I absolutely love Mantra Fitness Pilates! I took my first class today and felt completely welcomed and informed from the moment I walked
in. The instructor immediately set the tone - she took the time to explain the equipment, the flow of the class, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before we even got started. Total 180 from a different Pilates experience I had recently. The workout itself was killer (in the best way!) I felt it in all the right places and walked out feeling more energized and alive. She was so sweet, super informative, and explained all of the class/package options without leaving me with a single question.

I really enjoyed this class today. It is true l'agree reformer I believe? Grip socks are required, so don't forget them! I took a class with Tina and she was hard-core. Be prepared to do a 3 minute plank (pretty much beginning of the class) and feel the burn.

I heard about this studio for a while, but never considered Pilates as a form of exercise for myself because used to not like “class” schedule etc. Most people I know are “addicted” (in the very best way!!!), and now I know why! I’m just on the second month of my Pilates regimen at Mantra, and wow, it’s an amazing, very targeted workout!!! Super challenging no matter how athletic you are. I love this place! I'd never even attempted Pilates before but from the time I walked in I found that the instructors were extremely warm and inviting. They took the time to show me how to properly use the reformer and helped me throughout my classes to keep my form correct or make adjustments.

I booked through ClassPass and was excited to try the class with a friend. Unfortunately I was 2 minutes late, and I understand the policy in regards to this. What I didn’t understand was the tone and attitude I received from the front desk upon our arrival. If the policy is no class if you are late, that is entirely understandable. But the dismissive nature and attitude we were given upon arrival was unnecessary and honestly disrespectful. Just a very unwelcoming experience in a place that markets itself as an uplifting and positive environment.

Had a class booked on ClassPass and got a notification it was cancelled. I checked on both ClassPass and mantras website and it was still up there and then it was full on ClassPass. I always hated feeling sore while working out at the gym, at mantra i love it. Its consistent fast paced but at the same time instructors will stop and explain more or even help with posture to facilitate and make sure you are feeling what you are exercising which its the best because when doing a new exercise you want to make sure you’re targeting that specific muscles or creating a certain tension!

No front desk worker first of all. I understand that for your first class you need to have a run down of the machine. But if you had an another worker there who just explain it quickly it would help. I tried getting here early but it just didn’t work out this morning. However the instructor’s dismissive attitude, choice of words and overall unfriendliness about the situation made me as a customer feel absolutely taken back and not welcomed here at all. There is no reason not to be nice to someone. I don’t even feel comfortable returning.

I am newer to the studio. I have been going two to three times per week for a few months now. I have not noticed any physical results yet, but I am enjoying working out here especially in Kris’s classes. The studio policies are very strict. For example, if you need to pick up your sick child and have to cancel a few hours in advance of a class, you are fined $15 even if someone signs up for your spot (and depending on the timing of your booking you also lose the credit for the class).

I had not heard of the Lagree fitness method until 3 weeks ago. Mantra was recommended to me as a great place to check it out. I’ve since been to 5 classes and feel amazing after each class. In pain, but still amazing! These classes will work out muscles you never knew you had. I just signed up for more classes and can already feel my body responding to the new workout :)

Great class that really works those small muscle fibers, awesome Core workout as well! I thought this was going to be complicated but the instructors walk around and help you with your form, plus you can easily follow along by watching others in the class till you learn the moves. Pilates is totally new for me, as I am more of a weightlifter, but man the moves on this machine will give you a great workout and some serious BURN!!

I attended the 12pm Wednesday class taught by Erin. It was incredible! The staff and experienced clients are all friendly and welcoming, the gym is clean and tidy, and Erin was a very knowledgeable and helpful instructor.

Mantra was a great studio! I went there for the instructor in training free class last week. Everyone in the studio was helpful, the facility was clean, the space was bright and open, and the class was amazing! The class was challenging, but as soon as you thought you could not hold a position or pulse anymore it was time to switch to the next exercise. I would totally recommend Mantra to anyone looking for a good workout that will test your limits.

My friend and Mantra instructor Casey convinced me to try a class and I’m so glad I did! I hadn’t worked out in almost 3 years and was so nervous but took the beginners class and everyone was so supportive and encouraging! Mantra is the best workout in Tampa! I was intimidated at first to start lagree but they made it so great to ease into it at my own pace. Mantra fitness is probably one of my favorite places. I've been doing fitness my entire life and this is a much different approach to working out than I am used to. I feel the smaller twitch fibers in my muscles firing up. I see changes in my body that I haven't seen with other exercise programs. It is indeed challenging (even if you have done pilates before). Each class is different. I find that I am working different muscles that often are overpowered by larger muscles in traditional workout programs. I am incredibly pleased with the results and all the coaches are very helpful.

I have only been to a couple of classes so far, but I have quickly become obsessed! The staff is so welcoming and eager to help. I have only taken a handful of private pilates classes in the past and was nervous to take a full pilates class but the instructors have made me feel so comfortable. The instructors still make sure to focus on you and correct your form even with a fuller class which isn't always the case at other various workout classes I have taken. I already feel stronger and am determined to get in the best shape I've ever been in.

Mantra was one of the best workouts I've ever had! My best friend asked me to join her for a class. I had done Pilates and Barre classes but never stuck with them long term because I felt I needed more intensity. I work out at a traditional gym but miss the class environment with people and great music. Mantra was Pilates x100. I was able to workout with the smoothness of a reformed but the intensity I was looking for. Two days later and my body is still feeling it. I will be back for more classes!

Mantra Fitness is a wonderful studio. My first time there, the staff was very nice and I noticed was greeting "the regulars" by name. The workout itself was tough but totally doable for first timers. I started attending Mantra Fitness in October 2017. My first class was definitely tough. I thought I was in shape, working out 5-6 days a week; therefore, I assumed I would be able to complete a Mantra workout with no problem. Once the workout ended and my limbs and abs were recovering from the reformer I knew this was the perfect workout. I was instantly drawn to the full body workout concept and the positive and energetic trainers.
