I work out here and Ryan is an amazing trainer. Instead of just going to the gym and doing the same workout over and over again, Ryan has a plethora of exercise routines that help you get to where you need to be. Usually also concluding the sessions with breathwork I highly recommend you check it out!

Great place with even better people. John, Ryan and Sydney are great trainers that really care about the clients and their well-being. I had disk replacement surgery in my neck a year ago. John Brown has worked me and developed a plan to strengthen my body and helped with my recovery. Iβve never felt better or stronger. They have individual or class training...something for everyone!

I just moved to the area and planned on taking classes at several different places. However, the results I am seeing with the kettle bell class are amazing! The instructors take their time to really make sure you understand what to do. I don't plan on looking anywhere else and I am sticking to this program!

Since joining Kaizen a few months ago, I am stronger, more energetic, and all around feeling my best. I'm a 60 years young female and really enjoy the ever changing AND challenging yoga and strength classes. John, Ryan, and Sydnee are so great with their interest in you, their awareness of functional movements, and guidance as you progress through the workouts which change daily... John and Ryan at Kaizen run an amazing fitness studio. Focussing on stretching, kettlebells, and body weight exercises, their workouts are fun, challenging, and always purposeful and unique. They really pay attention to how their students are moving and correct them when needed to ensure proper posture and alignment. Highly recommended!

John and Ryan at Kaizen Fitness Systems are a great team. Their training style and ever-changing line-up of exercises keep the workouts interesting and challenging. John and Ryan always have a specific warm-up that prepares us for the main exercises so we get a great work-out and stay injury-free. I completely trust them to continue challenging me and encouraging me to build strength, flexibility and mobility.
