Almost four months in with M3 and Coach Sean!
After more than a year of doing absolutely no exercise, the progress has been incredible. I’m not just talking about the physical changes, but also everything I’ve learned—technique, nutrition, healthier habits, the speed I’ve gained, my balance and body control, and most importantly, my mental health. Every time I show up with an idea or something new I want to try, Sean is always willing to help and build a program for it if possible. My wife and I trained at M3 from 2018–2020 and got into the best shape of our lives. Then Covid hit, we fell off track, and honestly lost our motivation. Fast forward a few years — we finally decided to come back, and we’re so glad we did.
The gym is nicer than ever with tons of upgrades, and our trainer, Coach Jennifer, has been amazing. She eased us back into training at the right pace, listens closely to our goals, and keeps every workout fresh. She’s also been incredibly thoughtful in working around our existing injuries while still pushing us in the right ways. We always walk out feeling better than when we walked in.
Couldn’t recommend M3 — and Jennifer — more highly. If you’re thinking about getting started or getting back into a routine, this is the place to do it.

The group classes are great but you definitely get your best results with a personal trainer. Miguel is awesome. I spent a few years being lazy and not working out and he has been the best help in getting back into the fitness level I want to be at. In a few months I went from struggling to do 135 on bench to 225, 195 on deadlift to 315. He’s extremely motivational and pushes me to do my best.

I love training at m3!! I do cross country and track at fwbhs and Faith is a really good trainer. whenever im feeling the bumps and bruises from cross country she is like a magician and she makes me feel better after a session. I feel like ive gotten a lot stronger since training here and everytime i think i cant do something or faith gives me a weight that was heavier before and i end up being able to do it it blows my mind and makes me feel really good about myself. i cant wait to see how my training translates to my track season.

Heard about the group training by word of mouth and decided to give it a try. I think really highly of the staff here! I was in a run club with them prior to joining M3. Their welcoming and humble personalities are one thing, but the achievements and goals they have are remarkable, to say the least. That is why I was so interested in the first place. The mindset of the coaches is one of pushing yourself to limits you once thought were unattainable. The group training isnt a walk in the park either. Of course, they can accommodate any fintess level, but the program is dialed and you can leave feeling accomplished, knowing you got better that day!

I wish that I could give Faith and M3 100 stars! From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell that there was something different and very special about M3! Everyone, coaches and customers alike, have been so friendly and encouraging through every step!
I am NOT a gym goer and I have never liked working out. But I needed to do something to get my health on track and get off medicines I’ve been taking. Walking in to talk to Kalen for that first appointment, I was skeptical. But he was so nice and encouraging and I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did!!
Faith has truly been a Godsend and there are not enough words to express how much of a blessing she has been. She is the perfect blend of encouraging and tough! She is amazing at pushing me to work hard and challenge my own beliefs of myself and my ability. She was the only one around me (including myself) that believed I could do it! And she actually made me believe in myself! She actually makes working out fun!! 🙂

First, the staff here is very welcoming and very friendly. That can be hard to find at many facilities and can make things awkward at first even for people who have been in the gym a long time like myself. That was 100% not the case here @ M3. This staff is, as I said, friendly and MOTIVATED. I started @ M3 because I needed drastic change of scenery from the monotony of my stair master and treadmill cardio routines. I found exactly what I needed here as well as a few other things I didn't anticipate. It's something different every day, and with the fun group of trainers and clients @ the morning classes i attend. The time just flies by which is when exactly what i was looking for. 45 minutes every day on the stair master was getting boring and my body was getting very used to it. 60 minutes here @ M3 feels like 15. In that 60 minutes I'm burning 100-250 more calories a day than I was during my previous cardio routines. The other things I have received that I was not expecting was making new friends, learning more about all around fitness, and it's also helped me perform better in my afternoon lifts. The muscle endurance that I have gained through doing the higher rep/lower weight lifts @ M3 has increased the weight and volume of my much heavier hypertrophic lifts in the afternoons. I would highly recommend M3 for anyone. From people looking to get started in the process of making positive changes in their life to seasoned lifters who need that "something different" to change up the monotony of the gym routine. M3 is the place!

I began working out at M3 on the recommendation of my nephew. I had been doing a lot of yoga to rehab after a major car wreck (which was great for mobility and my nervous system), but I felt weak in my body, and there was residual pain in my shoulder and hip. When I met with Coach Sean Cary, I expressed my concerns and really felt heard. His positive attitude had me excited to get back to weight lifting.
It is not easy to rehab your body. But in 3 months working with Coach Sean:
I went from hip thrusting 50# to 215#, properly.
Cardio endurance has skyrocketed.
Better overall balance and equilibrium.
Better attitude.
Pain free.
Added bonus: every staff member I’ve met has been welcoming and encouraging.

