I have been a member since the studio opened. As a newcomer to pilates I was a little nervous to try a new style of exercise. Each instructor I have experienced has offered guidance to ensure safe posture and encouragement. I was beyond excited to see that a Pilates Studio was opening in Palm City!! Being a part of this Studio has been a wonderful experience! All of the Instructors are very knowledgeable, caring and focused on helping their students advance their level of expertise with proper form and proper understanding of the mind/body connection. I love this studio! They know my name when I walk in for class. The classes are challenging yet still doable as the instructors will help you with your form if you’re struggling. I had been at franchised studio and never felt welcomed and comfortable. I truly admire the women who own this studio and their goal to make this Pilates studio different from the rest.
