Visito este Gimnasio entre 5-7 días por semana desde Agosto. Todos los empleados son muy carismáticos y amables. Los equipos siempre han estado limpios y en funcionamiento (incluyendo los locker rooms, baños, duchas, sauna, piscina y jacuzzi). Considero que el precio de la membresía es razonable. Entiendo que también ofrecen el servicio de cuido de menores (no lo utilizo) y tienen la cancha de balancesto (que tampoco la utilizo). Dan clases de aeróbico y zumba pero no tengo mucho conocimiento sobre el tema porque tampoco lo utilizo.

En fin es un gimnasio completo.

I’ve started going to the gym at different times, and I’m happy to say that no matter the hour, this gym is always an amazing experience. Both in the morning and afternoon, the janitors are constantly working to keep the gym clean. Although the weights aren’t always in the right spot, the staff can often be seen going around and putting them back where they belong. The fact that the weights are misplaced isn’t the staff’s fault — it’s usually members not returning them properly. Still, the staff is always doing their best to keep everything organized. I understand that most people like to come in and just do their own thing, but this gym honestly has a great community — both among most of the members and most of the staff.

Our mom is 85 years old and has been going to the gym six days a week for the past five years. After COVID in 2020, she couldn’t even get into a van without help. We decided to get her a membership at Esporta, and since then she’s truly enjoyed exercising there.

I decided to give this gym another try since I recently moved back to the Orlando area, and all I can say is that I’m disappointed. The unisex bathrooms look like they’re under construction and are dirty. The gym equipment is rusted and difficult to use. The provided yoga mats are torn and falling apart.

It’s sad because five years ago, this gym was in great shape. Hearing from friends that the quality has gone down over the years, and now seeing it for myself, has been a truly bad experience.

Coming from the LA Fitness in Longwood, where the staff is friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the machines are well-maintained, I would much rather drive 30 minutes there than drive 5 minutes to come back here again.

Love the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi at that place ! Reasonable subscriptions (~ $25/month) and the program I am on also allows me to bring 2 guests. The place is fairly new and is quite large - weights and lots of fitness machines. Large changing rooms with lockers and plenty of showers. Lots of classes. (31 Aug 2023) Bad news. Sauna closed 'indefinitely'. (2024) They have also added a yearly charge of ~ $60 on top of the monthly dues. (2025) Sauna re-open !!! Yay !!!

I’ve been going to various LA Fitness locations, but this one is by far the most disappointing. There are so many missing weights, broken or mismatched dumbbells, and it’s been like this for months with no visible effort to fix or replace them. For anyone serious about training, it’s incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.

Multiple members have raised concerns, yet nothing has been done. It’s a great-looking gym on the outside, but when basic equipment like dumbbells are constantly missing, it becomes hard to take your workouts seriously.

Definitely the worst LA Fitness I’ve been to, and unless they make some changes soon, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who lifts regularly or expects a well-maintained facility.

Coming up on 3 years, initially left a good review but it's getting bad now. Staff doesn't return weights after close or before open. It's becoming a hassle to do any exercise. Gym shouldn't be this bad right at opening. The personal trainers don't even bother putting weights back.

Update - all freeweights between 55 and 70 pounds are now permanently gone, replaced by off brand weights that aren't even the same brand or weight? How does that happen?

I came to this gym for a different experience and loved it. Andrea was extremely helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help everyone. I like this gym, but they close at 9 PM on Fridays, and even earlier on Saturdays and Sundays. The days where I'm most likely to want/need to go later, they close. Seriously though, I forgot about those hours today because I had work, thinking I could wait for evening to do my workout... and BAM. CLOSED at 9.

I just joined this gym at this specific location just a few days ago. Yesterday I went for a quick workout and my car had been broken into and my purse was stolen. I am aware that it is not the establishments fault. However they do not have any surveillance cameras outside which is concerning. The staff was not the least bit concerned about what happened to one of their members. They stated the obvious (call the police). But other than that they went about their evening. I will definitely not be back since it's not even safe to park your vehicle in their parking lot.

I was super disappointed with how this gym handles memberships. I came for my free day pass, and was shown by William yesterday the 2 different options for memberships, and he offered me a "one time deal" for $10 off the $39.99 membership, that I had to sign up AT THAT MOMENT. I even asked if I could work out first and decide later, but he said no. I found out after signing up it was not a "deal," it was simply the lower tier membership altogether which did not include the guest passes. I could have signed up myself online at a later time. When my boyfriend and I confronted William about this, he apologized and simply said he assumed the guest passes were not a deal-breaker for me. I told him to cancel my membership, and William said he does not handle cancellations, but he would let the manager know and to call in the morning to confirm. The next day, when I called back and asked for one of the managers, I was told that they were helping other clients and that they would call back in 15min. Instead, I received a call from William, who was questioning why I wanted to cancel, despite our conversation yesterday. When I told him I most definitely wanted to cancel, he told me I had to come in person to cancel. When I responded and told him it was HE who told me to call, he tried to gaslight me and tell me "I'm sorry you interpreted it that way". He responded the same way after I had to explain, again, why I wanted to cancel. This staff member was unable to handle being confronted about the misleading information he provided. After trying to get a ahold of the manager, which he says were apparently about to go on break, I finally was able to receive a confirmation email of my cancellation.

