terrible customer service. I was told on the phone Id be able to use my free pass on the day as well as use the gym. When I got to the gym the man said its only a tour.... Why do I need a tour of the gym without being able to use it afterwards? When I showed my dissapointment, the man said "you have very bad attitude" like what?? I am upset that I came all the way just to see the gym, I was never rude or insulting. Not professional or solution oriented. I left the moment I got this comment and will not be joining the gym.

The bad reviews are accurate , was just in today thinking of switching gyms. Asked for the three day pass and was turned away from it (just come in and try it once and then we can see). Bathrooms smell like pee, crowded at just the middle of day, can’t imagine evenings. Sauna full. Weights are a mess and limited- mostly all tiny weights, pool is under construction. Mentioned via health ins, Was told if I want to come back again have a membership or pay $20 drop in . What about the 3day pass? Said they had my membership(La bought ballys) from 15+ years ago. Haggled back and forth -stressful- that I want to try it out first - it’s like they did not want a new member. Done deal. Bye. Not worth the headache.

Nice Gym!
Just very misleading, felt dishonest and cheated when it was time to cancel our 4 memberships. All sorts of loopholes and excuses to cancel 1 person but not the other. They "cancelled us" but then sent an email that they didn't so they kept charging us because WE DIDNT CALL THEM BACK?

Anyways, they have no interest in returning clients and long term relationships. (It's clear from the other comments)
Lesson learned - terrible experience - wouldn't recommend unless you plan to pay for a membership until you die - maybe then they'll stop charging you, only after they squeeze 1 more month out of you because "1 month out, that's when it expires"

Still waiting for the pool...(6+months) which was a deciding factor for us to sign up and were guaranteed it would open in the next few weeks. No explanations, no apologies no compensation, no refunds - just kept charging us despite not setting a foot in the gym in the past 4 months (moved to another state) - despite having called and cancelled in person.

I've been going to this gym for a long time, and ever since Juan S. Became the manager the gym has improved tremendously. The environment feels friendlier and welcoming. The facility looks clean, organized, and well managed. The staff is very professional and is constantly walking around the facility ensuring everyone is safe and gym equipment is available and put away. The manager himself (Juan) has set the bar very high. He is very professional, friendly, and readily available to any concerns any members may have. He is very attentive to all members and staff. The gym overall just looks and feels better.

My experience at LA Fitness was honestly terrible. They didn’t even give me a proper tour probably because they didn’t want me to see how many of the amenities and machines were broken. On top of that, the staff actually tried to grab my phone to rate the gym themselves right in front of me. I had to take my phone back from the front desk, completely unprofessional and invasive. The “special deals” they promote in person are the same ones available online, but they make it seem like they’re giving you something exclusive. It’s clear the focus is just on taking your money, not providing a good experience or honest service. The marketing is pushy, the customer service is poor, and the overall vibe is just sketchy. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I not someone who wasted time leaving reviews, I feel bad for people who aren’t aware they are being manipulated

Having an indoor pool that was open late and helped accommodate for tropical weather patterns that can interrupt outdoor swimming was the entire reason I joined LA Fitness in early 2024. It is understandable that the pool needs to be closed for occasional repairs and upgrades, but to keep it closed for a year with no information on if and when it will ever be open again is sloppy and unprofessional. It is also disrespectful to dismissively and without apology tell customers that there's no problem here since LA Fitness has other pools - located at polar opposite ends of the county. I think weekly about cancelling my membership but I heard it is challenging to get that accomplished.

It's kind of nuts that this gym can be simultaneously so crowded and yet the equipment so run down. Where are your membership dues going?

Also, the "special" deal they tell you they will email you after you do the guest pass is just the same membership as what they offer online.

It's fine, but there are a mess of other gyms in the area that you can get a better deal with.

Jeff at front desk is incredibly rude. I came in this morning to do the 8:30 AM class on a guest pass and I insured with two people yesterday over the phone (one was Jeffrey) that I would be able to just walk in as I wasn’t going to have time to do a tour or anything like that and if I like the class, I was just going to sign up for the membership.

I was previously in LA Fitness member for over 10 years. I came in this morning and Jeff told me that I need to connect with the manager before I can activate my trial pass, which I signed up for yesterday. I let him know that I already spoke to two people yesterday about this, and that they all said that it was OK for me to just go into the class because they would not be there to do whatever needed to be done on the backend to activate my pass. The person I spoke to yesterday who works the front desk, said that he was going to leave a note at the front so I didn’t get hassle this morning.

