Kelly Bryant Wellness uses yoga, Pilates, and other exercise modalities to help you accomplish your fitness goals. But beyond just teaching you to exercise, I also layer in the mental and emotional support you need to overcome the hurdles that stand between you and your biggest goals. I teach group fitness classes, lead workshops and events, offer private training in-person and online, and provide an online studio.

Highly recommend Kelly as a trainer; she really knows her stuff. She is down-to-earth, practical, and very easy to talk to. I took the Reclaim 90-day postnatal program with her and would recommend it for any new mom. Kelly gave me the boost I needed to get back in an exercise program after baby!

I was extremely hesitant to jump into this program. I was about 8 months postpartum with my second child and had already taken a couple of postpartum recovery classes in the past (with my first child). But, I hadn't seen a whole lot of progress in my body. I felt like I would be 'stuck' with the changes that my body had made for the rest of my life so I'd better just live with it... It wasn't until one of my friends who had gone through training with Kelly called me and said, "You HAVE to sign up with Kelly. IT WORKS". I knew after hearing my friend speak about her success that I wanted to at least give it a try. It took a couple of weeks and lots of questions for Kelly for me to start to see a difference. Then, around week 4, I started to really see some HUGE improvements. It gave me momentum and I charged ahead and did everything Kelly told me to do. Now that I have finished the program I can tell you that IT WORKS. I have NO back pain now when I pick up my child. NONE. And, my core is SO much stronger. I find myself using the techniques that Kelly teaches throughout my day to day life. Kelly is so knowledgable in this area and I 100% trust her. I would recommend that EVERY postpartum mama take this course. DO NOT live in pain. You don't have to!!!! So thankful for Kelly!

Immediately fell in love with Kelly's approach to believing you can do the thing and actually doing the thing. So helpful to have a one on one approach to talk through thoughts I didn't even realize I had surrounding my births, eating, and exercise habits. I walked away feeling inspired and ready to commit to my own wellness. She had great, direct recommendations to start implementing immediately. We’ve been practicing Yoga with Kelly for 4 years and using her as our personal trainer for a year. We can’t say enough great things about Kelly and her services, style, caring, and customizations for our particular needs. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The video classes we’ve been experiencing 4 times a week (since COVID-19) are also totally meeting ours wants & desires!

This experience was more than I could have hoped for. I had doubts about what could be accomplished in just 2 months in a remote online course. The format of the course kept me on track with weekly homework assignments and live workout classes. Weekly coaching calls allowed us to interact as a group and share tips of how to prioritize our daily routine to make room for exercise and breathing. What a difference it made- no more aches and pains, noticeable strength in my core and pelvic floor and visibly improved posture. I have had both pelvic floor PT and lower back PT but trust me when I say these sessions paled in comparison to the knowledge and strength I gained from just 60 days with Kelly. Every mom deserves to feel this good after having a baby.

Kelly’s yoga stretch class changed my life. I had been plagued by a very cranky shoulder for over a year. Her exercises have led me to a pain free and happy existence. But that’s not all. Both Kelly's in-person and online studio instruction are second to none. She really knows her material inside and out, and it shows in all of her classes. She explains the mechanics of each movement clearly, as well as the WHY behind the exercise, which is what helps keep me going even when all I want to do is hang out in child's pose. If you're looking for more than just another "workout" or more than just a regular yoga class, I highly highly recommend Kelly.
