I absolutely love this gym! I decided to elevate my workouts by switching from my previous national gym to Lift365. I initially joined when it was under different ownership and branding, and I was satisfied back then. However, with the new management and brand, I'm even more thrilled. Lift365 offers a fantastic facility equipped with a wide variety of equipment.

I didn’t just join a gym, I joined a fitness family. I landed in Oviedo from Maryland in June 2024, right when my fitness journey was just getting warmed up. And let me tell you, Lift 365 didn’t just meet expectations it went beyond the stars.

The Oviedo location?

Expanding, evolving, and absolutely electric. I even swung by the Downtown Orlando spot, another gem! If I could clone myself, I’d hit both locations twice a day. No joke.

But it’s not just the shiny machines and sleek layout, it’s the people. The team? Top-tier. The members? Respectful legends. I’ve left stuff behind more times than I care to admit (we all have those days), and every time, it’s either right where I left it or safely tucked away in lost and found. There’s even a pair of slippers chilling in a locker for over a week...untouched. That’s not just gym etiquette, that’s gym culture.

Sure, sometimes a rogue dumbbell goes on a walkabout, but hey, there’s always one entitled lifter in the wild. The staff swoops in like cleanup superheroes and restores order. And the cleanliness? Immaculate. I swear they dust more than a museum curator.

If I could change one thing? The music. I’d blast 90s hip-hop all day, every day. But I get it… not everyone wants to lift to Biggie and Tupac. Still, a guy can dream, right?

I just joined Lift 365 a week ago. It is an amazing place but so large I was a little intimidated and was having a hard time navigating. I finally decided to ask for some help and Stephan was so amazing! I now feel so at home there and he helped me find the best options for my regular and PT exercises! He even gave me a few amazing new exercises to do and introduced me to a couple of new machines that will really help me. Thank you Stephan!!!

One of THE BEST equipped gyms. Great machines (top of the line brands) and free weights. The manager, Bill, creates a welcoming atmosphere for people of all ages and training levels. Having been to other non-commercial gyms in Orlando, Lift365 is definitely on the top of my list. Can’t wait for the expansion!

Phenomenal gym and a positive change from zoo to Lift 365.

Only gripe is not one the gym can always change or do something about. But the gym is filled with kids, 3-4 deep on one machine and filming in the locker room. Not the gyms fault, but that’s the current atmosphere these days.

I absolutely love this gym. It’s honestly a hidden gem in Oviedo. The entire place is always spotless, the music is on point, and the overall layout just makes sense. The machines? Next level. The selection of equipment is insane—in the best way possible.

One of the biggest wins for me? KidCare is included in the membership cost. That alone makes a massive difference, especially as a parent trying to stay consistent.

But what really sets this gym apart is the people. The staff is always so kind and welcoming—something I’ve never consistently experienced at other gyms. And the members? Equally friendly, respectful, and genuinely motivating. It’s such a different vibe than any gym I’ve ever been to.

It truly feels like a well-kept secret around here, and I’m so glad I found it. 10/10 recommend!

If you're tired of the big commercial chain gyms feel, Lift 365 is exactly what you've been looking for. This place is nothing short of spectacular. From the staff, to cleanliness, the owners, the environment, the members, the vibe, the equipment.. there's really NOTHING, you can point to and say, we'll this was shitty.

You walk in and you're immediately greeted with a smile, be it from Carter, Hiii Carter! Matt, Hiii Matt!, Bryce, Blake, or Ben, hiii Bryce, hii Blake, hiii Ben! Or any of the other staff, you walk past the reception desk, and it smacks you right dead in the face, this is a GYM, not a fitness center with a bunch of moody people.

Everyone is nice, welcoming, everywhere you look, there are people working out HARD, laughing HARD, and enjoying themselves. It's legit a big family/gym community, and that's what makes it so special.

The equipment, all top of the line, if you are a crazy person and legs is your favorite, there's everything here for you to grow your broomstick into tree trunks💪Pinatta and Arsenal chest machines, dbs up to 150lbs, and some of the best lighting game in the business. You can definitely tell the owners, have a love not only for fitness, but also for their business and their guests.

If you want a true gym experience, and not the mundane commercial chain gym feel, do yourself a favor and come check out Lift365, it'll definitely give you the motivation you may need to get in shape! Make sure you say Hiiiii Carter! Really loud when you walk on, he loves it.