The manager doesn’t get in until 9 AM and I told them that I’ve already coordinated all of this with somebody previously to ensure I can go into the 8:30 AM class which I am now missing. The girl at the front desk was actually really nice and helpful, however, Jeff was incredibly rude and is the reason I will not be signing up for LA Fitness.

We really need to work on how we treat people. As a business owner myself, I would be mortified if somebody on my team spoke to a potential customer how Jeff spoke to me today. When I asked him what his name was, he proceeded to tell me “none of yo business”. It wasn’t until the really sweet girl at the front told me what his name was.

Overall, the complete disregard for customer experience and guest pass process is a deterrent to join. I’m noticing half the reviews here describe similar experience. I’m surprised they haven’t corrected it yet.

Might as well go to planet fitness. Most of the amenities that distinguish this gym from lower costing gyms are inoperable and have been so for months. The pool has been inoperable for months, the Jacuzzi has been inoperable for months, several machines are inoperable or just plain raggedy and should be inoperable. Heart rate sensors don't work, cant pause your workout because buttons don't work and some have been this way for years. Alot of the machines are antiquated, even compared to other La Fitness gyms. Showers are inoperable and filthy causing you to have to bring your own cleaning supplies and have to wait for people to come out of the shower because there aren't any available and the shower curtains have several different unknown substances on them and are torn in most cases. The sauna does work, however that is often filthy as is the restroom area of the locker rooms. I have to sanitize my shoes after leaving the area because Lord knows when the last time bleach touched the floors. This gym used to be one of the better La fitness gyms now it's Straight 🗑️ at this point.

I paid $85 for a 7-day guest pass at this LA Fitness. A few days later, I was fraudulently charged an additional $63 for an annual membership I never authorized, never signed up for, and never received notice of. There was no receipt, no email, no agreement, just a random theft from my account.

I phoned the corporate LA Fitness office directly. After reviewing the transaction, they confirmed it was completely unauthorized and have escalated the matter as fraud. An investigation is currently underway.

Inside the gym, the experience was just as unacceptable. The sales staff was hostile, dismissive, and combative in person. Zero professionalism. Zero help.

The facility itself is in terrible condition. Multiple machines were broken. Many are missing cables or attachments entirely. Weights are scattered everywhere with no order.

The locker room reeks. Showers are unsanitary and neglected. This place is unsupervised, unclean, and unfit to operate.

This is not just an overpriced, poorly run gym. It’s a bait-and-switch billing scheme with decaying infrastructure and employees who don’t care.

Do not sign, swipe, or walk into this location unless you’re ready to dispute charges and call corporate to clean up their mess.

Most of the team is nice, but there’s a female manager who’s new who is really rude and does not know how to do anything with customer service.

When I was standing at the front, she indirectly spoke about me to the staff and told them that I could not stand there instead of just directly asking me not to stand there. I had no warning just an indirect aggressiveness toward me and someone blatantly talking about me which I could hear.

This is not how you treat people who have been coming to this gym for more than 10 years. It’s also Why this is my least favorite LA fitness in Miami Dade. The people suck.

I visited as a guest with a friend to see if I wanted to switch from my current private gym and the experience upon arrival just was not it.
The young man with curly hair at the front desk was not personable what so ever. Did not greet me when I arrived and gave my friend a nasty attitude for waiting for me. His energy alone did not make me feel comfortable. He made me feel as if I did not belong. I can see why people feel discouraged and judged to come here. I won’t bash the company entirely because I can visit another location, but considering I live not even 5 minutes away is disheartening. It only takes 1 bad experience for me to never come back.

En este gimnasio son unos estafadores. Para venderme la membresía me mintieron y no me aclararon bien el tema de los pagos. Me cobraron 3 pagos en el primer mes. Cuando fui a ver a un supervisor no me quiso cánselas la membresía, a pesar de no tener contratos. No me ayudo en nada y no solo eso. Me falto al respeto diciéndome que yo no entendía cómo funcionaban las cosas en este país, que si yo era recién llegada. En lo que está muy equivocado. Es una pena que me atendió un latino con menos años es este país que yo y me trata así. Pero no es el punto. El punto es la estafa y falta de respeto con los clientes. No se los recomiendo.

