This a review for the LIfe Time Cafe Lounge. It is crazy that it takes 20 min to get an espresso. The "barrista" has no clue of what he is doing and has no costumer service training. This place should have an automatic machine

Too overpriced for what they offer and their poor customer service from some employees who spend all their time texting and minding their personal business instead of working.

This review is long overdue, and I'm a big believer in giving credit where credit is due. My hat off to whoever runs this Lifetime location!
Facility - a former Bloomingdales building with a full remodel resulted in an incredible space with tall ceilings. Everything is spotless, from change rooms to spa facilities to equipment room. Equipment feels new, and well maintained. The only drawback is the AC sometimes breaks down in the pickleball courts, and it takes a few days to fix it.
Team - so far everyone I've met has been very attention and courteous. People have a positive, get-it-done attitude, including instructors and cafe staff.
Food - I must say, I've become addicted to their Green Goddess shake, and their Tex-mex bowl with beef - try it if you're here.
Pool area - indoor is your typical, Olympic-sized indoor pool, but the outdoor one is incredible - my kids absolutely love to come here. They also have food and alcohol service at the pool area, which makes it very convenient to grab a bite without leaving the facility.
All in all - great gym. Price is on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Locals call it a country club, and I couldn't agree more!

This review is for Kellen specifically. I believe I left an item at the gym and called to see if it was there before driving 45 minutes. Kellen told me that he cant help over the phone its company policy. I ended up making the drive and Kellens attitude was AWFUL. Less than helpful, very snarky, his body language read” I don’t feel like being bothered with this”
While he went to “look” in the lost and found, I went to the locker room where I told him I left it and found it myself. I went back to the front and waited for him to come back to tell me “its not here” (you can see the effort put forth)
This is members only facility not a recreation center. I would definitely expect better customer service but Kellen was truly terrible. Words can’t describe his terrible aura.
Overall the facility is nice but I am starting to have too many issues with this location specifically that I have not had with any other locations.

Extremely disappointed. I was paying close to $600/month, yet when I attempted to modify my membership to remove my husband and daughter, but was told my membership rate would go up for removing their memberships.
The front desk staff were rude, and the pool team was plainly annoyed when we asked to use the slide. I even witnessed a child forced to walk all the way back down the slide stairs because he reached the top at exactly 7:00 p.m. Rigid and unwelcoming behavior in a “family-friendly” environment.
On top of that, I had an exchange with an unnamed person via email to express my concerns and was told I’d continue receiving automated emails and could simply “unsubscribe” if I wasn’t interested. Tone-deaf doesn’t even begin to cover it.
I had considered recommending Life Time to my colleagues and promoting it internally to family and friends. That will no longer happen. You’ve lost more than one membership—you lost trust, referrals, and a potential long-term advocate.

Front desk employee Natalie (tall girl, brown hair with highlights) treats guests like cow manure. Every single employee at the front desk thus far has been kind, friendly, and helpful.
Natalie is the first lifetime employee I’ve ever experienced who was both rude and pompous. She makes me not want to EVER visit another lifetime location ever again.
Felt like she was about to spit in my face when I merely asked a question about inviting guests. Not sure how she sleeps at night treating people this way.

Kiana is my hair stylist and she does an amazing job! I am what is known as “tender headed”, which means that I don’t like getting my hair touched. That being said, she is very gentle while working on my hair. And like the entire staff that I encounter at the Falls Lifetime, she is attentive, and very professional. My hair always looks amazing when I walk out of the spa and I can contribute back to her fantastic skills as a hair stylist.

I love Life Time, since I joined two years ago every morning is like a visit to a resort. The place is clean and the staff is very nice and motivated. The Falls location is really nice and I love the place so why at such a wonderful place do they insist on supplying dollar store quality towels? The Coral Gables location has very nice quality towels so it is not like they are not aware of what good quality towels are like. Why ruin the wonderful experience with crappy quality towels???

