I have been at Lana's Barbelles for 9 months, and I thought it was going to be a short term thing for me, but I am enjoying so much, I keep on going! Janisa is a great trainer, and I have learned a lot and feel so much stronger and healthier since starting. The bootcamp classes are really fun and all the ladies have been so nice and welcoming to me. I always get encouragement from Lana and the other ladies. So if you are looking for a fun and friendly gym ladies, this is the place to go.

Within 3 months of signing up at Lana’s my A1C dropped 3 points. Three sessions a week along with tracking my daily caloric intake was how I accomplished this. My balance and energy have improved. Love the personal training sessions!

I have been working wit Lana for two months and my journey has been nothing but positive. After having two c sections, 2020 & 2022, my body needs specific training. Lana has been able to target, listen, and attack all the aéreas I just couldn’t target on my own. Lana is a wonderful personal trainer. I have had only positive experiences since beginning to work with her again after 8 years of absence. My strength and energy are much improved as well as my posture. I have had chronic neck pain for years and exercise seems to be the best preventative. I rarely experience neck pain now. I have never loved going to the gym but I do it because I must. Now, a year later I don't dread going. Yay, Lana! Thank you.

I have been attending Barbelles since 2019. Lana has been a big motivator for fitness. I went from size 12 to 6 and have maintained it. She is thoughtful, yet tough. I just adore her and highly recommend her. She can help you!!

I’ve been training with Janisa for four months and I look forward to going to my training appointments. In the past, I would quit after a few months or less because I was bored and lost motivation. The difference here is individual attention and creative workouts tailored to my ability. Janisa keeps it interesting and knows how to maintain my motivation and get results. I look forward to going my appointments each week—and that, previously, wasn’t the case. I recommend BarBelles 💯 percent. All the trainers are excellent. It’s a welcoming, friendly and fun fitness studio. Don’t put it off; you won’t be sorry.

I have been training with Lana three days a week for a little over a year, and my two teenage daughters also train with Janisa, Sarianna and Linda. We cannot say enough good things about Lana’s Barbelles. Our trainers challenge and provide each of us with tailored workouts at every session. Over the past year, we have all grown stronger, more flexible and focused on our health. Working with Lana, Linda, Sarianna and Janisa is inspiring. Thinking about our health and fitness has now become a way of life for us, rather than an activity we look forward to each week. My daughters are teens, and it can be very difficult in this digital world for girls to develop a healthy self-image through high school. Lana’s Barbelles has been excellent for my girls in this regard. All the trainers are fabulous role models for positive thinking and good health, and the ladies who frequent this gym are the kindest most encouraging women in town. It is truly a great environment. Both of my girls are setting goals to increase their strength, endurance and flexibility, and building a healthy self-image with a strong mind and body. It is a priceless piece of their education. They observe women of all ages and levels of fitness work hard and stay fit together at this gym, and they are incredibly inspired. Personally, as a woman of advancing middle-age years, I was becoming stiff and noticed that my range of motion was diminishing. I was beginning to feel older than my age. Lana’s training over this past year has helped me improve my strength and stamina, discover muscles I didn’t know I had, improve my balance and coordination, and has inspired me in my life outside the gym. I have more energy and am more relaxed at the same time, and my husband and all my kids are loving how much happier I have become since I found Lana’s Barbelles. Simply put, I was tired of feeling exhausted all the time, and ready to work hard and make a commitment to a positive, personal life change. Lana, Sarianna, Janisa and Linda are all helping me find my healthiest self, and I cannot recommend them enough.

This is a nice clean gym with modern equipment. My personal trainer Janisa has been great. She has kept me motivated and has been very accommodating with my work schedule. Janisa takes the time to demonstrate each exercise technique and is extremely patient with those who require a little extra instruction to catch on. I highly recommend this gym and trainer for those who are serious about getting into shape.

Lana’s BarBelles is great! You are welcomed the minute you walk in the door. Janisa is my personal trainer. She is super. After I had a stroke, and 2 sets of rehab, and I went to her. She has taken me from where I was and moved me along. My core strength improves each time I go. They push you and challenge you to do better. You find out you can do more than you think. Best gym I have ever been to!

I am so happy I made the decision to join this gym! From the first moment I came in to Meet Lana-the owner- and Sarianna- who is my trainer - they have made me feel comfortable and welcome. It feels great to come into a gym and feel like you belong. Sarianna pushes me to give my all so I can get the most out of my workouts and I can say, there is a HUGE difference to when I first came in. I am looking forward to continue on my fitness journey at Lana’s Barbelles 😃

Barbelles is an awesome place to workout with women only. Lana is an excellent trainer and instructor. Her workouts are very effective and fast and are great for all ages. You can modify everything to your personal needs. I have workout out at the
same place for 20 years and I have worked harder in the last week than I have in years and I work hard. Every one there is very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for somewhere to workout I highly recommend Barbelles.

I was able train at Lana's Barbelle and enjoyed before covid the tabata classes plus my personal training class. Is a very personal gym where a unique plan is created for your needs. Met Lana towards the end of my training and she is very knowledgeable and provided guidance. She can relate to the struggles of losing weight and has great insight on how to reach your goals.

As a fairly ‘high maintenance’ consumer I must say, Lana is the best trainer I have had! I expect a lot and Lana meets all my requirements. She understands women’s bodies and women’s need. I was nervous about starting a workout regimen as it has been quite a few years. But I knew that I needed to do something. After seeing what people said about Lana, I decided to give her a try. She has been wonderful. She teaches you about nutrition, proper form and of course pushes you to do your best.
I am about a month into my workouts and I feel great. She has been a great coach and she is so knowledgeable. I connect with her because she can relate to my struggles, cares about her clients and you can tell she loves what she does. All very important to me. If you are looking for an amazing trainer Lana's Barbelles is it.