Poorly managed gym! From the men’s room, 3 showers and 1 urinal are out of commission, and the showers are grimy. In the rest of the gym, multiple machines don’t work or SHOULD be repaired as they are in rickety condition. This gym is always packed, so the lack of functioning things as I’ve mentioned is quite disappointing. I normally shower after working out and there have been burnouts times I couldn’t do this since none were available. If you can go somewhere else, do so!

The only reason I still go to this gym is because of my incredible trainer, Layla. She’s everything you’d want in a coach — knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely committed to helping you reach your goals. Working with her has been the highlight of my experience here, and if I were rating her alone, she’d get 5 stars, no question.

Unfortunately, the rest of the gym tells a very different story. Management has been unresponsive and clearly neglectful in many areas. A major example: the pool has been closed for months, yet membership fees remain the same, with no communication, compensation, or alternative services offered. It’s frustrating to be paying full price without access to everything we were promised.

On top of that, the cleanliness of the facility is a serious issue. The bathrooms are often dirty and poorly stocked, and it’s clear that routine cleaning isn’t a priority. For a place focused on health and fitness, hygiene should be taken much more seriously.

The facility itself also feels poorly maintained, and there’s a general lack of care that shows. If it weren’t for Layla, I would have left a long time ago. She’s the only reason this place is still worth my time.

The pool has been under repair for nearly a year, with no indication that it will reopen any time soon.
The gym equipment clearly shows signs of neglect and a lack of preventive maintenance.
Disposable hand towels are frequently left on the machines by users and remain there for weeks.

The Manager, Mr. Jose Cruz, is completely disrespectful, and the Front Desk staff reflects the same poor attitude as the management.

What is most concerning is that the company’s website clearly states that cancellations can be requested in person, directly with the Operations Manager. However, when you go to the location, they hand you a printed note instructing you to mail it to them — and until they physically receive the letter, they do not process the cancellation. It feels more like a joke or even a scam.

When I pointed out that the website says cancellations can be handled in person, the staff attempted to justify the unjustifiable, and the manager, Jose Cruz, went as far as to disrespectfully ask me, “Do you know how to read?” An outrageous and offensive remark.

I submitted a complaint through the app as a member and never received a response. It is clear that the manager's behavior is aligned with the company's overall disregard for customer service.

There are many gyms that truly care about providing good service and respecting their members — there is no reason to waste money on this place.

I really wanted to like this gym but it needs soooo much help. The pool / jacuzzi have been “under construction” since I joined like 4-5 months ago and no one is ever working on it. On top of your monthly gym membership, they also charge an annual fee.. which I’m all for but where is the money going? Its clearly not being used to maintain the gym & the equipment. Weights are always all over the place, machines are falling apart & missing pieces, the hallway to the bathroom always smells musty.

Bad experience when trying to cancel my membership at LA Fitness North Miami.

I went with my husband to cancel my membership in person, as allowed by LA Fitness's own official terms. However, the manager, José Cruz, refused to process it and claimed that cancellation could only be done by mail. When we pointed out that this wasn’t accurate, he responded with arrogance and a condescending attitude, even questioning my ability to understand what I was reading.

After over 30 minutes of dismissive behavior and poor treatment, he finally agreed to process the cancellation — saying he was doing us “a favor.” I felt humiliated and disrespected as a customer.

According to LA Fitness’s official cancellation policy, memberships can be canceled in three ways:
1. By mail (sending a written notice)
2. In person, by handing the notice to the club's operations manager
3. Online, through your member account
I hope this information is helpful for anyone who may need to cancel in the future. My experience was very disappointing, and I sincerely hope others don’t go through the same situation.

LA Fitness is hands down the worst gym I’ve ever been to. The cancellation process is a complete scam—you have to MAIL a form like it’s 1990! I called to cancel my membership and they told me that it is done in person between 9 and 5pm, so I went and they handled me a piece of paper that i have to mail, even if you show up in person to cancel. And if you don’t do it at least 5 business days before your next billing date, they’ll happily charge you for another month you don’t use. Absolute robbery.

As for the gym itself? A total joke.

Good luck finding a foam roller—they’re always locked up and you have to ask staff to get one.