Absolutely grateful for the integrity and kindness of the Life Time team.
I recently lost a very sentimental piece of jewelry a Tiffany bracelet. I didn’t even realize it had fallen off until the next day, and I spent hours searching for it at home. I would have never thought to look for it at the gym.
To my surprise, the amazing staff at Life Time had found it and kept it safely at the front desk.
Anyone could have kept it, but they didn’t. That honesty speaks volumes.
I’ve always loved Life Time for its clean and elegant facilities, the sense of community, and the motivating environment… but now I have even more reasons to trust and appreciate this place.
Thank you so much to the amazing staff. You made my day. 🙏🏼💛

The manager Luke is so rude. He acts as if people are bothering him, which is odd because he literally works in customer service. He actually cuts people off mid-sentence and talks down to people. The other manager Amanda is very nice though and actually respectful to people from what o witnessed. Hope lifetime can make some changes, because I’m one of many complaints about Luke and his attitude.

I’ve been a member of LT since October of 2024! This place is heaven on earth! I literally spend my LIFE here. I love the personal trainers mainly Rae, Sav, and can’t forget PJ. I don’t work out with any of them regularly but they have all been a very important part of my fitness journey. They have supported me by encouraging my to face my fears and embrace my strength. Ana and Dani are my favorite front desk girlies and Jerry always hooks it up at the cafe. Finally shout out to the best part of LT the bartenders. Daniel makes an amazing whiskey martini and his humor is very much appreciated. I’ll miss Nick so much he’s the reason I’ve become a regular on Tuesday evenings. I will miss him so much. I am an original member at the Falls, joining prior to the doors even being opened! I look forward to going almost everyday! The faculty is kept immaculate, the staff always helpful, professional and knowledgeable! The classes are great and I have never had an issue getting into one, even when I have been waitlisted! Erin is a true asset, I attend all her Barre classes and Pilates (this class is limited to back issues) with her. Each time, which is many, l will stop the general manager and tell him how wonderful the entire experience at Lifetime is and that it is a reflection on his leadership! Having a full equipped gym at our home, I do not need to belong to a gym - but in all honesty, I LOVE this place!

I generally really enjoy the amenities here. The staff is very nice and helpful. However this club has >7500 members making it nearly impossible to ever book any classes. The worst part is the hordes of high schoolers who take forever talking while using the most in demand machines, make a mess and have horrible attitudes. Don’t even try using the coworking space between 2-7pm unless you’re trying to join after school care to hear these brilliant teens telling you who they cheated on their boyfriend with. Advice to management: charge more for these freeloaders, it will save you in the long run.

Una completa decepción.
Hice una orden grande directamente en la caja de Life Café (dentro del gimnasio Lifetime en The Falls), me dieron un número y me senté a esperar. Pasaron 50 minutos y nada.
Definitivamente no volveré a pedir comida aquí. Una pena, porque el concepto es bueno, pero la ejecución es un desastre.

My experience with Lifetime The Falls has been disappointing. Despite the facility's great amenities, the management's handling of my situation was concerning. I was banned after creating a video that allegedly posed a conflict of interest, even though I removed it promptly upon notification. As a local business owner who has referred many clients to Lifetime, I felt the decision was unfair and lacked transparency. The lack of warning or opportunity to resolve the issue seemed harsh, especially given my positive history with the gym.
What's more troubling is that Lifetime's emphasis on community doesn't seem to extend to its customer relationships. For a new gym in the area, prioritizing customer service would be beneficial. The way I was treated suggests that customers aren't valued.
In the end, I'm relieved to be leaving the situation behind. I don't want to be associated with a place where I feel like I'm walking on eggshells or I’m not valued

During my first visit to the facility, I accompanied a friend for a tour but was met with an unwelcoming and unprofessional experience from the front desk staff. The individual we encountered was dismissive, poorly informed, portly, wore tacky animal print and directed us to the website instead of answering basic questions. The interaction left us feeling as though our presence was unwelcome. I later called to speak with the manager, who offered an apology, but it felt somewhat perfunctory and lacking in genuine intent to resolve the issue.
Several months later, I decided to give the facility another chance and scheduled an official tour. This time, the experience was significantly better. I received a proper walkthrough of the gym and was introduced to my future Pilates instructor, Denetrya (who is excellent btw). The facility itself is outstanding—clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The classes and instructors are excellent, and the general manager was warm, approachable, and clearly dedicated to the success and care of the club.
I’m very glad I gave this place a second chance. My initial experience did not reflect the true quality of the club, and I now genuinely enjoy being a member. I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and well-managed fitness environment.

