The gym is kept in poor condition. There's 2 running treadmills out of 8. A majority of equipment is damaged beyond use. The floors look like they haven't been mopped. No staff are present at night so random non paying members come in, including high schoolers that vandalize the property. A mirror was destroyed. Alot of other members say they feel unsafe. Stay away at all cost.

Go to LA Fitness! Often times when coming in the upstairs area is 100 degrees+, numerous pieces of gym equipment have been broken and unusable for OVER A year. 2 out of the 8 treadmills are broken and cannot be used, all 3 exercise bikes have something wrong with them that make them either difficult to use or extremely uncomfortable to sit on, multiple pieces of cable equipment with broken or frayed cables. The equipment is not maintained and is often times very dirty. I personally have spoken with the front counter staff on the situation 3 times over the span of 2 to 3 months and each time I’m told there will be a technician in soon. When I talked about cancelling my membership, the gentleman told me I would need to pay a cancelation fee of $30. When I asked if I could downgrade my membership to the single person package, he told me the same fee would apply. I was never made aware of a cancelation fee when I signed up and when I said something about that he said it was in the paperwork I signed when I signed up. When I initially signed up, they had me sign a pad multiple times, giving me a very basic description of what I was signing. This is very frustrating considering the monthly fee for this gym is higher than most other places.

Decent Gym. Kind of old school vibe. Some of the equipment isn't exactly kept up well. But there's is more than adequate equipment available to get any workout done. Never too crowded biggest plus.

At 6pm there was no staff at the whole place. There was a sign to text them if you needed help. I did and was told no one is there after 5pm and the price to join is sky rocket, they also not linked with Silver Sneakers program. Not a secure place and anyone can go in at their pleasure. My husband was doing exercises and using ther equipments while I was trying to get help and not a person asked him if he was a member, the place smelled bad and atmosphere was not pleasant. FYI...Planet Fitness @ Plant City has a full staff 24/7 and is way cheaper, no contract and a bigger gym with more equipments and even massage chairs and Hydro massage beds, super clean and great atmosphere. Save yourself some money and go to a real gym that really cares for you and your safety.

I agree with all of the low reviews on here with the exception of billing-because I paid for a year upfront.

I’ve messaged the owner a few times about my concerns with broken equipment/improperly working equipment and some potential hazards with the treadmills via Facebook. I have not seen anything done but hope they fix things. The gym is showing its age in some areas, and there are several machines for cardio that could use replacing. Missing buttons, functions don’t work, ellipticals that don’t turn on or say out of service-you have bounce from machine to machine to find one that fully works-same with the treadmills.

The declining/ab benches are missing padding and unusable, some have been attempted to be mended with towels stuffed in them. Many are ripped with no padding at all. Weight equipment padding is worn out and sticky as it’s been worn down to the adhesive part.

It is also very hot inside. I’d love to this place be successful, and hope there is a plan in place to bring it back to a fully functioning gym-however at the rate it’s going, I don’t think I’ll be signing by up for another membership.

If you like working out without air conditioning and taking cold showers post workout, this it the place for you! Most of the treadmills are broken and the few that do work require a programming degree from MIT to get working. The owner chain smokes cigarettes outside the front entrance which speaks to the give a $#!? level he has for the business.

Been going here for quite some time now and the one thing i always loved, is that is doesn't get too crowded. But lately, I am not sure if they want new members or to keep current members. A couple months ago, i had to put a new card on file for my membership fees. They processed the new card and told me i was good to go. Well recently when i scan my badge, the computer says no member found. I look at my bank statements and see that my new card hasnt been charged at all. I try going to the gym to get things resolved and now nobody is there. Ive tried early morning and mid day and not a single employee in sight. Just a sticky note stuck to the computer saying "text this number". They dont have any staffed hours posted, so i have no clue when anyone is ever there. I also dont just want to work out anyways because they have signs posted everywhere that the gym is monitored 24 hours by cameras and trespassers will be prosecuted. Since the computer is telling me im not a member, i am not about to get hit with trespassing because of something they messed up on their end.

The staff leave a couple hours before the gym closing. The doors are supposed to lock automatically, allowing only members to come in.

Unfortunately this is not the case and doors don't lock, leaving the gym unsupervised. It becomes a free-for-all filled with strangers and minors who workout shirtless, leave machines dirty, take up machines they aren't using, and partake in dangerous exercises that are a lawsuit waiting to happen. This is also a safety concern for anyone planning on working out at night.

Machines also break and stay broken for days to weeks on end. I would highly suggest finding a different place. There are multiple in the area

One of my favorite places! Very comfortable atmosphere and accepting of every body type. I was always uncomfortable going to a gym by myself but not at limitless. Great Gym! Been Going here for many years and love the newer layout they did a while back with multiple additions, like a sled area and ropes. No matter what you want to work out there is a machine or room for free weights up or down stairs. Very clean and the employees are very friendly.

