Jena did a private beach yoga class for my friend’s bachelorette party and she was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable, talented, kind, and fun. I have a back issue and one of the girls is pregnant and Jena helped us practice yoga safely with helpful accommodations. She was also a great communicator and on the ball. I 10/10 recommend Jena and Lotus Lab and would love to take a class from her again!

Jena is great! The best yoga teacher I have ever met. After my first 3 yoga classes with her, I felt as I didn’t have a recent surgery anymore. And don’t talk about the great person she is. Don’t think twice because she is definitely the best.