Ridiculous how people pay $300+ for this amazing gym, which the gym aspect has very little to no flaws in my eyes. The reason for the low review is that I came to enjoy the jacuzzi outdoors which is beautiful when the sun is starting to go down. The website says the outdoor area is open from sunrise to sundown. Im currently in lifetime and the sun is nowhere near down. Sunset is in about an hour and the outdoor area is closed??? Absolutely ridiculous how you can pay so much and be locked inside before the supposed hours. Completely disgusted

tl;dr Dissapointing.
I can only imagine this facility is subscribed to because there is nothing but low-end gyms in this area.
I am no stranger to high end gyms; from New York Athletic Club to Reebok London at Canary Wharf. This place is the suburban, uninspired version of a nice gym. Facillities are always out of order (pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, etc.). A better operator needs to open an outpost in southern Dade county.
The cleaning staff is excellent.
Managerial staff is barely mediocre.
All add-on services are grossly overpriced and the group fitness instruction is mediocre.

It is a beautiful gym. Seemed a little crowded for the time of day I visited, and messy wet floors in the locker room. I had an appointment to tour however they would not allow me to use the facilities. I asked if I could just use the sauna & steam. The tour guide & front desk stated if I spent over $75 in the spa. I've been to Palm Beach Gardens and Coral Gables locations without a $75 minimum requirement. I give one star due to this, and would not join this location. Should at least allow a day pass with tour!

Overall, our family has enjoyed our time at Lifetime Fitness Club at The Falls. We’ve celebrated our daughter’s birthday there, and the staff at the Kids Academy genuinely loves our kids, a sentiment that is definitely reciprocated. The amenities are fantastic and the facilities are brand new, which has made our membership quite enjoyable so far.
However, I’ve started to notice some issues with maintenance that are concerning, especially given the club’s premium status. For instance, this morning, the jacuzzi was not working (fixed since then). Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time; the last time it happened, it took two weeks to get it repaired. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the stretch zone floor was dirty, and when I pointed it out to the staff member in charge, she seemed ineffective in cleaning it properly and even responded with attitude. Moreover, a treadmill has been out of order for several weeks now, which is disappointing.
As a founding member who has just celebrated our one-year anniversary with the club, I’m beginning to worry that in one or two years, this club could decline to the level of an LA Fitness, which also started as a luxury fitness club. Despite trying to address these concerns on behalf of five founding member families who share similar feelings, the response from the General Manager was less than satisfactory—he came across as arrogant and condescending.
While we still enjoy many aspects of Lifetime Fitness, these maintenance and management issues are starting to affect our overall experience. I hope that these concerns will be addressed so that the club can maintain the high standards we joined for.

I've been a member of this Lifetime location since opening, and you have to visit it often to appreciate what it has to offer. Put simply, this is a cross between a fully functioning gym and a country club. I've been a member of about a dozen gyms over my life, and nothing compares to this place. Lately, I've been working from the lounge on the first floor, and the experience is such that I may never work from home again. The internet is fast and reliable, and you can order from the cafe and they will bring your lunch to you as you're working. You can even network in the lounge, as there are many like me working from the lounge and you see friends from time to time.
This is great, because when you're ready to workout you just pack up your computer and put it in a locker, change into your swimsuit/gym clothes, and go have a workout. Then, back into the lounge to continue working after a shower. What other "gym" offers such capabilities? I work 8-11 hours in the lounge, and if that isn't enough there's a quieter space on the 2nd floor to work.
My girlfriend takes a class almost every day. It has an olympic size six lane lap pool inside and a resort-type pool outside. Cold plunge, sauna, steam in the men's locker room. A day spa on the first floor, including massage and hair. Cafe and lounge on the first floor, and the lounge serves coffee drinks during the day and alcohol beginning at happy hour. There's taco Tuesday, wine Wednesday, and dinner served in the lounge most weekdays. The 2nd floor has all the spinning, Pilates and yoga rooms, with a kid's zone to drop off your toddler while you workout. The 3rd floor has a fully equipped gym, with a Chiropractor on site and 3 indoor pickleball courts to boot.
Like I said, this is more like a country club than a spa. The naysayers just don't get it, but that's ok if they don't.

