I can’t say enough good things about this yoga studio. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The teachers are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and attentive—they always take the time to check in, guide, and support each student. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, making it feel less like a studio and more like a home away from home. Every class leaves me feeling balanced, comfortable, and the most important HAPPY... This is truly a special place, and I’m so grateful to have found it.

What a wonderful space, I participated in a gentle yoga and sound class and was amazing. Kristen did a great job guiding the class and left there feeling refreshed. Not my first experience with sound bath, instructor was knowledgeable and experienced, will be returning.

Attending a restorative yoga session led Kristen and another person sound bowls. Great space! Plenty of parking, and the studio itself is wonderful. It was a great calming session and the owner made you feel so comfortable! She has a great voice for leading meditation work.

Keystone Yoga is a beautiful studio with a dedicated and knowledgable owner. Kristen is truly invested in her yoga practice and studio and it is apparent as she leads her practice. She explains the process and makes me very comfortable as I work through the practice. She offers a variety of different classes and workshops, all of which are worth checking out. Something for everyone!

I am a new Yogi to this practice but in two short months I have seen a huge difference in my flexibility and balance. Since I started taking classes at Keystone Yoga I have had no pain from my fiber myalgia and have been able to stretch deeper in my joints including my hips that have arthritis. The teachers all are wonderful and give you the encouragement you need to motivate you to think out of your comfort zone and try new things. Kristen the owner of the studio makes you feel like one of the family. I totally recommend this studio for beginners through advanced Yogis. There is no wonder why Kristen’s studio was voted “The BEST Of The Best” people’s choice award for 2023.

After almost a year of regularly attending classes at Keystone, I have found flexibility and strength that I haven't felt in years. Kristen and Megan are wonderful teachers that guide each class with a warm and calm presence, always giving opportunities to take a pose a step further when I feel ready. I am so happy to have found the Keystone Yoga studio.

It's a completely calm, peaceful, nonjudgmental welcoming atmosphere in the class. Kristen runs a great yoga studio. I have recently had back surgery, and chair yoga is about all I can do at this time. She will assist me as necessary in the poses that are difficult for me. There are other classes for more advanced yoga but I'm not there yet.

From my very first visit Kristen and her staff were so patient and educational! As a “newbie” who decided to take the leap, a friend recommended KEYSTONE YOGA and I couldn’t be happier! Even after the first intro class, I knew I made the right decision! They offer so many choices and I can’t wait to try them all

Not many guys take yoga classes, I was one of those guys that had no interest in yoga, I viewed it as not being active or challenging enough. I was wrong.
I was looking for a way to improve my well being and health through exercise, I used to be pretty active in my younger years, but I've torn both my Achilles and my knees are pretty worn out now, so aggressive sports are a thing for me to avoid.
I signed up at Keystone Yoga, really not knowing what to expect, (I had only attended a few yoga classes before).
My first class was a men's yoga class, Kristen the owner and one of the teachers was welcoming and not intimidating at all, she showed me where the props were, told me what I needed etc. (they have mats, straps and blocks for you to borrow).
I must admit, I did struggle during my first class, it humbled me, I was not as strong or flexible as I thought I was, however I do love a challenge.
I signed up for unlimited classes for 30 days, and took as many classes as my schedule and body let me, I think I tried almost every class at least once.
I entered with an open mind and made sure to make time for my health, I found that yoga made me more relaxed overall, I slept better and felt happier.
My breathing improved as I have scarring in my lungs from covid pneumonia, my lung capacity isn't as good as it once was. I noticed I was getting toned and stronger, and slowly my flexibility was improving.
Don't worry about not keeping up with a class or not knowing what to do, the teachers keep an eye on you and will offer you different variations on moves that you may struggle with.
Some people worry about people watching them during the class, that does not happen, everyone is so focused on what they are doing, to even glance at the person next to them. Also the studio locks the doors and has privacy curtains to stop anyone from looking in.
I've learned the thing about yoga is consistency, doing one class once in a while is good, but practicing yoga as often as you can is even better, your body becomes efficient at what it does the most of. So if you are sitting at home watching TV your body will adapt to that, whereas myself since I was practicing yoga 2 to 3 times a week, I was getting stronger and more supple, I also noticed an improvement on balancing on one leg.
I also recognize that I am lazy and won't do exercise without instruction, doing yoga in a class setting works for me, so I don't give up (I can see myself at home trying to do a yoga video and giving up as soon as move that takes efforts comes up).
The teachers at Keystone Yoga are knowledgeable, supportive, encouraging and understanding, they make Yoga fun.
The hardest part about yoga is getting to the class, (not the physical part but the mental part of leaving the house and getting your body there) once there and doing the class, your body and mind will thank you for it. Fight that anxiety and tiredness making you stay home, its hard leaving a comfy home, I know the struggle.
I recommend trying out all the different classes and times and figuring out which teachers style suits you and your schedule.
Dedicate 30 days to changing your lifestyle, it may be for you, it may not. At least you tried.
It took about 4 or 5 classes before I started to get used to the studio, that newbie nervousness is normal and will wear off, I promise you.
I'm going to continue practicing regularly, I'll write another review in a year or so, to keep you updated, and to also to keep myself accountable, that way, I'll have to keep going. I'm looking forward to what yoga will bring.
Invest in your health you will not regret it.

I have been going to the power flow Tuesday classes consistently. I have seen progress in my own practice and I’m pretty sure it’s because of this class. Kristen is an amazing teacher and she makes the flows super fun! I always feel so good after taking her class.

I have attended both the Thursday evening beginners class and the Morning Flow. As a yoga novice, I need guidance to ensure that I am getting the greatest benefit from the poses. Kristen does such a wonderful job of gently coaching individuals that she sees struggling without making them feel like they’re being singled out. The beginners class, in my opinion, is amazing even for those that have experience as it provides time to reflect, meditate, and release any toxic/negative energy that you may be holding on to. If it’s a more rigorous and challenging class you’re looking for, her skill set will NOT disappoint. Classes are for all skill levels, but she will encourage you to push yourself by making small adjustments to the poses that increase the difficulty.
