Before finding Life Pilates, I had been to another studio that left me feeling inferior, judged, and honestly uncomfortable—it lacked diversity and at times even felt discriminatory. The difference here is night and day. Life Pilates is truly inclusive, welcoming, and diverse, which makes every class feel safe and empowering.

I’ve never been a “gym person,” but this is by far one of the best workouts I’ve ever found. If you’re looking for a community that’s motivating, uplifting, and genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Life Pilates enough.

I have been doing Pilates in Kingston, Jamaica since 2012. I’ve been looking for a Pilates studio that does classical Pilates, and I’ve been struggling to find the right pace for me in the Plantation/Sunrise area. However I was lucky enough to stumble upon Life Pilates this week. The instructors are kind, gentle and accommodating. I also really like that the classes are small. I did two classes this week and hope to up to 3 classes in the coming months. If you’re thinking of trying them out, you won’t regret it!

Amazing Pilates studio in sunrise. Very great location as it is central to so many neighborhood cities. Yvette was such a great instructor. Really great Pilates Reformer studio! I'm a newbie and Marcela (owner) and the instructors made the experience enjoyable. I've only taken classes with Yvette and Odalis. Both instructors are excellent! However, they have different styles. In my opinion, Yvette has a more laid-back approach and Odalis has a more energetic style. I have a lot of muscular imbalances and this excercise approach is really helping strengthen and align my body. I highly recommend this studio.

I had my very first try out class and It was amazing! Odalis the instructor was excellent teaching all the beginners student like myself how to properly work the reformer . Her style of teaching was clear and took her time to show us the moves properly. Marcela the owner is a total sweetheart. She explained the packages and classes available. She made me feel like a long time friend. The ladies were all so nice . It truly made me feel like I was part of the Life Pilates family. I Highly recommend this boutique pilates studio. I have never been in a studio and I was hooked after my first class experience.
They even have teen classes exclusively for teenagers which is absolutely a fantastic idea.

You always get personalized attention, help with your form, springs, encouragement, etc. When you walk in, you are warmly welcomed. I fell in love with Pilates about 4 years ago and have definitely enjoyed seeing the results when it comes to strength and mobility. My challenge was finding a studio close to me that had available classes on the hours that I need to work out. That’s when I found Life Pilates which is less than 5 minutes from my house. It’s a fantastic studio with brand new and comfortable reformers and ample space to move in! It’s in a convenient location, clean and have a welcoming and fun environment, definitely a wonderful place to work out in. The instructors are all wonderful and fully certified, I especially love taking Meredith’s classes! Life Pilates has flexible packages so you’re not tied to a membership/contract and can use the classes you bought within a year.
