I am enjoying my experience at Kingz and Queenz fitness. The trainers and very helpful and the classes are for anyone from beginner to advance. Every time the trainers are doing something new, I love the workouts. The environment is positive; the people I train with are friendly and open to helping me as a new person. I never enjoyed working out until a friend recommended I try a class, I truly love this place.