Yoga mats? Nasty, torn, and basically nonexistent. Be prepared to walk around the entire gym like you’re on a scavenger hunt.

The free weight area is a chaotic mess, overcrowded, no free weigh available and no one re-racks anything.

Staff couldn’t care less, and no one’s managing the floor or cleaning up.

This gym does not care about its members—only about squeezing more money out of them. I regret ever signing up.

Avoid LA Fitness at all costs unless you enjoy frustration, filth, and being ripped off.

This location is nice but outdated and always crowded. However, be cautious about the contracts you sign, as they don’t clearly explain the differences between single-member and multi-member agreements. In my experience, when I tried to contact corporate LA Fitness, they were unresponsive to customer concerns. I have been a customer for many years, but this has been the last straw for me. There are other gyms that prioritize customer service, and I would prefer to go to one of them rather than deal with this level of greed.

I am consistently disappointed with this LA Fitness.
First and foremost, the facility is dirty and clearly not well-maintained, which raises concerns not only about cleanliness but also about basic safety and hygiene standards.
In addition, the behavior of the staff (excluding the cleaning crew) has been consistently rude and unprofessional. The management team in particular has demonstrated a lack of courtesy and willingness to assist customers. This hostile environment makes it extremely difficult to resolve even simple issues, let alone cancel a contract.
Most troubling of all is the enforced policy that requires customers to be physically present at the location between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in order to cancel a contract. This policy is not only inconvenient but entirely unreasonable, especially for individuals who work during those hours or live far from the location. It appears to be intentionally obstructive and designed to discourage cancellations, which is unacceptable.
Corporate management should address these issues promptly and take corrective action. At a minimum, should reevaluate the current cancellation policy and implement more accessible and customer-friendly options.

Disappointing Experience with Guest Pass Policy. Terrible customer service and the gym manager doesn’t know what he is doing at all.
I downloaded a guest pass with the intention of trying out this location, but was told I had to schedule an appointment with a sales representative and wait an entire week just to activate it. Since I wasn’t ready to commit to a membership immediately, I was forced to purchase a day pass instead. I’m already a member at another location and came in with a friend who is also a current member here. I was genuinely considering joining this location, but the rigid and unwelcoming approach completely changed my mind. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service at any gym I’ve visited.

Even when some of us are not that organized, this club's staff is always making things right.

Lockers (men) are always clean, same as showers, restroom and sauna.

I’m about to cancel my membership because of the lack in maintenance and a few other issues. I mostly use it because it has the pool and sauna, but it’s poorly maintained, jacuzzi was dirty last time I went, and when I closed the membership they said that I had one consultation with a trainer that would do a kind of a physical and guide me in best exercises for me. When (after over six months that I started) I went to redeem it, they did a 5min (literally) test that didn’t even tell me my lean body fat %, and was completely wrong on my body fat %.
It’s a shame because it’s a great facility and could attract a nice crowd.

This place is a joke!! I enrolled (again) into an LA Fitness membership on April 2024 to have access to the pool since I’m an avid swimmer and I like to put my laps in at least 3+ times a week.
From April to mid-October I was able to “enjoy” the most dirty and disgusting pool I’ve been swimming at (very few times I was able to see the wall on the other side of the 25 yard pool underwater), sharing it with uneducated people who thinks this is a condo pool to hang out and have a party at.

Since mid-October 2024 (April 2025 as of rn) the pool is “under maintenance” with serious infiltration problems and multiple excuses for when it’s estimated to be open again.

To my “luck”, my membership allows me access to multiple locations so now instead of driving 2 miles to hit the pool, I drive 7.5 through the amazing Miami traffic to get to the next facility.

I know it’s sounds like “first world problems” but hey, I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving so I have decided to voice it here (since multiple calls and verbal complaints have absolutely no effect) to see if it makes any difference or to prevent other people from signing up to the same mistake.

I won’t even get started with commenting on the gym side. You guys can read the other reviews and see it for yourselves.

Went in looking to enjoy my day pass. As soon as I walked in, I was smacked with a bad smell, smelled like the inside of a shoe. Mentioned this to the manager, he said he couldn’t smell anything because he’s been there for years. The gym is completely disorganized, weights all over the place, and even after filling out for the free day pass online, manager still made us pay to come in.
Little good to say about this location, and I say that with 20 years in the fitness industry.

