Best gym I've ever signed up with! Came from crunch fitness and what a HUGE difference! Exactly what a great gym should be. Great owners, customer service, great prices, loved all the equipment. No hidden fees or locked in-policies. Just all around great gym for people to get their workout in! I would recommend this gym to anybody💯!!

I’m one of the YouFit members that got folded into the EOS crowd. Could not stand EOS. This gym is PERFECT. A no BS gym where people come in to get a workout and leave. Absolutely love it. Props to the owners and all the members. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great place. Obviously owned by someone who loves training and loves people. The gym itself displays the same qualities. Great, efficient selection of equipment given the small size. Never busy, but not some oddly empty ghost town either. Highly recommend.

Jessie is such a wonderful human. I love how he is family oriented. This gym is always clean. I see him work hard alongside his co workers to make sure this is a clean and safe environment. ❤️

Nice gym. Equipment can use some maintenence. Main reason for the 1 star is there are a lot of regulars in the gym brings there kids around can't be more than 10 years old and they get In The way of people trying to actually work out. Also those same regulars don't like that there are new people joining the gym so they will mean mug you while trying to get some sets in. Same people that will hog 3 differant machines and a bench. I will keep membership to the end of the month but will be canceling. Really a shame.

Land O Lake Family Fitness is an excellent neighborhood gym managed by a retired Law Enforcement Officer. Many of the clients are active or retired Law Enforcement Officers. It is a safe place for your family to train. Absent is the meat market feel of chain store gyms.
New cardio equipment has been added.

This small gym has everything you need to get a great full workout in. Not crowded, pleasant people and the ability to move some iron!

Some things could use some updating, especially the cardio machines. It would be cool to implement a sled push/pull area and add some kettle bells. Definitely need more cables. But overall, it’s easy to call this place home.

Great Family Gym atmosphere, They are the only gym around that allows my kids to workout with me. All the other members are very accommodating with the boys as well. It is has everything you need to workout; from free weights, machines, cardio machines and a place for group classes. They have even added a small smoothie station to the gym.

WOW the old anytime fitness where I was once a member has been taken over by two family's one which is a military family & the other is a law enforcement family! I absolutely love the family friendly atmosphere at the fitness center. You are always greeted with a smile from one of the owners/staff. The equipment is good and you are able to get a full body workout without a problem. The fitness center is very clean and they are adding more equipment. The prices are great for a 24 hour gym. They also have a Hero's package deal for first responders! Great place!

I recently visited this gym and discovered that it has been taken over by two U.S Marine veterans and their wives. They have re-branded the place and have brought a new attitude, up to date equipment, fresh paint, along with ongoing improvements including a smoothie bar that is currently being constructed. It is well suited for families as well as individuals. If you live in the Land O' Lakes area, stop in to meet the owners and staff and support their efforts.