Great gym especially if you’re going there to workout and no people watch. Has everything a true gym goer would usually need. As far as the hours I’m sure in the future that can be adjusted but in the meantime I would def recommend this gym. I paid for an entire year and do not live in plant city no more but at the same time I have no issue with keeping the membership.

I signed my granddaughter up with a membership she chose the bring a friend option we paid the start up cost and then it was supposed to be 25.00 per month going forward 3 times I have been charged over 40.00 every time I call they give me a different reason why I was charged so I cancelled now I have to pay another 40.00 to cancel. Awful and you cant talk to a manager just some person behind the counter that could care less!

This gym is trashy. Never clean and equipment is not taken care of. When equipment is broken (often) it takes forever to be repaired. Bathrooms smell and are seldom cleaned. Only way to wipe equipment down is with nasty towels used over and over and spread germs. Owner is disrespectful and when confronted about condition, he is easily intimidated and will terminate your contract. Doubtful that any of the video surveillance works. Gym is often closed during posted business hours. Much better alternatives in town to choose from.

Honestly, this place deserves 0 stars. The staff does absolutely nothing but stand around or take pictures of themselves in the mirror. The bathrooms are disgusting. Tanning beds are never cleaned or sanitized like the contract says they should be. There is never any hand sanitizer nor are the cleaners refilled when the bottles are empty. Therefore NO one can wipe down machines after each use. The upstairs is WAY to hot and the machines never work. I let them know every week and I get the SAME reply each time, “We are working on it, parts are on the way.” Well at this rate... parts have been on the way for the past 10 months. Tolga the owner is not professional. He loves women in tight pants and is incredibly forward. I truly think that he wanted to use his wealth to buy a playground for himself. He is the opposite of a business owner. I have been a member since 2013 and I can honestly say I cannot take this anymore. Tolga took over the gym in the fall of 2015 and since then there has been steady digression. This gym is dirty, the customer service lacks immensely, and the owner could care less about paying customers. The Better Business Bureau should investigate coding especially when it comes to tanning beds and bathrooms.
I highly recommend beginning or continuing your fitness journey elsewhere. Gym cleanliness and properly servicing machines should be most important when it comes to selecting a fitness club. Tolga the owner, can boast about his two story, 15,000 sqft playground all he wants, but if the place isn’t clean and the equipment is constantly broken and he refuses to listen to his unsatisfied customers then he is not gonna be around for much longer. Stay away and Save yourself!!

This gym is TERRIBLE ! I have been a member since 2011 and it has gone down hill continually under new ownership. Bathrooms are disgusting. No one wipes down equipment or re-racks weights. The most disorganized gym management and ownership on planet earth and possibly the entire solar system!!! I moved out of state and the management said they would handle the cancellation of my membership and gave me a high five and transferred my Dad to his own account. Months later I get phone calls from collection companies telling me I owe this gym money!!! The gym has no voicemail set up and they never answer the phone!!! The management even admitted that the previous management failed to tell several members the proper way to cancel their membership with the gym but yet they still demanded I pay for the time after I was told it had been canceled!!!I haven’t been to this gym since 9/20/2017!!! They’re extremely desperate for money and don’t care about their reputation at all in the Plant City community!!! I’d think a clean reputation and an open door for a returning customer in the future would be worth more than $55 ??? (The money isn’t my issue it’s the principle) If you decide to use this gym pay in full each year and do not trust them with your account information..... also don’t go to this gym if you think there’s a chance you might have to use a toilet THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING !!!!!

The owner is a scam artist I was put on a cancellation program in August (2017) which is a 60 day cancellation plan so they can keep getting your money, but in November (2017) which he charged my card illegally and over drafted my account so I got charged. I have sent numerous emails to him which he refuses to respond he opens them but doesn't respond. He agian tryed to charge my card in December (2017) but I had cancelled my card and switched banks so he sent me a collection letter and it says he plans to charge me for the upcoming month of January(2018). Limitless is an amazing gym that offers variety, substance, and support. We met Tolga, the owner, while working out, he was extremely accommodating, intuitive, and knowledgeable. Tolga and his staff were supportive and beneficial when my husband and myself were working out. I highly recommend this gym if you want a great atmosphere, professional people, and personal growth.

I have been with this gym for around 5 years now and have seen it grow throughout the years. The staff now is super friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job with keeping the facilities clean and updating when needed. Perfect gym for the location it's in. Never been this bad with weights being left on machines...Second time in a row all four Hammer machines left with weights on them and seven out of eight leg macines had weights on them. NOT fair to members that return weights to racks and wipe their stations down....

Overall a pretty good gym. They have a downstairs section for people who use free weights and an upstairs section for cardio / machine weights. The staff is friendly and the gym is kept clean. My only issue is after hours the key tag doesn't always work.

To cancel your membership, you have to write a letter and send it to some headquarters which we did - a year or more ago. They're still billing us and calling the house through a collection company. Don't do business with people like this.