Legit the best gym I’ve ever been to, no doubt. The atmosphere, essence and care for members is absolutely incredible, and all their equipment tops it off with Arsenal, Hammer Strength, even some Panatta 🔥 You might find a gym with all of the best equipment, but finding one with the same atmosphere as Lift is nearly impossible. The sense of community is outstanding as you’ll always see and chat with the gym owners who lift there all the time, super nice folks, just like all the employees around! They went beyond with Lift by also tapping into health care, by adding red light sauna, PEMF therapy and much more… Simply perfect gym, I could spend all day there.

I love the constant improvements that have been applied and are continually developing this gym. Looking forward to Powerlifting and Weightlifting competition equipment soon to arrive! I'd love to see Texas barbells, bare iron plates, and steel kg plates get an entry to the selection of available equipment.

All around awesome gym. First, it’s very clean, which is the most important factor to me when choosing a gym. There always seems to be someone cleaning. Also, it doesn’t smell like a gym (if that makes sense). Many others have a damp musty smell. Next, I’m glad they retained a lot of the staff from the previous ownership. The staff always greets me walking in, acknowledges me when I’m walking out, and are very friendly with my kids. The remodel since the change in ownership came out great. It looks modern yet functional. Last, it has everything anyone would need to get a good workout.

We love this spot. Great selection of incredible machines that will humble you in no time. This isn't the type of spot where they just get a truckload of the same type of thing from a manufacturer. Everything here is hand picked by the owners, who are avid gym goers.

They are always improving it as well! Every week we get new toys to play with and the layout gets a little bit better.

This gym is honestly top-tier! The equipment is always clean and up-to-date, the vibe is motivating, and the staff really goes above and beyond. Special shoutout to Analia—she’s absolutely the best at what she does! Super knowledgeable, always friendly, and genuinely cares about the members!

The smoothie bar is a great bonus! I grabbed a post-workout shake that hit the spot and ended up buying some protein powder with BCAAs right there—definitely helped with recovery.

I've been training at Lift 365 for a while now, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. The energy in the gym is always motivating, the equipment is top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter.

The new owners have gone above and beyond with the renovations—bringing in not just great equipment, but unique and top-tier machines that make every workout exciting. I love the new facade of the gym. I would say that very few equipment pieces aren't as good as the older ones, but I can manage. I wish they had a couple of heavy-duty punching bags. Overall, I appreciate the effort of the new ownership.

On a side note;
GYM recording should be banned from gyms. It's annoying to be on someone's video background. Do you want to record yourself? do it at home. It's extremely uncomfortable & annoying. 📵

No one wants to be recorded by some awkward Tik Toker or social media influencer who's thirsty for cheap likes and views by trolling people on social media.
If this happens, I would hope the gym addresses it immediately. This is a public shared space, and everyone should be respected. "Mind your own your own business," like Joey Swoll says.

I've been a member for years now since Zoo GYM. I keep coming to this gym because of cleanliness and the fact it's opened 24/7.

Analia, like always, I admire her outstanding customer service.. She has always made sure the gym operates smoothly. Indeed, she's a great asset to this gym.

By far this is the BEST & most complete gym experience that I’ve been associated with in my 47 years of training. A nice blend of old/new school EQUIPMENT that will complete anyone’s experience that gyms have to offer w/minimal glitz & glamour.

Honest review of the most modern, up to date, fitness facility in the Oviedo FL area. Always begin with positive, love love LOVE this gym (in almost every aspect). First, the military support is amazing. The brand new state of the art equipment is phenomenal. The turf area is excellent (a little larger would be even better 🙂). Staff is wonderful, genuine, and truly supportive!

One very important aspect that definitely needs some improvement, the lighting throughout the facility! The dark colors in the facility with only red as an accent are simply not enough. All the above positives are “overshadowed” by the poor lighting throughout Lift365. Completely understand that improvements and upgrades take time. My review will definitely be 5+++ stars once the lighting throughout the facility is complete.💪🏼

Had a great first workout at this location. Ben was EXTREMELY helpful in getting me set up, explaining all of the offerings, etc. I also love that the cardio equipment is equipped with iFit classes (You will need to have your own membership to iFit if you want to have the full expansive library of their offerings, but these machines have a good selection nonetheless). The gym wasn't overly crowded, and was easy to get to. I'll be glad to come here right after Weight Watchers meetings here in the mall. Overall, it'll be worth my drive from Winter Park to come here.
