Last January my daughter started at this gym for competition cheer. They were at a regular gym when we signed up and paid in advance for a month and the uniform. They then moved from the gym to a church.i was ok with the temporary change. However it was not temporary. It was very unprofessional and a waste of money. never got real information as to what exactly was going on only.. "we are setting up a new gym just bare with us " they never moved to a new gym. The girls never got their uniforms and then covid 19 happened. All gyms shut down. I have asked more then several time for a refund and I keep getting the run around. Its always a different response. Im still "waiting on my refund". Just horrible experience. Could have been handled way better. Just be honest. You don't have our money to refund. Obviously. They told me they have a new owner and investor who is taking care of finances and refunds, which im sure was another lie.. If this gym ever opens back up buyer BEWARE !!!!!!!! worst experience 😪

The kids sitting behind the front desk aren't always ably to deftly assist the parents they are being faced with, but no big deal they are friendly and do their best. However when I raised a concern regarding athlete safety and appropriate staff behavior I was told the athletes mother didn't complain & the staff member is well respected so thanks. I think that should have been handled with a more vigilant "I'll keep an eye out and discuss appropriate conduct with my staff" kind of an attitude, but that's just me.

This place has gone down hill fast. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. When confronting the owner of the facility about the many issues that I have had she took no fault by saying we all have our opinions. Some of the many complaints that i had are yelling at parents in the waiting room for issues that need to be handled in private, getting onto my children for no reason, lack of coaches and having jr athletes teaching both my girls 2 and 7! This is just a few of the many reasons I would NOT recommend this gym! Good luck to you if decide to invest into this place.
