Limitless Mind & Body is Amazing to say the least! Sonda is extremely knowledgeable and is very passionate about what she does. She asks questions and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. The Softwave pain relief therapy machine works wonders! I had a knee pain that I have not found a way to stop, but after just 5 minutes, YES 5 MINUTES, I was able to move my knee around with no pain at all. I was shocked! The Body Composition Scanner was also incredible. It gave me a complete rundown of my body composition. It is crazy how detailed it is. The technology in the wellness center is absolutely amazing, but the service is what really makes them shine! I would definitely recommend anyone to come to here as I know they will be treated with so much attention and they will come out happier and healthier than they came in!

I am so impressed with the services offered at Limitless Mind and Body! So I have been having some neck muscle and knee pain recently and stopped by for a pain management session with Sonda at their cozy,well equipped location in Ocala. Sonda was very pleasant ,professional and knowledgeable.She was very detailed oriented and kept me comfortable the entire period.After just one round of laser and shock wave therapy I walked out pain free and much relieved. I was in awe when I noticed my swelling had also subsided.Check out this hidden gem. There is something here for everyone!You will be glad you did!

Fantastic experience overall, specifically with the shockwave treatment. As a showjumper, we are pretty tough on our bodies and can hold some tension in our shoulders and neck - after one session with Sonda I felt looser and could literally feel the effects immediately! Highly recommend, especially to all equestrians!

The Shockwave treatment was amazing, I have suffered with lower back pain for over 20 years, after treatment I got back on my feet and to my surprise, was walking with no pain. I recommend it for everyone. The Assisted stretching massages was out of this world. I was so tense and didn't know it until my muscles felt so relaxed after the magic hands of sheila the masseuse

Thank you Kaytlyn! I hurt my hand from doing yard projects. I had a therapy session and I know it feels already better. I love how she took her time with me explained everything. I felt well taken care of and comfortable with her. The building is brand new inside is very clean. I highly recommend Kaytlyn to anyone who wants a session. I can’t wait to come back.

Edit: I have been back to see Kaytlyn. After a week my fingers have feeling and function back!! I can’t be any happier. I do not have pain and I can use my right hand again. Thank you again!

Was having lower back pains for a while and pain meds provided by doctors weren't really helping as much. The process of sitting and getting back up would take some time due to the pain. Went in for SoftWave Therapy and after the first session I was able to get up without the pain I had been experiencing for months. I was excited and in shock that I got up and sat down 5 more times just to be sure. It truly was a blessing!

Kaytlyn was very professional and had me come in to do a session with the softwave therapy machine. I was unsure of what to expect at first, but she made me want come back and check out their other offered services. I no longer have back pain after pulling a muscle at work.