I'll preface this review with this: this gym used to be amazing!
Now, just a gym with dumbbells strewn all about, showers that have to be cleaned, broken equipment (you'd figure that it is a national chain, so the repairs shouldn't take as long as they do) and a staff that is only interested in getting your membership.
I joined (10+ years), and was super excited to have a gym so close to me. It was great, at least for the next few years.
Then came covid and it all changed, for the worse.
Loaded with Instagraming posers wanting to take videos of their working out (I've been actually scolded for mistakenly walking through a video or two), fake butts, loads of plastic surgery, manners not rerack their own weights and an inattentive staff who seem more interested in playing on their phones than actual work.
I resigned my membership to join another gym, one that people actually rerack their weights, for 2 years but it was too far from my house so I returned to LA. Got hit with a sign up fee, raised monthly dues and old equipment... This location needs some TLC and members who respect one another: RERACK YOU WEIGHTS!

I’ve been coming for years and one of the biggest problems is some members not putting weights and dumbbells/barbells back. They hog a bunch at once and then leave them halfway across the gym. Not only is it messy, but it’s unsafe. They made an effort to control this at one point, but gave up for some reason. Even though it was a bit of a pain for everyone, some stricter rules are very much needed.

I drove 30 minutes to use the free 3 day guest pass advertised online. I took the time to read through the terms and conditions thoroughly. Member services lied to my face and told me I could not use a guest pass since I've previously been a member on multiple occasions. Why on earth would they not recognize the opportunity to potentially sell me a membership by honoring the guest pass I was emailed. He lied saying they need to schedule the appointment to set up the guest pass. The email has clear instructions to bring the pass into the club, the email says nothing about waiting for a phone call to schedule a guest pass activation. Lies upon lies.

BEWARE!!!!! Once you sign up, they will make it impossible to cancel. Don't take my word for it, just Google it. They literally make you wait to see their "cancellation guy", Jose, who is never there and when he is he will keep you waiting endlessly as he strolls around socializing, clearly hoping you'll eventually go away. Once you finally corner him, he--the CANCELLATION GUY--will tell you to fill out a form and mail it in (to another address). What use is a cancellation guy? Other than to delay, defer, stall, and then pass the buck? He is literally there to add another roadblock. So, fill out the form, MAIL it in (in 2025, seriously), and then wait for them to claim they never got it as they keep billing you? Jose will tell you you can't a) cancel online, b) cancel in person, c) cancel by email. Corruption to its core, do NOT trust these crooks with your credit card info. Again, don't take my word for it, simply do an online search for "difficulty cancelling LA Fitness" and you will find overwhelming response.

By the way, if you look online you will also find that there is a class action suit in Southern California Federal Court against LA Fitness because they make it virtually impossible to cancel.

Worse LA Fitness I have ever been at. Terrible front desk service, they only want your money. You will not see any associate walk around to organize weights or try to keep the gym maintained. No managment on weekends, and no signs of leadership through the week. All equipment is either full of dust, broken or missing a piece. Locker rooms never have paper towel and something is always broken. Piss smell in the sauna, dirty substance in the pool. Not to get started with the basketball court that they keep open so the echoes of screams, curse words and fighting can be heard throughout the whole gym to remind you that youre in North Miami. And probably the most inconvenient location you will find for a gym. Just stay away

Cons: terrible customer service which most likely stems from the lack of leadership at this gym, UNCLEANLINESS, this gym is absolutely filthy from the bathrooms to the workout area, things are always breaking and require extended periods of time to fix such as the sauna which is always under maintenance, the crowd that works out here has ZERO gym etiquette and never re-rack weights are allow you to work in with them, if you enjoy waiting for gym equipment as you watch the person using it text their life away then by all means come to this gym.

If you're looking for the bare minimum and just want to get a workout in then this gym will suffice. But if you're looking for a real gym experience I recommend signing up to another gym.

