New gym and new location. Gym is still old school, but smaller unfortunately. No locker rooms, showers, or boxing equipment anymore. However, it has PLENTY of weights, machines, free weights, etc for your needs. Owner is respectful as well and strives to keep to it clean. I recommend this gym.

My wife and I are big fans of this gym. Plenty of true weightlifting equipment with a big selection of selectorized, plate loaded and free weights. Plenty of cardio as well. My personal favorite, plenty of steel plates. No playing hide and seek for plates or attachments. Clean. Friendly staff. We enjoy it very much.

Great gym! In today’s world of busy chain gym that are overcrowded with kids on cell phones or people without any gym etiquette this place is a gem. Old school vibes, lots of good equipment, clean, safe, affordable, great owners, and never too busy that you can’t do what you want to. Gyms are supposed to be therapeutic, this gym allows you to train at your own pace without distractions. When you leave here you feel it both physically along with the mental clarity that a good gym should offer.

Hands down, the best gym in the area. The owner is very knowledgeable and personable and eager to answer questions and provide advice when requested. The gym is always clean and the equipment is always operating in excellent working condition. Also, the gym has that old school feel with an amazing variety of equipment. When the gym moved to Fort Pierce I looked at some other gyms in the Vero Beach area to keep my drive short, but none could hold a candle to Kings Gym, so I drive from Vero and it's well worth it!!

If you’d like to get a complete workout, I’d recommend a different gym. The older crowd can’t seem to understand that during busy hours w/ lots of people, Don’t talk on the phone for 20 minutes in between sets!! and use more than 1 machine at a time, and then act like you’ve done nothing, but all you’ve is hold people up from going through their workout. Happens every single day!!

The members are friendly. I go here because it's close and convenient. I will continue to do so unless there is another option. The membership price, although recently increased to 35 and change per month, is still reasonable. They take Silver Sneakers too!!! Ladies bathroom is acceptably clean. It is under new management and they seem very nice! Management is very friendly and always greets me with a genuine smile and hello. Some of the equipment needs a bit more "deep" cleaning from what I can see.

Fantastic gym. Used to work out here over 10 years ago. It was ok back then but the new ownership has definitely made a difference. It appears that everyone has good gym educate that works out here and there are no stupid rules. Overall this is a gym in the purist and best form. It’s not special with a bunch of gimmicks. Just what you need and want. It’s also available for use 24/7 which is a must for any gym these days. No excuses to not get your workout in. Give this gym a try if you’re on the fence about it.

I have been going to this gym since i was a kid. I have always enjoyed this gym because its the only one in Lakewood Park. They could really use a stair master and some new treadmills but overall i cant ask for a better gym. Also it's open 24/7 which is a huge bonus and I believe that all gyms should be like that.

The kings Gym is the best King gym I have had use since Conrad which we miss, but we are very gratefully that we still have a gym to workout with the new owners. They keep 100% percent clean. They always look around if is anything to be clean. I trust on them that they will keep the gym perfectly clean. I’m allergic of dust and I don’t have any allergies from the gym at all. They are awesome owners and I pray that they stay and be strong.There is always someone that likes negativity. I like to be positive. If anything I could do to help them I will they are very nice people. Do you have the guts to run a gym like that ? Very difficult. So all my respects for my friends please. Thank you. Go kings!!! I've been coming here for about 4 years. The old timers share a comraderie that feels good & everyone is serious about their workout. But it had changed management like 3 times and the place has gotten so darn dirty that you can see the grime built up on the machines. Its quite nasty.. I'm looking for another gym.

I've been a long time member of King's Gym under the old and new management. This is one of the only true gyms on the Treasure Coast. It's a No B.S. environment where you can sweat, grunt, and get your workout in. Great place to focus on your fitness. BTW, Tabitha and Conrad are great!

I called and spoke with a friendly, knowledgeable female about the gym a few days ago. When I stopped in over lunch, I had a completely different experience.

Since the gentleman on duty was much more interested in the sandwich he was consuming than showing the facility, I walked around myself. After seeing what appeared to be equipment in poor repair, I returned to the front to ask the still eating “attendant” about some equipment I didn’t see: power rack, deadlifting platform. His response was, “No. You don’t look like you deadlift anyway”.

After restraining myself from responding with “..and you don’t look like a fitness professional and seriously need nutrition guidance” I left.

This gym has declined sharply in the past year or so. It’s filthy and smells like mold, has a ton of equipment that is broken and left unfixed for multiple months, the ac goes out occasionally, and there is hardly ever anyone working to renew your membership if you choose to do so.

Good clean straightforward gym open 24 hours, if you are a member and get there after hours and everything is dark just go in the gym will reactivate if the lights are off and it detects motion. I was there late on 4th of July and thought that the gym was shut down but it was available once I slid my key card everything came back on.