When I first inquired with M3, it was for myself. Little did I know, within 7 months time, M3 would become a family affair, in a great way! I began working with M3 in Jan 25, specifically with Kayla. As a working mom, while I would get my cardio time in, I wanted to improve my muscle tone and feel stronger across the board. I also knew I needed the accountability piece to make sure I made time and stuck with it, which is where M3/Kayla has been awesome. After I began working out, I inquired about opporutnities for teens/tweens. With my oldest son having low muscle tone, we opted to have him train with Jacob. He began working out in Jan as well, and has shown improvements in strength and coordination, which has been huge. My daughter then started inquiring about working out and wanted to participate, so she began in Mar, also with Jacob. I have also seen improvements in her strength, coodrination, and mobility. My 2nd son had been interested in M3 from the start, but due to his schedule with school and sports, we couldn't quite fit it all in until recently. In Jul, he began working with Josiah and is loving it! He is already working hard and looking forward to increasing strength and athleticism. I thought we would end here, but nope, our most recent addition to M3 was my mom/kids' Grandma. As my mom assisted in dropping off kiddos, she saw the men/women and various ages, shapes, and sizes participating at M3. She recently joined M3 and just began working out with Tonni. M3 isn't just for the young, middled aged, or senior crowd, it is for everyone. The trainers are there to help you improve and make you better. My family is proof. I love hearing my kids tell me about their workouts. I love watching them improve and seeing the difference it is making in their health, both physically and mentally. I'm looking forward to seeing all of our future improvement and would definitely recommend M3 to friends/family.

I wish I had more stars to give! I needed to get my health back on track and M3 did that for me. Kalen took the time to do an evaluation and take into account my prior surgeries and paired me with an awesome trainer. He actually listened to me and I felt like he was truly invested in me, not just a number for the gym. I did 12 semi-private sessions with Justin and he laid out workouts with lots of variety and even helped me put together a nutrition plan. After my sessions I was down 19 pounds plus had gained almost 4 pounds of lean muscle!!
Even now that my sessions are done, they have both checked in on me and have encouraged me to keep going. I am working out on my own for now but I, without a doubt, will be back to them for more in the future. If you are on the edge about getting your health journey going, do not hesitate to trust M3 and take that step!!!

Training with Jacob has been an incredible experience. From the start, he’s been all about proper form and making sure I was training safely, which really helped me avoid injuries and stay on track. He knows how to challenge you without pushing you past your limits, and that balance made a huge difference in my progress.

Man I can’t even begin to explain how amazing and great my experience here was. I had the privilege to have Coach TJ as my training this guy was always pushing me to be the best I can be and to push myself physically and mentally. Not only was he a great coach but he’s a great guy he’s honestly a good friend he doesn’t even make the working out feel terrible he makes it fun he pushes you he motivates you and he’s patient with you in you journey. M3 Strength & Conditioning has had an overwhelmingly positive influence on my athletic performance since I began. As a high school and club swimmer, the work I have done this past year with M3 has helped me not just to gain strength and muscle, but also to build greater endurance and stamina, which has all helped me to drastically improve my times in the pool.
My trainer, Coach Jordy, has helped me immensely to achieve my goals. When I first started out, Jordy helped me to create strong foundations for all the basic lifts before I started working hard. From then on I began to notice improvement in all aspects of my workouts, both at M3 and in the pool. Recently, I competed in my championship swim meet, in which I achieved twelve personal best times. This can certainly be attributed in a big part to the work I have done at M3.
Jordy has been a great mentor and also a great friend. The atmosphere at M3 is very positive and friendly, with lots of encouragement and enthusiasm from the trainers. Everyone is there to work hard and it creates an environment where everyone does their best and pushes each other. After serving in the military for 20+ years I had been dealing with a lot of chronic pain. I didn't think I'd be able to run anymore, but I wasn't giving up and so I started to look for a local gym nearby that could work with people who haven't been able to work out normally due to joint pain issues.
Since I've joined M3, I've been able to run again and do things I haven't done in years with the help of my personal trainer, Sean. He's been extremely helpful working through all the aches and pains I experience between workouts and for the first time in my life I've been going to the gym regularly for 3 months now. I'm also running 5k's/10ks and hope to eventually run a marathon.
I highly recommend M3 fitness and my trainer Sean, especially for older guys like me in their 40's who don't think they can work out anymore because it aggravates their chronic pain issues.