This location is becoming more like the coral gables location or maybe this location is trying hard to be another brickell location. The jacuzzi at this location is very inconsistent it closed 3 times this year,and now the pool is closed and drained along with it for over a month;of course they claim to be fixing the pool/jacuzzi,but it doesn't appear so.Avoid this location if you're thinking of swimming or relaxing in the jacuzzi because obviously the pool/jacuzzi at this location is permanently closed.If 24 hour fitness or EOS fitness opens near this location with the same amenities including racquetball courts,this location would be toast.Some drivers in the parking garage drive like a complete menace; be very careful driving there.This location looks decent and it's very close,but it's consistently crowded,and this management ,since the covid pandemic, is lacking judging by the repeated and prolonged closures of pool/jacuzzi and the shower near them.I solely come this location on some days for aerobics classes(yoga/zumba).

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a gym. The classes are bad, but the real problem is the manager at the North Miami location. He has absolutely no experience in customer service, lacks basic manners, and seems to go out of his way to make things difficult for members.

You can only cancel your membership Monday to Friday, and only through the manager. This is completely impractical for anyone with a regular work schedule. I even took time off on a Thursday to sort this out, and while he was there, he refused to process my cancellation, saying he “wasn’t working that day.” Instead, he handed me a form and told me I had to mail it to some office via FedEx. To make things worse, he actually said, “I didn’t even have to print this form for you.”

This is by far the worst gym in Miami. Do yourself a favor and avoid signing up here. It’s not worth the frustration.

I've been a member of LA fitness for a few months now, and I have to say that I'm absolutely loving it! The gym is huge and super clean, with a wide range of equipment and amenities that cater to all kinds of fitness goals.

But what really sets this gym apart is the atmosphere. I feel so comfortable and at ease every time I go, which is something that's really important to me when it comes to working out. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the other members are all super supportive and motivating.

I've tried a few different gyms in the past, but this one is definitely my favorite. I feel like I can really focus on my fitness goals without any distractions or discomfort, and that's a great feeling.

Overall, I would highly recommend LA fitness to anyone looking for a great gym experience.

I recommend Layla as a personal trainer 100%! She brings such a positive, cheerful energy to every session that it makes working out something to look forward to. Layla’s attention to detail is incredible; she ensures that I understand each exercise thoroughly and is always there to correct my form. Her genuine care for her clients shines through, and she truly inspires me to push my limits and enjoy staying active. Layla is simply amazing – if you’re looking for a trainer who will keep you motivated and make fitness enjoyable, she’s the one!

I recently received a free 3-day pass to your North Miami location. The email invitation clearly stated to bring the email to the club and activate the pass. It didn't mention any need for a prior appointment.
I visited the gym to familiarize myself with the space before a planned workout. However, the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and unfriendly. They insisted that I needed a prior appointment, even though I explained the email invitation not mentioning an appointment required.

Despite my requests, they refused to accommodate my visit, offering no apologies or solutions.

This negative experience has left me with a poor impression of your gym and its customer service.
I believe it's crucial to improve your email communication to clearly state any appointment requirements. I’ve been personal training there since April and have always had a great experience.

My trainer Layla is really above phenomenal. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient and extremely passionate about her craft & clients.

I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, range of motion and mindset since training with her, especially how to exercise correctly.

Layla provides a wonderful balance in her style of training and you can tell she really cares about you and builds a routine laser specific to your needs.

She keeps you accountable and really makes you work physically and mentally.
I can’t recommend her services enough. I always leave feeling so accomplished and cared for.

I seriously cannot imagine a more incredible or professional trainer, added bonus she also has the most beautiful smile on the planet 😊

No suelo dejar malos comentarios, pero la verdad el día que fui a inscribirme era holiday Fourth of July . Hice el pago de más de 50$ y cuando termino de hacer la inscripción me llega un correo diciendo que había una promoción y que me costaba 24$ fui a la chica cubana que me había atendido ( 10 min antes) y me dice que ella no podía hacer nada porque ya estaba hecho el pago . Pedí hablar con el manager y me atendió otro chico cubano ( que por cierto los dos muy mal hablados ) diciéndome el que necesitaba presentar una cantidad de documentos lo cual es mentira . No tenían ganas de trabajar. No volveré a un LA fitness.

I will never apply for a LA fitness membership ever again.Especially with the location on North Miami. I have been here since 1:45pm and it's now 4:02 trying to cancel my membership and I am still here. I was told that I need to speak with the manager to cancel my account. Manager came in since 330pm and no one approached me. I went back to the girl at the front desk and all of a sudden he is busy. Not only that, I have multiple different charges on my account and my credit card.