Very impressive facility in a former Bloomingdale's! It has amenities I've personally never seen at a gym before like a bar (with both alcoholic beverages and coffee), a cafe for tasty eats, a cool spa (complete with a barber shop, facials, mani/pedi, & more), really nice locker room (w towels, sauna, & steam), 2 pools including an indoor "Olympic" style pool for laps as well as a large "resort style" outdoor pool, 2nd floor has all your workout studios, water massage, & more, and 3rd floor has alota modern cardio equipment, weight machines, & free weights. Thank you Natalie for a great tour! It's a pricey membership, but seems well worth it if you can afford it. Recommend you take a tour and see for yourself. I would've posted more pics and a longer video if I had been permitted. Beautiful though. Trust me. You'll go gaga! Lol

**Review for Lifetime Fitness**
I’ve been a member of Lifetime Fitness for several months, and while I appreciate the variety of amenities and classes, the overcrowding is a significant issue. Every visit feels packed, making it nearly impossible to find a free machine, whether for cardio or strength training. The wait times can be frustrating, especially during peak hours, turning what should be an enjoyable workout into a stressful experience.
On a positive note, the staff is wonderful—always friendly and helpful, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. However, the chaotic environment still detracts from the overall enjoyment of the gym. Instead of focusing on my fitness goals, I often find myself anxious about whether I’ll be able to use the equipment I need. While I love the community aspect, the sheer volume of members has made it difficult to fully enjoy the space. I hope Lifetime Fitness can address this issue, as it greatly impacts the experience for many of us.

Every day, I order food at Lifecafe, and this is already the second time I've had to wait more than an hour to get my meal. I understand that sometimes they might be busy and there could be delays, but that wasn't the case; there were only two people ordering food. When they finally brought my food, it wasn't what I ordered. I missed an important meeting and couldn't even eat in the end. I find the service to be very poor, especially considering the membership is not cheap at all.

(Tl;dr: Just don't go here.)
I was a member for about 7 mos before I decided that the noise and the large crowds were not worth the cost. This gym costs way too much for an unpleasant experience at every step. It is always a challenge to park, every squat rack is taken by rude high school boys, and the speakers are always cranked up way too loud (often multiple speakers playing different music at once due to GTX and ALPHA classes sharing the same floor as all the machines). My ears were in hell.
I tried giving polite feedback to the front desk but no one cares.
It's sad too because the facility is impressive. I had joined in the same month that the gym first opened.
For anyone who would like to accuse me of being an old grumpus complaining about loud music: I'm 26.
Don't expect these people to care about your experience. They really don't need you. They have PLENTY of other paying customers.
I will never forget the time that a kid pooped in the pool and the teen lifeguards abandoned the pool area without saying anything, putting up any signs, or warning anyone that the pool was temporarily closed. Then I watched one lifeguard and the kid's mom spend the next 15 minutes using their feet to push pool water toward the drain. (Humans have put people on the moon and sequenced the human genome. Surely we have invented a better procedure for cleaning pools.) This is a health and safety issue for sure.
I might rejoin if this gym were <$200 / month for an individual membership, lowered the noise levels, moved their Alpha and GTX classes to dedicated rooms, lowered the volume on their group exercise classes (like Barre and cycling), and were less crowded.
I am aware these things won't happen. I just want to make it known I have clear expectations.
The locker room amenities, hot tubs, yoga classes, and indoor and outdoor pools are great in and of themselves (aside from the music and crowds).
The waterslide is rarely open.
The group fitness classes are usually packed and the music in the classes is always loud enough to cause hearing damage. (I tried multiple classes and trainers before giving up.) The earplugs they provide on the wall do not work. I actually tried very hard and could not get them to fit in my ears no matter how I twisted. I even bought 4 separate pairs of expensive noise-canceling earbuds and headphones and nothing helped to keep out the pounding music.
The music is inescapable - it's loud club beats even around the outdoor pool. It's a shame because the plentiful outdoor furniture and shade/sun options are unbeatable. I'm glad families have a place to bring their kids to play and have fun. But on the other hand, it's truly annoying paying $280/mo to have this "resort oasis" vibe ruined by a dozen screaming children who pee and poop in the pool. That aspect is puzzling from a business perspective. I did not sign up for a kid's summer camp.
It's a darn shame there are not separate pool areas for adults and kids. I have seen separate kids' areas even at clubs that were a fraction of the price - $70 per month per adult.
I can easily afford this gym, but I'm not enough of an idiot to keep paying employees and management who don't care for a service that is frustrating and uncomfortable in many ways.
It's been 4 months since I left Lifetime and my life is so much better now. I've been working out on my own. I'm healthier and saving a lot of money.