I love this place to me is a home away from home l had met lots of great friends and I love it there is a great place to be and they maintained bathroom clean and l love the exercise equipments the Zumba classes are very fun and challenging l won’t change it for nothing in the world.l give it 10 star !!!

My trainer is wonderful, Anita, but the gym has equipment out of order and equipment that needs repair. The manager Alberto is very professional but upper management seems to properly follow up.

My complaint about this location is that it has been more than 7 months and the sauna still isn't working which is no fair I pay for a service package, there used to be a sign outsite the restroom A lot of people use that and their members shouldn't have to drive to another location further away from where they stay to use a sauna. Get your stuff together and fix this issues, the manager will no care about this matter and the fact is been more that half of year! what's going on

Best gym in the area, staff is super friendly and the place is kept really clean. If you’re considering a new gym make sure you visit here first. New Dutch bros is opening up soon too! Ask for Will, he took care of me and my daughter. He showed us around and made us feel like family.

Hice una membresía de $164.00 mensual al principio todo iva bien pero mi carro se daño y no puedo seguir con las clases llame para saber si podía hacer algo pues no sabia cuanto tiempo mi auto estaría dañado ya que el arreglo me sale costoso me dice que no podían hacer nada que cuando regresara me daban todas las clases hay esta el problema mi contrato termina en septiembre si no voy pierdo el dinero que me han sacado de la cuenta y solo puedo cojer cinco clases de 5meses lo demás lo pierdo y la opción que me dieron fue cuando termines puedes pagar $50 para continuar con la clases pero esta gente son unos estafadores encima que se están cobrando los meses que no puedo ir quieren sacarme más dinero y ni tan siquiera han llamado para preguntar si resolví mi problema o darme una solución es de lo peor antes de firmar un contrato asegúrese de lo que están leyendo es verdad para que no caigan en algo que le dicen tan bonito como para ser cierto.

I have found out to always call any gym in the Orlando area to ask if hot tub is working before I go because half the time they are out of service and after I exercise for 1.5 hours I need the hot tub jets to relax my muscles and there's nothing worse to exercise then find out it's not working.

Unfortunately, less than a week after signing up for this gym, a sign was posted saying saunas are down “indefinitely”. When I asked about this, an employee told me it could be a year or more before they fix the issue. Access to a sauna was crucial when picking out a gym. I asked to cancel my membership and have the manager waive the $25 cancellation fee as the reason I’m canceling is due to them not delivering the services I signed up for. The manager would not waive the fee which seems like a minuscule thing to do to keep a customer happy and potentially have them return. Needless to say, my short membership here was a let down.

The lack of ability to rack dumbbells at any gym leaves it with one star. I'll never understand why gym owners nor employees take any responsibility in organizing the free weight area. Why do I have to go on a scavenger hunt to find matching dumbbells.

Why even hire people if they aren't going to do their jobs. It's the least they can do. The gym isn't dirty to my knowledge and is fairly big/open but again. You pay people to sit on their phones all day? Ridiculous.

Sauna being closed indefinitely is unfortunate.

Also, staff yelling throughout the gym as if its last call at a bar saying the gym is closing is off putting. One thing to announce it via speakers however when there is maybe six people left how hard is it to talk to the patrons with headphones kindly and say the gym is closing. Weird.

I have no idea how this employee named Lorenzo has a job here. He is completely rude, and seems to hate his job. Whenever I come here he is never welcoming to anyone that walks in and always seems to have an attitude. I brought my friend in as a guest and he yelled at her for not signing in “correctly” and said keep doing that and you won’t be allowed to come here again and rolled his eyes. Whoever owns this gym needs to do something about this guy. He is one of the most emotional guys I have ever encountered with in the worst way. There’s no need to treat or speak to any person like that, especially to women.

I’ve been coming to LA Fitness / esporta for 5 years but cancelled my membership on the spot today when your employee named Lorenzo (I noticed every negative review is complaining about this guy) treated my friends like crap today.

He acted as if he was a bouncer in a nightclub instead of being a human and having a civil conversation about something completely benign. He also lied multiple times to us, got caught in his lie, and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize.

Myself and my friend just cancelled our memberships because of this as we don’t plan on walking past someone everyday who is not the least bit inviting and seems to be in a bad mood and looking for trouble constantly.

I have always loved LA / E-sporta as it is full of nice employees and great equipment, but I will gladly pay double and drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another gym where the manager doesn’t treat grown adults like children.
