Excellent gym, just like in the old days! You have all the machines you need to train your more than 600 muscles! haha.
It's truly incredible. The space and variety for your workout are totally efficient, not to mention the impeccable service. You feel like you're in a super familiar and friendly environment from the moment you walk in until you leave.

Kodiak Fitness is an overall great gym—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a solid mix of both new and classic machines. Whether you’re into strength training or cardio, they’ve got everything you need. The entrance has recently been redone and looks super modern, which adds a nice touch when you first walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—huge shoutout to Martina! She’s always fun to chat with and brings such a positive vibe to the place.

BEST GYM IN ALL OF SUNNY ISLES not only is it spacious with countless machines and weights, there is miles of cardio equipment that is all super up to date. If that isn’t enough they sell countless supplements and my fav protein bars of all time, barebells. (Fav flavor is banana caramel) the lighting is so good here too for all pics and stuff. To top it off the employees are so nice and treat you as if you are family no matter if you have a 3 day membership or a lifetime, you are family to them. One employee that stood out to me most was Martina, she learnt my name on the 1st day I came and never forgot it. This gym is goated 10/10

I have been a member for many years. This is a true gym with so many opportunities to work out. Personally, the Spin classes with Oscar are the best in the industry. No standing and modeling here. People are here to work out and connect with others who care about their bodies and overall health. I would be remiss to not mention Zach at the front desk. He has been here as long as I can remember and one of the nicest people you will meet in your life! You will love this gym!!

I love this gym. Is the only one I have stuck to my plan of working out for the longest time and the reason is mostly because they have a super convenient location and machine availability. Also, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, even when you have gone there for a few months already, they always welcome you with the same happiness and warmth every time. We love our local gym! We love the owners. When they bought it, they gave it a new life. The staff is so friendly – thank you, Zach and Martina! And recently they brought in some new equipment, which was really nice. Their 2nd gym opens soon!! Kodiak Gold! We can’t wait. All new Skelcore equipment, cold plunge, normatech, classes, so excited! All you need to know about this gym would be that the trainers themselves do not rack weights.
This is a gym were everyone is very self absorbed. Selfies, tripods, groups
Of women taking up every piece of leg equipment. Trainers sitting on equipment not using it. People not reracking anything…dumbells, barbells, etc.
Olympia is a much better gym.
Edit: the business wrote that this isn’t factual. If you go to this gym, look to see if weights are put away, trainers sitting on equipment and lots of people recording themselves. Don’t forget the groups that takeover equipment.
All you need to do is go and you’ll see this yourself.

An absolutely amazing gym. Great weight selection for heavier lifters while also offering an array of fitness classes and equipment for beginners or people with advanced levels of training.
Zachary and Martina are awesome front desk staff who will make sure your needs and fitness preferences are attended to and that you are comfortable and at home. The attendees are awesome as well, super friendly and supportive.
This gym is aesthetically pleasing and the sauna is a fantastic way to punctuate an overall magnificent gym atmosphere and experience.
Although I’m all the way from Toronto Canada I look forward to returning very soon. 5/5
