Fields are great, they also drain very well.
Plenty of shade, pavilions, picnic tables, & covered batting cages with lights.
Large gym- scheduled activities during the week & able to rent after hours.
Concession stand food is fair & priced well.
Ton of parking.
I will add, please watch your kids closely near the parking lots. We have had issues with minors driving recklessly right by the playground….

Went to see the softball complex today, it was sad. Fields look overgrown, fences gone, etc. Obviously not in use. From other post, must be unrepaired damage from the hurricane? Turned around and walked away head down with a heavy heart. Hate to see fields in that condition.

I went to Lynn Haven Sports Complex today, to be tested for COVID-19. The entire staff there was so efficient and so kind. If you need to be tested for COVID-19, I'd recommend making your appointment and using this facility!

It used to be a very nice park however it sustained a lot of damage from hurricane Michael. The ballfields and all buildings are still damaged beyond use. The sidewalks are still good for walking and the children's playground equipment is still good. It looks like workers are still doing trash pickup from time to time and replacing the dog poop bags. Hopefully Lynn Haven will get the federal disaster relief money needed to repair everything.

We had an 8 yr olds birthday party here in middle of day on a scorcher. So the adults were complaining but kids had fun on the playground thank goodness.
The ants by the pavilion were under the tables so we moved to middle to have cake.
The bathrooms we're locked but the last time we had party there they were open. That was not good of course.
I am grateful though to have been able to utilize their facility at last moment decision. So I would still recommend Lynn Haven rec center just be sure to bring some water balloons for fun and cooling off. Kids would love it.

We practice here and there ants are horrible! With all the rain we have had recently you can't even see the ant hills to avoid. There Park is used by lots of people, so much going on here...please do something about all the ants!

Excellent place for get togethers. Lots of grass, playgrounds for the kids, a walking/jogging/roller blading path that goes through the park, and a pavilion with picnic tables. Just be sure to bring extra chairs to sit in and perhaps a sunbrella.

Love the parks they have. Something for all ages, They have a football field, basketball court and baseball area as well. The football field is not lit up very well. There is a pavilion there with restrooms.

Great place for kids of all ages to play has several different play in. Also a great place for teens and adults to exercise and play some sports. They just need some water fountains set up in various spots. Maybe a swimming pool too
