Could not recommend Kasheta BodyFit enough! After training with Jason for quite some time I found that those sessions became the highlight of my day/week not only because of the level of service Jason provided, but also the environment he works hard to create at the gym. The relationships I was able to build with those in the same shoes led to early mornings of laughter, encouragement, and walking out feeling mentally and physically better than when I walked in. Jason truly goes the extra mile for his clients. Working with me post surgery, post injury from a car accident, and so much more. A little context: I have always been active but I felt like I needed something more in my training. My routine felt aimless and unfocused and that's when I found Jason. I've been training with him for almost 2 years now so I thought I could finally write this review .

I will say Kasheta BodyFit is definitely for all skill levels, but not for everybody. This man brings a level of commitment to your progress that is both challenging and rewarding. He knows the science and the proper techniques to get you to where you want to go.

I have been training with Jason for 2.5 years now. Previously, I was suffering from fibromyalgia, but thanks to his careful approach, my back pain, particularly in my tender points, is almost gone. Jason has found effective ways to strengthen my muscles without inflaming my tender points.

Jason is awesome! I love that he assesses each client to see their weaknesses and malfunctioning parts before creating individualized plans. I struggle to push myself past incorrect form so it was different to allow it to happen.

I never imagined myself where I am today and I would have never been able to do it without Jason’s help. I was the kid who brought a doctors note to school so I didn’t have to run the mile, who never went anywhere without my inhaler, who NEVER played any kind of sport. After the pandemic and some health issues arose, I wanted to make a change. I started first by getting up and trying to go to the gym by myself, but I didn’t have very much success. My form wasn’t great and I found it hard to be consistent. I did some research and found Jason and it was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself! In just a year, the experience for me has been transformative all around. I went from using my inhaler once or twice a day to hardly ever using it. Jason is an awesome personal trainer. He lets me and my husband work out together (and separately if schedules don't fit). No two workouts are ever the same routine. And he pushes me to reach places I never thought I could. He's also a really nice guy.

I started my journey at 330lbs with a 50+in waist, and so out of shape it was painful. But Jason never judged me when I started. He just made me work hard! I have managed to complete workouts I was POSITIVE I couldn't possibly complete at my age.

I'm 240lbs now with a 40-42in waist, and stronger than ever. I have an old pair of 52in waisted pants to pull out when I'm unmotivated.

Still working hard with him. And I'm able to run and play with my dogs, run up stairs without dying, and maintain stamina better than ever.

After nearly a decade of being mostly sedentary, I decided that I needed to get back in shape - to look better, but more importantly, for my health and longevity. I was nervous starting out (How will he think of me? Will I be able to keep up? Will I be embarassed?). I'm in my late 40s and have had a number of injuries. As a result, I had 2 primary concerns. Will this new trainer have any idea how to train older men, who don't have the same capacity as 20-somethings? And, will he be able to push me enough, but not too much to injure me?

I've now been working out with Jason for almost 2 years and can say without a doubt that I do not regret my decision. Jason is amazing at what he does and has a much (much!) higher level of understanding of the human body and how to train it to meet the goals that you want to achieve (compared to other trainers I've looked at or talked to others about). I often ask him why we're doing something or doing it a certain way, and he always immediately answers and explains the why. I've built trust in him (which was easy to do) and I've seen such incredible progress since starting. He's always been very open to my feedback on how something feels and seeks feedback to ensure we don't do something that will injure me. I no longer have concerns about working out and being out of shape, at almost 50 or injuring myself. Jason has helped me meet goals and we continue to crush personal records. My husband and I have been training with Jason for just over 2 years now - and I am forever impressed with what we have been able to accomplish with Jason's help. I am able to lift more weight than I ever thought possible, and am continually surprising myself with what I can accomplish. It's all thanks to Jason, and his unwavering faith in my abilities - even when I don't see it right away.

One of my favorite things about Jason is that he can find the balance between what you MENTALLY think you can't do, and what you PHYSICALLY can't do. There have been more times than I care to admit that he has said, "I think you can do it, let's just try" after I have told I can't do something...and then I go on to complete the exercise/have to go heavier. Also, being a klutz at heart, Jason has been really helpful when it came to rehabbing an injury while still putting me through a complete workout, and tailoring the workout to meet my restrictions.

Honestly, as much as I love to give Jason grief (if he doesn't roll his eyes at me at least once during a workout, was I even there?), I can't recommend him enough. I call him (secretly) the Chameleon because Jason is able to figure out what motivates you - tough love, words of encouragement, sarcasm or sass - and he can change his entire demeanor based on the client he is currently interacting with. He will push you (and your buttons), he will encourage you, and he will help you achieve any goals you set for yourself.

Where my other trainers seemed to be making it up as they go, Jason has a plan and provides the guidance and resources for me to execute that plan. Jason is a fantastic trainer. We hired Jason after my wife and I had our second baby. We immediately felt comfortable with Jason and his knowledge of fitness and the body. We obviously had to be cautious of who we picked as our trainer and had to make sure they understood her limitations being only 10-12 weeks out from giving birth. Both my wife and I have seen tremendous changes in health, ability, strength and over all just are better and healthier. 5 Stars.

P.S. He is a great babysitter also while he is killing us!! Good guy all the way around..