The facilities are great, the group classes are amazing with very fun and motivating instructors. The kids club is amazing, as a working parent the kids club has been such an asset. My child loves the different classes and activities, which means I can get my gym time. The kids club also has camp during school breaks and teacher workdays and my child consistently chooses this camp over other options I give her. I have never liked a gym before, but this place is awesome. It feels like a very well administered resort. I love the staff, particularly my physical trainer (Drew), Chiropractor (Dr Wong), Pilates instructors (Christie and Aritza) and the cleaning crew. Recovery staff (Chino & Sebastian) are amazing too!

Brought my friend Inder from Canada to be a guest with me. I’ve been a member here for 3 months. We stood at the entrance to be greeted by a front desk guy named Coleman who wouldn’t let him in and was extremely rude. Even on a guest pass. Even on a $75 drop-in fee. Members should not be treated like this.

Pros: modern gym with nice unique amenities. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Love the variety of equipment.
Cons: it is oversubscribed and full of unruly high school boys during peak hours who treat it like an afterschool playground often leaving a mess behind. For the price we pay we should be able to book classes but everything is booked for almost a week in advanced and all the desirable classes waitlist have 15-30 people on them. Forget about ever getting a pickleball reservation. They need to open up more classes for members.

This place was my happy place. I’ve looked forward to going everyday since it has all the amenities that you could wish for. The bad thing about this place are the certain employees, mainly the ones at the front desk. I was amazed at how badly I was treated when I attempted to bring a guest. I had brought one that same week with no problem whatsoever. I watched this man allow these other people to go through with a guest pass and said “ I’ll make this exception once”. So how come this guy makes exceptions for his friends?!?! Who is allowing this person to work here. They need to reconsider who is apt for working at this establishment.

This is my happy place. All the employees are so respectful and helpful. I'm handicapped & 83yo and they always make sure my needs are met. Everyone including other patrons are so friendly & helppful, greeting me with a kind word and a smile. The atmosphere begs me to comeback day after day. The pool is very inviting. The equipment and the facilities are the very best quality. The programs are wonderful and well thought out When I leave here I feel fulfilled. I am thankful to have Lifetime Fitness. Seeing all the younger people working out is extremely encouraging to me.

Place is nice but super crowded. Personal trainers are amazing. It’s worth every penny (yes it’s a hefty penny) but there is nothing that comes even remotely close to the amenities this place provides. There’s something for everyone here.
But the reason for the 1 star is the abhorrent lack of management and their ability to read the room…there are several bad reviews here about one person (Isabella) at the front desk. And the fact that she still has a job after ALL the negative feedback leaves me no other option but to think that the management team really has zero interest in maintaining a level of exceptional customer service.
I have had my encounters with this person and can confirm she is rude and unwilling to provide any assistance. She acts like she’s the queen of the gym, when in fact she’s a mere front desk employee working for a paycheck. She has no place in being the first face of the gym - it sets the worst impression. Her entitled attitude alone is off putting & management should pay attention. Hopefully something gets done.

This gym is the absolute best! I look forward to exercising every day and enjoy my time there. The gym is always clean, plenty of machines and free weights. On other gyms I always felt I needed to change my routines to accommodate to what was available. Not the case here at all, such a blessing. The employees are always smiling and helpful. The amenities are amazing and smells like a spa.
I do wear AirPods Max and they do an excellent job at blocking out any noise, I feel I am exercising alone 👍
In summary I have been falling in love with exercising again due to this location, highly recommended.

