ways.
Highly recommend checking out especially if you are new to yoga.
