After years doing intensive workouts - including CrossFit training/coaching - I met Kyle while having significant injuries. Injections and doctors weren't helping. My confidence took a big hit as I couldn't even lift up my own 4 year old kid. Kyle taught me so much! Primarily, Kyle taught me to strengthen my weaknesses/injuries rather than avoid them. By the end of my time with Kyle, I had regained my strength, made significant improvements in technique, and - most importantly - felt great again about my health moving forward. Kyle really was a life saver regarding my physical and mental health - I recommend Kyle to anyone looking for life/confidence in these areas!!!

Kyle is fantastic! After 3 kids and an old knee injury I came to him unable to even do one sit-up. Fast forward to almost a year later and my whole life has changed. I have my core strength back and I am overall stronger than I was in my 20s. Kyle will meet you where you are at and he will adjust his program to meet your goals and needs. If I could give 10 starts I would!

Kyle’s knowledge is extensive.
