It is a space for the client who appreciates an exclusive setting with expert instruction on every piece of Pilates apparatus. Enjoy private training and small group classes in a music free environment with a team of skilled professionals. Launched by Pilates master-trainer Frederico Nogueira who has over 20 years of well crafted experience.

Best Pilates studio in Delray Beach! Core, abs, strength, stretching, and balance with expert instructors. I have been training with Freddie for years. Pilates makes all of my other gym activities more efficient and less prone to injury. Now my mother in law trains there and loves it! Masterpiece is a key component to any fitness and well being program.