My daughter has been participating in the Armored Athletes program for several months now and we've seen a HUGE change in her. Not only have her strength and confidence increased, but her performance as a volleyball player is at an all time high. They modify her workouts to ensure she gets what she needs for her sport and have helped her work through injury. Coach Kalen's personal touch is what sets his class apart. He's taken the time to learn our names, understand our goals, and provide the support we need. His positive reinforcement makes us feel valued and important, and we never feel embarrassed about not knowing the correct form.

He has four powerlifting offer scholarships one of them midland university which are reigning national champions in powerlifting. They are all so far away. Gotta be honest - I was hesitant to start working out because I was a middle-aged, out-of-shape mom, but I knew I had to do something. I’m so happy that I reached out to Kalen at M3 to learn more about what they have to offer. M3 has really given me a sense of hope and belonging!
The atmosphere is uplifting and supportive, and not just from other trainers but from clients as well - the positivity is contagious (but not annoying - ha!). They really took the time to get to know what would make me tick and set me up with the right trainer.

My 13 year old has been working with his trainer Jacob for 4 months now and he is AMAZING! Easton struggled with coordination and low muscle tone. Honestly, I was very skeptical joining when I first arrived. But after speaking with Kalen, I felt a lot more at ease. He provided me with more answers than questions that I could ask. He also gave me a tour around the compound showing me all the equipment that was available to us.
Programs are very flexible, just so are the Personal trainers that work there.
Jacob is my team trainer, honestly he has helped me out and pushed me at times where I felt like giving up. Love him or hate him, he gets the job done. He's always keeping in touch with me even on my days off checking up on my recovery. Also anytime I am unable to commit to a schedule due to work he provides me with options and days to make up for it. Though this is only my third week, I fell that every day is worth it.

I absolutely love this place. My wife and I have been a part of the M3 family for a little over a year. As a retired Marine and now a full time teacher, I was having trouble getting back to the fitness level I was during my Marine Corps career. I was looking to drop body fat and increase muscle strength. After meeting with JP, I was fully committed and started working with Coach Kalen. Kalen and I hit it off right away (relationships and trust are major factors in accomplishing fitness goals) and immediately Kalen was able to create and plan target goals. I told Kalen that I used to run marathons and 1/2 marathons, but hadn’t ran one in 10 years. I told Kalen, I wanted to get back to the fitness level to complete another. Kalen said not only would I get back to that level, he would even sign up to run it with me. Well, we not only ran that 1/2 marathon, but Kalen and I have ran several other races since. These are the types of trainers at M3. They’re dedicated to YOU and getting YOU better. Currently, I have a new coach, Coach Justin is my current coach due to Coach Kalen been promoted. Coach Justin are killing it together as my body fat has dropped over 5% and muscle mass increased by 8lbs. Also, Justin is looking to run a 1/2 marathon with me as well. No matter your fitness level the M3 coaches will meet you at your fitness level and train and treat you like family. It’s not a gym, it’s a life improvement center!

6 weeks ago when I decided to put myself first and hire a trainer I was in such a rough place mentally and physically. The thought of lifting weights or even taking time to workout was so intimidating to me. I was still trying to recover from an injury, had zero time, but knew I needed to get back to a good place. Now, I can see the weight dropping, I secretly enjoy lifting and working out, and I truly found a gym that is fun and will make you feel like you are just there having fun. They are all so supportive. Justin has truly been the biggest cheerleader and support system. He lets me cry, complain, and still doesn’t hate me yet. Jennifer is my personal trainer!! She is awesome!! She is also a physical therapist assistant. I am extremely overweight and I had knee surgery a couple years ago. She is helping me build the strength back in my knee and lose weight. Because of her background she is able to adjust the exercises but still works on whole body workouts. She is a great person and I am absolutely so grateful for her. I also have trainer Sean who is awesome. He is helping me with nutrition. He plans out every meal for me!!! This is perfect for me because I don’t want to count calories. He gives me a new menu every two weeks. So far it is working. He said my metabolism is shot so we have to work on that before going into a deficit in my calories. I definitely can not do without either of them on my weightloss journey. Thank you to you both ❤️

Since college I have struggled with keeping a consistent workout routine and reaching goals. At M3, Kalen helped me put all those worries to rest. Starting with our consultation, Kalen was very attentive about what I wanted to achieve with working out. He listened to any concerns I had and outlined a plan that was specific to me. JP has created a great group at M3! ALL of the trainers are well educated, know to correct form (which was my #1 priority), and push you to be the best version of yourself. They all "practice what they preach", are able to do what they are asking you to do, and will show up to do the workouts as well. Sean is going to have me doing pull-ups(my nemesis) before I know it and has you safely lifting heavier each day. Kayla is a great ray of sunshine and loves to encourage people the entirety of the workout. Jennifer is so great at providing modifications as needed and knows how the body is supposed to move properly. Kalen is amazing at explaining what muscles you should be using and how to adjust if you're using the wrong ones. I also can't leave without getting his awesome crisp high 5!

