I’ve been a member of this gym for a long time. It has never been ran so smooth and efficient as it is now. The staff is always up to parr, kind and genuinely care about your fitness and health. Anthony the Gym manager goes above and beyond for the gym and its guest. My Girlfriend lost her car keys in the gym and he wouldn’t stop looking for it until we found them as far as digging through the trash for them. I advise you if you are looking for a great LA fitness to go to please come here.

I received a 3-day free pass from the LA Fitness website, but I used to be an Esporta member at a different location about three years ago. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to enter the gym because I had previously been an Esporta member — even though this is LA Fitness, a completely different location. I just wanted to try out this gym to see if it would be a good fit since I live nearby, but after being denied entry for a trial day despite having an invitation, I will definitely NOT be choosing a membership with any LA Fitness. We only have one class a week on Thursdays at 8:30 to 930 and everyone who has been here would like to have more classes at this time every day With Tonya. Please try to get this for us. I’m writing to express my ongoing concerns regarding the maintenance of the pool and hot tub facilities at the LA Fitness location in Casselberry, particularly since the transition from Esporta. Over the past several months, I’ve brought these issues to the attention of the front desk staff on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, it has become increasingly clear that my concerns have not been taken seriously or addressed in any meaningful way.

The hot tub, in particular, frequently exhibits visible foam on the surface—an indication that cleaning routines may be inconsistent or insufficient. This foam is not just a cosmetic issue; it often results from a buildup of personal care products, body oils, and other organic matter. When left unaddressed, it can signal deeper sanitation problems and create an environment conducive to the spread of infections such as athlete’s foot, MRSA, and ringworm.

Regular foam buildup is a strong indicator that the hot tub and pool areas require more frequent and thorough cleaning, improved drainage, and consistent water treatment protocols. These are not just quality-of-life concerns—they are health and safety issues that affect every member who uses these amenities.

I hope this message prompts a more proactive and transparent approach to facility maintenance moving forward. Members deserve clean, safe, and well-maintained aquatic areas, and I urge management to take these concerns seriously.

Personal Trainer Michael P. is a dream-come-true! Within one session he had me lifting weights I never thought I could lift! I was a little sore the first few days, but now I'm sleeping better, feeling stronger, looking more fit, and not feeling my age. Michael is the perfect coach. He's motivating, inspiring, compassionate, encouraging, and knowledgeable about fitness, physical therapy, nutrition, seniors, etc. I never thought I would look forward to going to the gym and to have him challenge me passed my perceived limitations! No matter how tired or lazy I'm feeling, when I see Michael's big beautiful smile and positive demeanor, I can't help but say to myself, "I can do this." If I can do this - YOU can do this! We are way post Covid. Can we please get the gym back under adult management? The only thing they’re interested in doing is limiting operating hours more and more. The place is fairly busy at 6:30 pm on a Sunday and the teens working are running around harassing members about how they’re “closing” at 7. If people want to train, why close? The overall service at this establishment is great, minus Frank. Frank is a “NEW” manager who is utterly appalling. He is completely disinterested in assisting customers, he is rude and portrays a dismissive attitude. When I spoke with Frank he responded with a patronizing tone and clearly couldn't be bothered to answer basic question. It felt like I was inconveniencing him with my membership concerns and he basically placed me on a hold and never returned. I felt completely disregarded and even more frustrated. He explained to me how another coworker was fired. Frank is extremely unprofessional and adds zero quality to this beautiful establishment.

I’ve been going here for two years. I’m giving this gym a low rating because hardly anyone cleans the machines after they use them and it’s extremely unsanitary.
There are 3 stations where you can get small wet wipes but they hardly do anything because they are kind of dry and again hardly anyone uses them...
I really think the company needs to do something about this.

The club is really bad. They are cheating us to sign up for a membership by telling me wrong information. They said the membership I enroll is for multi club, but actually they signed me up only for a single club, and then when I ask why, they said I need to upgrade to multi club by paying 110$ fee plus 10$ more monthly. Now about the vibes here:

Heads up they have made a couple changes that are very inconvenient if you are a parent using the kids club. They have cut back the hours tremendously without regard. Friday kids club hours are cute back along with Sundays fully being closed. [ Yet, they have kept prices the same ]

Also: Kids club has been inconsistent. They have "call outs last minute" and no secondary coverage. - So you plan your day and get your kids all ready and take them to the gym expecting to use the services you pay for and get a decent workout in. Just for them to say "Sorry no kids club today" - and you have to drag them back home unhappy.

They gym has been looking dingy and woman's bathroom looking a hot mess by afternoon. - if you ask staff to send somebody to clean up - they will most likely tell you that the janitor will eventually take care of it but he/she dosen't come in until later on in the day.

The group class room in the back needs to be swept up more often. The floors have been gross.