This is an overdue review. We patiently waited for LifeTime to open and we signed up before touring the facility. Needless to say, it has exceeded all of our expectations.
Unknowingly, I met a supportive group of women and instructors who make each session enjoyable! We found a community of people who seem happy! It’s a blessing to be part of a community who genuinely cares about health and fitness!
Concierge is friendly and welcoming. Gail, Luke, Amanda and all the front desk staff have treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy!
Wish we had more time to experience all the classes.
Weight training and learning how to use a barbell seemed intimidating at first. However, after continuously taking Mike or Chris’ Alpha Strength class, I have not only gained knowledge but strength. Mike and Chris have unbelievable patience to re-demonstrate an exercise and are quick to correct my form. Mike has encouraged me to go past my comfort zone and complete exercises I never imagine were possible, such as box jumps or wall walks.
Nessa, trainer, always has an electric, positive energy that is felt in any of her classes. Ultra Fit, Core, or Spinning.
Paula’s Flow yoga class is soothing or should I say, Zen. I walk away from her class in serenity. She exudes a sense of peace and tranquility when teaching.
Bea, who teaches Sol yoga on Sundays, piqued my daughter’s curiosity to learn yoga. My teenage daughter who was reluctant about exercising, now is intrigued. Eternally grateful.
All the Barre instructors, Mari, Vanessa, Erin are excellent! Just wish I had more time to take their classes.
PILATES! These sessions are special! I have taken Pilates at different studios with different instructors in the last few years.
Arissa, Pilates instructor, is exceptional! She has a true passion for teaching her craft. She is classically trained and throughly educated in providing a full body Pilates workout. Arissa, instructs and demonstrates each Pilates exercise. She has a keen eye for detail, and hyper-focuses on each client. She provides 100% of her attention in ALL of her sessions. NEVER allowing for interruptions from the outside to interfere. I’m appreciative for her commitment and utmost professionalism before, during and after class! Arissa has guided, curated, and helped me develop, taking my Pilates journey to an entirely new level.
Lastly, I want to recognize the support staff who keeps this beautiful building, impecable! Thank for ensuring that the locker rooms are sanitized and equipment clean.
Physical Fitness is priceless! We can’t express how grateful we are to be members at LifeTime at the Falls. Stephen, Thank you again!

Dear Steve Datte,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable treatment I received from one of your front desk staff members during my recent visit to The Falls. As an upset guest (at the time) and now officially a member, I was met with rudeness and disrespect when I approached the front desk to retrieve my headphones from my car. The front desk attendant not only refused to allow me to do so but also issued a threat, stating that if I left the club, I would not be permitted back in due to entering with a guest pass. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards of professionalism and hospitality that I expect from a high-level establishment like The Falls.
I urge you, as the general manager, to thoroughly review the numerous negative reviews regarding the front desk staff and to implement urgent changes and training to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is unfortunate to experience such issues at a club where members come to enjoy themselves and avoid general problems like this. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to seeing improvements in the service provided by your staff.

My experience at Lifetime Gym today was disappointing as a member and as a mom. The loud and inappropriate music being played on a Saturday morning and afternoon while families with children were using the pool was disappointing and concerning. The presence of such music not only disrupted the serene atmosphere that one would expect in a health and wellness facility but also posed safety risks, particularly for parents like me who were unable to hear their children amidst the noise. This situation is exacerbated for children with sensory processing disorders, who may find the loud music distressing and overwhelming.
Moreover, the refusal of the manager to address the issue despite being approached by my husband reflects in my opinion a lack of attentiveness to the needs and comfort of the facility members. I was not the only mom who has expressed this view. I hope they take the feedback to improve.

What a terrible service at the front desk. I stopped by to get to know the club and enroll. I did not know i had to book in advance. This lady called Isabella was really unpleasantly to deal with. Demonstrated no flexibility. Cut the conversation, was rude and sent me away.
As I looked at the previous reviews to write mine I noticed that this issue has happened several times and management has not made any intervention. If the front desk is like that, I wonder how is inside.

First and foremost let me say that I’m extremely grateful for the time Sebastian from recovery took to give us a tour of the whole facility. We initially signed up with the front desk who denied us a tour but Sebastian stepped up and went into detail what every section of the gym offers. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the jacuzzi areas inside the locker rooms. We definitely will take advantage of the recovery center (needs to be booked on the app) after an intense workout. Make sure to ask for Sebastian as he’s very knowledgeable and super attentive. Definitely look forward to working out here!

