With all the demands of life, coach Liam has demonstrated flexibility and commitment to meeting clients where we are at even if that might look different week to week. I have known Coach Liam since I was a member of F45 so now we have known each other for about four years, and I have grown to trust his knowledge and expertise in the field. He really works with his clients and is realistic about what he would like to see achieve on our health journey, but also what is feasible for us as clients at the time. Live Fit For Me has truly been life changing! its given me structure and confidence in my ability to overcome obstacle and achieve my goals. Coach Liam is amazing at what he does! when there were challenges he found ways to help me get it done, he provided that foundation that I have not gotten in any other program or setting. Liam is one of a kind trainer! I’ve worked with a few over the years and he is by far the most attentive. He truly cares and wants to see his clients succeed! One thing that I appreciated most when working out with Liam is how he really breaks down the movements he has you do and explains which muscle groups correspond with said movement(s). Just like any other trainer, he has lots of clients but when you’re with him you really feel like you’re the only one. Coach Liam’s program was both successful and eye opening. Not only did the results show at the end of my 6 month program, but I was able to learn soooo many things about not just working out and going to the gym, but also the best diet FOR MYSELF (he’s always there with you every step of the way for both gym journey and everyday life) AND your everyday mindset. Motivating me in ways that I thought online coaches didn’t. He taught me self accountability. I started my 6 month clean bulk program at 153 lbs, and ended with 169 lbs. My personal goal was to reach 170lbs, and I was very close!! I would definitely recommend Coach Liam’s program to others because it’s normal to struggle with self accountability, and having him on your shoulder helps SO much, whether it be questions on your diet, workout plan, etc. Overall, a 5 star experience, and plan to work with him more in the future.

Not only do I have raving things to say about coach Liam, but I also want to thank him again for helping me and my family achieve our weight loss goals! Not only did coach Liam help me lose my dad bod weight, but also build strength in all my silly putty areas, which was something I thought I’d honestly never achieve. Coach Liam goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure you have the correct form during each set, gives you proper recovery time, all while pushing you like a navy seal to truly challenge yourself. The app versatility has been my saving grace as well and I love that its user friendly! His nutrition sessions taught me how to love the healthy recipes, bake better than Martha Stuart and become the family go to when it comes to eating clean. As a trainer, he was always adamant about me, as his client, understanding that his sessions are not just for dieting, but to remain as a permanent life changing life style. The result I experienced through my journey have been something I never thought I would experience. Just for context, I personally suffer with IBS. Working with him, he was able to provide guidance on how to maneuver through that while ensuring I received all and any required intakes and nutrition. I began shredding weight in no time, my gut health began experiencing a much healthier flow, I had a major decrease in gut inflammation and developed a significant amount of muscle mass. What I personally enjoyed through the journey was the food!! I was always under the assumption we need to consume boring, bland food. It was an investment I made for myself and I got everything that I was looking for and needed and wanted. Liam is far the best trainer I’ve ever had, I started with just training and now I’m doing both nutrition and training and what a difference. I am a type 2 diabetes and I never thought my A1C could ever go down without medicine but with his training and proper nutrition I’m able to get off my medicine and keep my A1C at normal numbers. His program is life changing, aside from my diabetes I also have the worst tendinitis issues dues to flat foot and I’m getting cortisone shots to keep me walking and after his suggestions and great mentorship’s I was able to steer away from not just the shots but surgery as well. Now we have a goal set to keep my weight down and stay healthy. I really wish I started both programs a long time ago as his coaching will really open your mind and help you connect it with your body to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

I started with Liam in August, I’ve struggled with back, hip & glute pain for well over a year. Had back surgery December 2022 & struggled with any type of exercise. Tried PT with no relief, couldn’t even walk more than a 1/4 mile without severe pain. I started training with Liam & now walking 10,000+ steps a day, squatting lower than I’ve ever been able to, and my cardio is now actually doing the elliptical for 45minutes 5 days a week. Not only has my strength come back so much, I’m no longer in pain and can do any type of exercise.