Seems like it run by people who can care less. Does corporate not care as well ? - Corporate, please check up on your Esporta gym here. It needs assistance.

They really need to make some serious changes, it awfully unfair to consumers/ customers.

I’ve been going to gyms consistently for 15 years and this gym is by far the worst. They have the most incompetent staff, worst customer service, and the equipment is always out of service. If you try to cancel, expect them to give you the runaround. Apparently, there’s only one person in the entire gym that can cancel memberships but they are more elusive than Bigfoot. There are tons of other gyms in the area, and in my opinion you’re better off going to ANY other one.

I've been working out at this gym for about 5 weeks and am enjoying my experience. Kevin helped me my first week and each time I've seen him since, he's greeted me by name and asked how things are going. He really makes me feel welcome.

The personal trainer I've been working with, Andrew, has been great. After working with him, you can tell he truly cares about his clients. He takes the time to explain how certain exercises work and what to focus on while performing them.

One time I had to cancel one of my appointments with Andrew and had to leave a message with the receptionist. Andrew took the time to call me back to check on me and even provided recommendations for how to treat my symptoms. Andrew has turned something I used to think of as a chore into a hobby and I look forward to working with him every week.

Absolutely amazing gym! The gym staff are super informational and helpful. The gym itself is pretty spacious lots of room to do your individual workouts. It’s also open pretty late too so you’ll always have time to workout!

Circumstances put me on hiatus from Esporta for awhile, but I recently visited the gym and I gotta say, I miss it. What do I miss? The options to do any type of exercises, because the layout is so appealing. Every space is utilized well with enough machines to go around.😁 They still have a problem re-racking weights though 🤔

Last summer I was scared to go to the gym and my friend dragged me to this gym and I’m very glad she did. The staff here is amazing and makes me want to come to the gym. Victor the GM is extremely nice and helpful and answers any questions I have and is helping me become the best version of myself and is always keeping me motivated. Kevin the personal training director has helped me with my knee and back problems and is always looking for the best interest of the members. The staff is all always very nice and welcoming, and the gym is always very clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to workout and would recommend coming here to anyone who works out.

I have been a member of this gym for years. I have purchased four memberships through them for myself and family members. Recently while I was out of the country they called and told me my membership had expired and I had to pay a year in advance because they didn't have it card on file. They then proceeded to charge my card ON FILE for another family member I had bought a membership for. When I called to get it straightened out, they told me they couldn't do anything unless I came in in person. I tried several times to drop in and discuss this with the manager over the course of a month between 9-5 pm and every time I came she wasn't there. I finally caught her today and she was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. She didn't seem to care at all about how long I had been a member or how hard it was track her down. Her name is Casey T. She refused to give me her last name all the while asking to see my credit card my full name, all my information… The lack of accountability was ridiculous. Her customer service was negligible at best. She is the reason I cancelled all my memberships and will be joining 24 hour fitness just down the road. She refused to refund the charges for July that I had initially disputed. I’m always amazed when it takes four times the effort to cancel something as it did to sign up. I can't tell you how disappointing this experience was. It made my decision to switch to 24 hour fitness so easy between newer equipment, better class selection, better hours and better customer service. In addition, 24 hour fitness has a better lit parking lot which matters to me as well because my window got punched out and my purse stolen out of the ESPORTA parking lot a few years ago as well. I have never felt safe parking at night here.

Love my gym, it does get crowded during peak times and for that I wish there were more smith machines, extension machine, rollers, for those peak times when everyone wants to use those at once.

Vic is the man! A great general manager and has an amazing staff that excels in customer service. I came into the gym needed some education and accountability.. I’ve lacked motivation for quite sometime. Kevin (personal trainer director) was able to sit with me and conduct a fitness assessment and set me with a personal trainer. Two months later and I’m enjoying it so much. I highly recommend this gym!

Overall a good very clean gym. Only and major complaint is the gym isn’t that big. With that said some of the Personal trainers have a weird sense of entitlement they will kick members out of the personal training area which is fine , but then work that same client out in the common area for most of their workout. Make it make sense.

No gym should be this busy at 5am. And the 5am crowd should never have to deal with clowns rapping in the middle of the gym floor. That’s 9pm behavior.

this gym is not worth the price. bathrooms & locker rooms are always really dirty and gross no matter the time of day. the equipment is SO cramped and close together it’s really uncomfortable. the entire layout is just weird, id rather go to a planet fitness than this location. employees are stand offish and when cancelling my member ship the manager sarah was honestly really rude and it threw me off. crunch down the street is a lot better and better priced, or club 4 fitness which is about 20 min down semoran

Visiting from out of town the gym feels like home. Just look in the app for classes and go at it. I have taken 2 yoga classes and the teachers are good. You may find them as subs from other locations. So a familiar face is nice. The gym was clean and didn’t smell like a gym. Even the restrooms were clean.
