Visiting from out of town. Drove over 30 minutes to workout. Got caught in traffic and parking situation was terrible. Still managed to show up 1 minute late. They locked me out and I was unable to work out. I understand the late policy, but when you live in a high traffic area there needs to be leniency. Great company and been to several other ones around the country, but this one particular location is trash. Too many other good options around Fort Lauderdale to have bad service.

Great atmosphere, great team, amazing workouts. The trainers are very attentive to modify and fix your technique to prevent injury, they create a very relax and positive energy witch make you want to come back. Really good at keeping you accountable.

MADabolic is the gym to be at in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. I have never felt stronger, more supported by the coaches and members alike and more aligned with my fitness goals than I have since starting at MAD.
The structure of the classes are built for sustainable and measurable progress over time and the staff take your form and safety as seriously as their own. I love that I can start my morning or come in after a busy day and know that the workout is waiting for me: All I have to do is show up and try my best. And the 50 minute classes make it so easy to fit into a busy schedule!
This space has challenged me to always strive to be the best version of myself and I feel the encouragement from each and every coach. I love that I can come into any class with any coach and feel like I’m getting the same quality and caliber of workout across the board.
Thank you to Shane, Josie, Dani, Tiff and Jonathan for bringing such an amazing (and STRONG) community to Oakland Park! I’m so grateful to be a part of the MADness!

I’ve been taking classes here for about two months now and I absolutely love it! I was nervous to work with weights again as I had a lower back injury due to improper form. I expressed my concerns to the trainers at the start of class and they kept a close eye on my form. I love that they care about everyone doing the moves properly. Their attention to detail and professionalism regarding good form is what has helped me progress so much. I’ve gotten stronger and have no back pain during or after lifting. Due to my schedule I’ve only taken classes with Josie, Danielle, and Jonathan. They are the BEST! I’m sure the other trainers are just as amazing. The community is encouraging and the mood is always positive. I couldn’t recommend this place more :)

THE BEST GYM EVER. The environment the coaches set is incredible. As an athlete this is great gym to develop long term useful day to day strength. They help you understand movements and why they are helpful for longevity. This is really a great gym and involves the community a ton

I’ve been taking classes with Josie, Tiffany, Jonathan, Danielle, and Will, and I can honestly say they’re the dream team of trainers. Each one brings their own unique style, energy, and expertise, but together they create an atmosphere so motivating and positive that you actually look forward to every workout.
They push you in the best possible way. All of them are always encouraging you to go a little further, lift a little heavier, and believe in yourself more than you thought possible. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and the energy in the room is truly unmatched. Since joining, I’ve seen incredible improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall confidence.
A special shoutout to Shane, the owner, who’s always welcoming and encouraging. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door. Also, a huge shoutout to Josie, the General Manager. Her passion for fitness and genuine love for the members shines through every single day. She treats everyone like family, remembers the little details about you, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome, supported, and inspired.

I had such a great experience at MADabolic in Oakland Park! The GM, Josie, is amazing, her energy is contagious and she really pushes you to give your best. All the trainers are wonderful. This is the place if you want to challenge your body and mind while being surrounded by like minded individuals and meticulous coaches! I am 2 months in and counting! I feel stronger and challenged in ways that have not been experienced before. The variety is great for people who get bored (physically and mentally) I was initially intrigued because Josie was informative and energizing but now I am hooked because the atmosphere and program keeps me coming back! Lastly, the efficiency of the work outs are top notch: they give an explanation, warm up, and guide you through out so that the whole experience builds confidence in it and out of the gym! One of the best gyms in Oakland park for Strength training. I can't say enough good things about Madabolic! This isn't your average gym, it's a boutique style group fitness studio that completely redefines how you approach training. The focus on stability, strength, and moving better is a game changer. Every class is incredibly well designed, challenging you to push your limits in a supportive and motivating environment.
While the workouts are definitely tough, the results are undeniable. I've noticed a huge improvement in my overall strength and how my body feels and moves. The trainers are top notch and genuinely care about your progress and form.

Im 60 classes in to my Madabolic journey and I'm in love with this lifestyle! Madabolic is a strength training gym. But the best part is that anyone can do it! It's not a crossfit or HIIT studio.
The classes are split into three movements: durability, aenorobic & mobility. My fave is durability day because it's a slower pace and you get to lift heavier.
The community at Madabolic is amazing. The people/members here are the best and working towards the same goal.
This location is three months new and it's beautiful. Located in Oakland Park in a new building. Parking is free; street and garage parking available. Try this gym, you won't be disappointed!

I joined MADabolic back in May and I absolutely LOVE IT! I can see and feel the difference already! The trainers are there to ensure your form is on point, and if you need lighter or heavier weights, they got you there too! Tiffany, Dani, Jonathan, Josie, and William are awesome coaches and will guide you through the exercises and circle back to encourage and confirm that you got it down pat! If you're thinking of joining a gym, look no further, MADabolic is the #1 strength gym to be at for results, trainers that actually correct your form, plethora of useful information, good vibes, and amazing endorphins! They're also backed up by a scientific process which sets them apart from other gyms-Momentum, Anaerobic, Durability and the work to rest ratios (follow for results)! As a former gym owner, I was genuinely excited when I heard Madabolic was coming to Fort Lauderdale. I’ve always respected the brand for its smart, movement-based programming and no-fluff approach to training. Now that the doors are open, I can confidently say this team is the real deal. From the owner Shane to the GM Josie and the entire coaching crew, everyone’s dialed in and clearly committed to creating an exceptional experience.
After taking a long break from fitness, I wasn’t sure how getting back into it would feel—but training here has made it feel exciting again. The workouts are intense, well-structured, and focused on keeping you safe while pushing you hard.

I've really enjoyed my experience at MADabolic in Oakland. The workouts are challenging and make you want to push yourself further. I love the coaches, staff, and especially Josie (she's awesome) The whole team here is very attentive and supportive; the coaches always make sure your form is on point. The workouts are carefully thought out and I enjoy the boxing in every class. The gym has a great atmosphere, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ve been training at MADabolic for 16 sessions now, and I can 100% say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. The structure, energy, and professionalism at this gym are what set them apart from everyone else!
What can I say about Josie that hasn’t already been said? She’s the GM and truly sets the tone. She’s not only organized and welcoming, but she also creates an environment where everyone feels motivated and supported. Her leadership is the backbone of what makes this gym feel like a community.
And then there’s Dani—one of the trainers who will absolutely push you to the next level. Her workouts are intense (in the best way), and her coaching is on point.