My husband and I stopped by yesterday and were very rudely treated. The staff at the reception lacks basic training to deal with customers. We asked to tour the facility so we could join and we were told we had to book a tour in advance. After some exchanges when the young lady only kept repeating the same answers to our different questions and not adding anything new, she was very rude and sent us off saying that she had made herself very clear and there was nothing else she could help us with. My husband was so shocked with this treatment that he asked her name while he looked for her name tag. At this point she put her hand over the tag so we would't see her name. But we saw it. I was appalled but the only thing I said was that this is not the way to treat prospective clients. When we left, I overheard her saying to her colleague that we were rude. I wonder if I was treated like this because I have an accent?

It is not a gym, it is a club. You can choose a class, lift weights, do some cardio, or simply take a sauna or a cold plunge. They also have an indoor lap pool, and one outdoor pool, with slide for children. On reception, few people are really supportive, like hotel quality service. I'd recomend a close eye from direction to separate good from bad. Could be 5 stars.

This is the best bang for your buck in Miami. I’ve been to a lot of upscale gyms in the area and nothing tops this experience. This isn’t for everyone. If you’re not a person that trains 5-6 times a week, then this gym isn’t for you because it doesn’t justify the price point. Shoutout to Adonis who works in the men’s locker room. He is the hardest working person I’ve come across in a long time. He is kind and engages with everyone. I tried it out for a month and although it’s a nice place, I couldn’t justify the cost for myself + my sister + all five of my kids. So I decided to cancel, only to learn that Lifetime FORCES you to pay for an entire month EXTRA after cancelling. That’s nearly $900 for us. In this day and age where ANY SUBSCRIPTION can be canceled before the month is up, I am shocked that Lifetime is abusing of their customers this way, effectively taking advantage of the fact that most will assume they can cancel before the month is over. Shame on you, Lifetime. You ought to change that policy asap. Let people cancel before their paid month is over and call it a day.

I have been going to this location since it first opened up and it has been an absolute delight to continue visiting this gym for my workouts and fitness. Overall, it is really incredible to see some of the things that people think are worthy of leaving a gym a one star review. Partaking in a class that was to full capacity. does not merit the gym to receive a one star review for their services. Not sure who needs to hear this but the review should be an overall analysis of the gym itself and all of their services.
With that being said I am very happy with the location and all it has to offer. This is a new location and therefore it’ll take some time for them to find their full rhythm on everything. But aside from that, GREAT gym.

PRO’s:
1. Gym is definitely a huge improvement over the Coral Gables club up the street with more and better gym equipment and more amenities.
2. Complementary Club Provided Towel Service
3. Gym was was very CLEAN!!
CON’s:
1. Unfortunately Lifetime Fitness Miami at The Falls is a disappointment and can’t hold a candle to any of the other clubs such as the one in West Palm Beach area or the one in the Laguna Beach California area, I was really expecting more with it being Miami!!
2. And another thing I didn’t like is the fact that the club showers are hooked up to a SOFT WATER SYSTEM which makes the shower water SLIMMY And leaves a slick feeling on your skin of the moon, because the seller will not wash off!!
They need to disconnect the soft water system, so the water can be hard again!!
3. Also, another con is PARKING is going to be a problem during peak hours, as the parking lot is too small to handle the volume of members.

I would say for the price point classes are way to pack , the alpha conditioning class and GTX are so packed you pretty much bumping into each other all the time . They tried to put , I think close to 20 people in one class in a very small space . I don’t feel challenged at all when I’m participating in any class . Also I just spoke with Maya I think was her name about cancelling the membership and she was rude . I think their attitude sometimes are not nice . Well I won’t say all of them in front desk are like that they are many that they are nice but this lady was super rude on the phone. I didn’t like the experience honestly .

A truly disappointing experience, particularly for the price point. In less than an hour visit, Lifetime managed to alienate me at the front desk, failed to flag a safety concern with the pool (the water slide was not operational, but staff didn’t bother to post signage to alert people, instead relying on children in the pool to yell “you can’t go on the slide” to my son and I), and failed to staff the cafe to provide sufficient service. I hope that Lifetime Palmetto Bay manages to get its act together, but I won’t hold on as a member long enough to find out. The facility is beautiful, but that doesn’t mean anything if it’s not adequately staffed and managed.
