The facility is actually really nice. The culture is one of the worst I have seen. Free weights are unorganized and scattered all over the gym. If members put their weights away it would be a decent gym.

Very disappointed at the maintenance, a yearly fee is paid and monthly I installments are paid to have up to date tech or at least clean equipment, sanitation is very important in a gym, and it's a shame they took down the bally totally fitness, because that was the best gym and had reasonable price, and that's why I didn't sign up after the 3 day pass my friend gave me

The cancelation policy is horrendous, you cant do it in the app or online, you need the 5 digits of your billing info, your account info given by la fitness, then they better be open to the public monday through Friday. Not friendly and it should be illegal to make it that hard.

Mi esposo acaba de salir de ahí y sufrir creo q la mas horrible de las experiencias en este pais con la injusticia y la falta de profesionalismo...el pago un primer mes y al otro dia fue y cancelo porque decidió ir a uno mas cerca de la casa...dias después le cobran el anual y después de haber cancelado al instante ...el dinero es lo de menos ...cuando el va al gym a preguntar por que si el había cancelado al momento le atiende betzy ...una muchacha q no sabía ni lo q iba a decir incoherente con las explicaciones cuando el pide hablar con la manager karla ella va y habla con ella primero...el le reclama q debieron habérselo dicho ...e incluso la manager con respuestas vanas defendió el mal trabajo de ese lugar por parte de la muchacha de la mesita....señores ...el dinero siempre va a hacer menos importante q todo ...y otras no tanto porque es nuestro sacrificio pero q falta de respeto y q descaro ...q mal sabor de boca y mal rato uno pasa por no poderte explicar las cosas por no decir las cosas claras porque trabajan mal ....yo iba a empezar ...no lo haré y por supuesto creo q a mi esposo no lo ven mas nunca por ahí....descarados

Not sure about making my payment again!
So disappointed, last times i went to the gym had a argument over a machine! People sit there on their phone for 20 min when some of us have only 2 hours or less to work out! Gym needs rules towards that and the organization! Weights are everywhere! Come on LA keep it classy! Some of us are paying $50 a month for a gym thats impossible to work out sometimes! Is unfair!

Good gym. Good eye candy. Limited cable machines and squat racks. A lot of treadmills if you’re into cardio. They do not have soap dispensers in the showers so bring your own soap and shampoo.

Ronny was extremely helpful at the front desk. But, unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. The weight floor was the most unorganized weight room I have ever seen. Dumbbells everywhere, by random machines, on the floor, mix and matched in all of the wrong places on the weight rack. None of the bars are rigid bars, so not good for anyone moving over 225lbs. There wasn't a single clip for the barbells in the entire gym, also not good for people moving weight. No functional area such as turf or a sled. Multiple machines were out of order. Overall, not a great experience.

This gym is the closest to my house, so I come here often. I enjoy how knowledge the staff is, and Laura helped me understand the pilates program being offered...think I might go for it. Sometimes, the bathrooms have been dirty but recently they've been keeping up with it.
