Tonight was upper body workout. Madison is great, she demonstrates the exercises and monitors each participant to ensure proper form. MASE Fitness has helped me to improve my strength, balance and overall health.

This was such a fun class! Such a great full body workout in just 45 minutes. Yaz, our instructor, was encouraging and knowledgble. If you're in Jacksonville, FL this needs to be checked out. If you're not in FL, she offers virtual personal training for anyone!

Great first complimentary workout to try the group fitness session. Only one other person but the small atmosphere was great to get used to working out again in a class setting. Very thankful the price is affordable compared to other fitness studios in the area.

Micki and the Mase Fitness team were absolutely amazing! I truly enjoyed the entire workout session. Their attention to detail, encouragement, and hands-on assistance made all the difference. I was part of MASE Fitness for two months, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The gym has such a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere, and the coaching is top-notch. Coach Micki and Coach Jasmine are both amazing — they bring great energy, push you in the best way, and genuinely care about helping you grow stronger.
What stood out to me was how supported and encouraged I felt every time I walked in. The workouts are well thought out, and both coaches do a great job of meeting you where you are while still helping you improve.
I’m honestly sad to say that I’m moving to a new house, and it’s going to be hard to attend regularly going forward. I’ll truly miss being part of the MASE community — thank you, Micki and Jasmine, for such a rewarding experience!

I have been working out with MASE Fitness for a little over a year now. Micki and her trainers offer challenging and creative workouts to help everyone meet their fitness goals. New to working out, have an injury , or it’s just been awhile? They can and will work with that! Modifications and form correction are offered at every stage. Micki and Madison have helped me reach my immediate goals and I look forward to continuing with their classes. I really enjoy the classes and appreciate the numerous class times to choose from as I don’t work a fixed schedule. Also, you can’t beat the pricing!

Micki from MASE fitness is amazing! When I first started with her, there were many things I struggle doing due to past injuries. She helped me get stronger and work with me on strengthening those parts of my body, where the injuries were. Not only is she motivating and understanding of my injuries finding alternatives to some of the workouts, but she also pushed me to follow through and to strive to reach my goal. Now I can say that not only, do I have to stamina to keep up with the workouts. I also can do some of the exercises that I haven’t been able to do in years and not hurt. One of the biggest accomplishments for me was being able to fully squat to the floor after not been able to do that for four years due to a bad knee injury and not only was I able to fully squad, but I had no pain and that is one of the most exciting and amazing motivators That I’ve had working with her. So definitely come work out at MASE. Micki and the other trainers will definitely work with you and help you achieve your goals.

I've been doing PNF Stretching / assisted stretching for the past month, and it's been a total game-changer! As a chef, I'm constantly on my feet, and over time, I’ve dealt with stiffness and limited mobility. Since starting these sessions, I've noticed a huge improvement in my overall range of motion and flexibility. I feel lighter, move more efficiently in the kitchen, and have way less tension at the end of long shifts.
The sessions are both effective and relaxing, and the expertise of Micki really shows. They tailor each stretch to my needs, ensuring I get the most out of every session. If you're looking to improve mobility, reduce tightness, or just feel better overall, I highly recommend giving PNF Stretching a try! Plus having the option to do compression right before after is an added bonus. I look forward to my weekly sessions. I wish I would have tried it sooner. Don't make that mistake like I did!

MASE Fitness is awesome! It’s a more intimate group fitness class so you don’t have to worry about it being too overwhelming. The trainer is able to make sure your form is good since it’s a max of 5 people per class. You’re paying a group rate for a class that’s pretty much a one-on-one training session. I like that they have a good mix of HITT training, cardio and weight lifting! The price is also hard to beat! Overall, love it ❤️

MASE Fitness is truly the best! Micki and her team are really great at what they do. Their curated workouts fit all athletic abilities and they’re so motivating throughout the workout. The group classes have a great flow to them, they’ll help you stretch and warm up, and they’ll even walk you through a stretch afterwards, focusing on the muscles we worked out that day. I would recommend every try a class or get a stretch with Micki, she truly knows what she’s doing and you’ll feel so welcomed!