I went to PT for 6 weeks for chronic hip and knee pain without much improvement. I was pain free after 6 weeks with Sean! I have improved strength and flexibility beyond my expectation and lost weight. I can’t say enough about Sean and M3!

Was in FWB for the holiday and researched places near my Airbnb to get a workout in I am SO GLAD I found this place, my ex husband and I signed up for class Saturday morning. Even though I struggled ( this workout made me feel like I don’t work out 5 days a week at home 🤯) I LOVED every bit of it. My ex husband talked about how he needs to come back 2-3 times a week. We are definitely going to try to get on one more time before we leave back to Indy. Wish we could open a location in Indy

My husband and I joined M3 in 2021 while living in FL and we were not in the habit of working out when we joined. We quickly became fans of this programming because you can enter at any fitness level and feel comfortable and welcome. The amazing coaches can modify any workout movement and were all so encouraging and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Kalen and Josiah for helping us get stronger and meet our fitness goals weekly! JP has a great setup and we miss being local and getting to be there with everyone!

In just the short amount of time I've been there with him I've noticed a big increase in stamina and cardio endurance. If you're on the fence, do it!

What a Great Trainer in Tanisha. My future wife and I started training with Tanisha to get in shape for our wedding. Since we were both 70 years old we were concerned about meeting our goals without getting hurt (as so many friends thought would happen).
This trainer was so supportive and knowledgeable about training… What a motivator! We owe her our success. Tanisha made a difference in our physical lives ( I can bend for the first time… I have flexibility now that I NEVER had before) as well as our mental attitude towards exercise.
Tanisha’s physical training acumen is second to none.

The family fitness class with Kristen Sexton was hands down the best part of my time living in FWB. Not only did having a daily class give me great structure for myself and toddler, I also worked out 5X a week..which I probably hadn’t done since high-school! I got really strong, but I also had so much fun and met wonderful friends. I’d give anything to have a gym atmosphere like that everywhere that I live.

Until I found M3, I had trouble finding a gym that would not only allow but also embrace having my toddler tagalong. M3 Family Fitness class with Kristen is a lifesaver. My daughter can come with me, play with the other kids, run around (semi-enclosed workout area) or provide extra weight during the exercises lol ☺️ The workouts are different everyday and easily tailored to your fitness level so you can regain your strength and meet new goals.

Could not ask for a better place to train at, not your typical gym. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I've done the group classes which is great, such a good vibe and staff is extremely helpful. Currently doing personal training and Christy is AMAZING!! She is there to listen, push when needed and very encouraging. I can honestly say that M3 has changed my life. I started in December of 2018 feeling terrible about myself. I was over weight and out of shape. They helped me make a change. I couldn’t lift weights, do burpees or do sled pulls. Now I pull sleds with my friends on them. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. They push you to do your best! I can’t say thank you enough to Jp, Justin and everyone that has been there for me on the journey. I have lost 22 pounds and I feel like a new person!

M3 is hands down the best gym in Fort Walton Beach & surrounding areas: from the programs, to the camaraderie and atmosphere. I have been going to the early morning classes for almost 4 months now and not only have I gained so much strength and lost weight/dropped inches, I have also learned new things and found self confidence along the way. I have watched my body change but more importantly I am pushing myself mentally because of the encouragement from JP and Kristen every single day. The things I never thought I could do, I do now. The weight I never thought I'd lift, I pick up with ease and good form. The moments I used to give up, I now work through and surprise myself with my endurance. I can't recommend this place enough. The best part is they genuinely care. The first thing you see walking in is Kristen smiling big, ready to workout. The first thing you hear is JP ask how you're feeling today.. and if there's something you aren't good at, they work with you to push you to your potential. I was playing Tennis at the Fort Walton Beach Tennis Center and stumbled upon M3 Strength and Conditioning. I did some snooping around to find out more. I ran in to J.P., the owner. He gave me the run down and convinced me to join one of his programs.
Before I started at M3 I was low on confidence and very insecure about my body image. Working out has never been my thing in the past so I was skeptical at first.
I went in with no expectations and got out of it more than I could have ever dreamed. I lost weight and gained confidence. My quality of life vastly improved. On top of all that I met some great strangers that I now call friends. I became happy with myself for the first time in as long as I can remember.
M3 changed my life and I am forever grateful.
