I have been working out with Katie for 1 year now. I have had 2 other personal trainers before her and she is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable about your body and exercises that will help you achieve your goals along with keeping your body safe if you have any injuries. She challenges me while also showing kindness. If you are looking for a trainer, try her out!

I can’t recommend Light and Glory Fitness enough! Chuck and Katie have built an incredible, welcoming space that offers personalized, results-driven training. Chuck has been my personal trainer for a while now, and his flexible schedule, attention to detail, and ability to push me toward my goals have made all the difference. He also trains my husband and our 12-year-old son once a week, and the progress they’ve seen is truly amazing! I’ve worked with Katie in the past, and she’s equally fantastic. Whether you’re just starting or looking to up your fitness game, Light and Glory Fitness is the place to be!

Over the years I've gone to various gyms, but I'd immediately become intimidated resulting in me leaving. Then October 2023 I was introduced to Max at Light & Glory.
Considering the numerous joint issues this 70 year old body has, Max has worked miracles! Everyday activities are much easier... that large pot of water is no longer heavy. Groceries are easy to get out of the car. My balance has improved. The first time I was able to easily get out of restaurant booth was shear pleasure. I never imagined I'd be lifting weights, but Max's guidance and encouragement has made me look forward to our sessions. Recently my PCP couldn't believe my cholesterol numbers.
"Good form, you can do it, 2 more please" I hear every time I go. To Max I say, "Good job!! You've given me confidence and are making me healthier!"

Light and Glory has been such a great place to go get in shape. I was 40 lbs over weight and didn’t feel like I had any way to change that. I walked in one day met Max and set up a session. he has helped me understand how to take care of myself and help me gain strength as well as boost self confidence. I feel better than I did at 20. I also love the small gym setting that isn’t intimidating. Generally, Max and I are the only ones in the gym so it’s not embarrassing to start out with no experience. I’m very thankful for Max’s patience and direction to help me become better. This place has helped change my life. Thanks Max and Light and Glory!

I started coming here a week ago; I followed my personal trainer, Max.. who has trained me for 3 years now, that just started working at light and glory! He’s the absolute best! The space is awesome! I recommend Max to everyone I speak to! I can’t wait to eventually prep for a show!

This Boutique Gym is a hidden treasure. Its interior is clean and it is the perfect size, offering all the essentials needed for whatever your workout goals may be. This place has had such a positive impact on my life!!! I’ve been in athletic coach my whole life, so I’m very particular on who I allow to train me. Chuck and Katie are world-class trainers!! For the last three years they have helped me maintain my goals, they have been with me through the process of healing a herniated disc. Teaching me exercises I could do to maintain my strength and alleviate strain on my back!! Google does not have enough stars to truly reveal how awesome this place is!!!

Katie and Chuck are such amazing trainers!!!! I joined them when I was tired of being depressed about my postpartum body from the way I looked to how tight my clothes fit. I've lost 30 pounds with them thus far, over 12 inches in my waist, gained muscle, and even competed in my first 2 bodybuilding shows and moved up in my placing/trophies as well! Katie is extremely patient with all of my questions (I ask sooo many during exercises lol) and she explains it to where I actually understand and not just scientific terms. They're both very knowledgeable about the body and PROPER meal plans. I really appreciate that my meal plan is not cookie cutter and they give me a plan that is REALISTIC and SUSTAINABLE for my goals!! Their gym is extremely clean and I love the private and group training too; it's TRULY a NO JUDGEMENT zone and filled with patience, compassion, and motivation!! Not only do I look amazing but I FEEL even more amazing! I'm so grateful God led me to Katie and Chuck! Joining Light and Glory Fitness was one of the best decisions I've ever made!! 🙌 💪😎❤

Katie has helped me so much over the past four months. I have tried so many diet plans and fitness regiments over the years, but never really saw a change until I went to Light & Glory Fitness. Katie helped me develop a nutrition plan that works for me and has taught me so much about putting together an effective workout. In four months, I’ve seen a loss of 15 pounds and 5% body fat.
