In November of 2023 my husband and I were both struggling mentally and physically and looking for help and support to make lasting changes in our life. We have two active toddler boys and we both felt constantly tired and were physically in the worst shape of our lives. I couldn’t stand the idea of another summer in Florida covering my stomach and hiding behind people in pictures. Max spent so much time us and really scaffolded our first two months of sessions to meet us where we were. It’s been seven months and already my body is looking better than it did pre babies but the best part is the energy and endurance we have chasing our kids around. Max has become one of our favorite people and we also unexpectedly gained what feels like a community out of working out at the gym. Everyone is kind and encouraging. I look forward to my workouts every week. Max has shown me what it’s like to feel strong and now I prefer that to feeling “skinny.” Working out with Max has had a ripple effect and every aspect of our lives has improved, I can’t explain it but it was the first step in the right direction for my husband and I. I started working out with Max a little over 6 months ago. As a former college athlete I always considered myself to be in pretty good shape, but after a baby and graduate school, life got in the way of taking care of myself. My goals when I went to Max were to loose weight, get stronger, and get healthier. Not only have I been able to exceed those goals, I am overall happier than I have been in a long time. My family and friends definitely notice this change in me. Like others have said, Max Results PFT is a gym, but it feels like a second home with my second family! I look forward to going into the gym for each workout, to work hard and see my gym family! After just 6 months I told Max he has a client for life, I can’t wait keep getting better in and out of the gym.

Making the decision to start my fitness journey with Max at Max Results PFT is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have been going to him for over two years and have seen so much positive change both mentally and physically within myself throughout that time. Not only does he custom design a workout program that is tailored to you and your individual needs, but he also has developed a community/family feel within the gym that makes it feel like a second home to me. I've been going to Max Results Professional Fitness Training for almost 2 years now. I was put onto Max's gym by my friend Jeff, and after that initial consultation, I knew immediately this was the place for me.
I had been a pretty active athlete in my youth, playing football, wrestling and running cross-country. Some of that carried over to intramurals in college, but then the injuries started catching up. 2 broken wrists, a broken ankle, bad knees, dislocated shoulder, you name it. In 2017 I had a labrum repair done to my shoulder. During that down time, I put on a LOT of weight and lost a lot of strength.
Enter Max! Max has put together a consistent program tailored to the individual, with incremental 3-4 week programs to address gaps and create gains. Prior to surgery, my bench max was 225lbs and I could easy knock out a 2-3 mile run no problem. Post-surgery, I couldn't push past 185lbs to save my life and I'd maybe make it a half mile before I felt like I was dying. I was out of shape and weak. After a year with Max, I was able to hit 275lbs. My deadlift went up, my squat went up, my endurance went up. I was able to crush a Savage Race with some co-workers with no issues. The transformation has been unreal! He's truly taken my fitness to the next level!
If you're looking to lose extra weight, get stronger, and muscle, and/or get better at your sport, Max is the guy to see! The pumps are JUICY! The GAINS are glorious! You won't be disappointed!

Max provides Max Results! I am a 38 year-old female and started training with Max in August 2017 after tearing my ACL two years prior and being in a training rut. Max was just what I needed! He's worked around my ACL injury and I've realized noticeable strength gains in my weaker side. He provides me with focused and intelligent athletic training, broken into blocks that have helped me excel in different areas over the last 18 months. Not only have I set personal records in the major lifts, but I've done so pain and injury free! I was terrified to start training since it had been at least 10 years since I had any kind of excercise routine in my life. But Maxx really worked well with my limitations and kept it new and creative to keep me interested. Now I’m a few months in and the transformation in my mind, body, and attitude has been amazing. I am at the beginning of my journey but I am already so impress with Max and he is the exact style of trainer I need! Max is a great personal trainer in large because he's an excellent teacher and great listener.
My first day, I was extremely nervous and Max not only did he make me feel very comfortable he is an excellent teacher and just a cool guy, easy to talk to... someone who makes you feel very comfortable as you put yourself in the somewhat vulnerable position of attempting self-improvement.
During my first session he explained what we were doing an helped me with keeping a proper technique of exercising. He understands my needs and will help me reach my goal to return to a healthy lifestyle. I am now motivated and excited to become a healthier me.

I have worked out for 20 years and have been able to train to be a firefighter, a marathon runner x’s 3 times including Boston. I have boxed and completed the P90x series three times.
I came to Max for a free consultation in 2017 after a friend was bragging about him. I was in a slump, still going to the gym but not able to push past my previous gains. I was slowly gaining weight, at the rate of 1-2 lbs per month. As a parent of three and VP of a company, I needed to be at my “fighting” weight in order to give myself to others. I wasn’t. And for the first time in my adult life, I couldn’t get there myself. I was going to the gym 6 days a week for 1-1/2 hours. I was pushing and sweating. Yet, the results were not showing up.
During my consult with Max in August of 2017, we quickly addressed habits that essentially I had been training for 18 years. My squat, my posture and even the way I walked come immediately to mind. In a complimentary 60 minute session, he left me with value that I could use whether or not I became a client.
This was a no brainer. Honestly, it was an investment into myself and I gave myself a 6 month gift of one-on-one time with Max. My life has never been the same since.
In 3 hours a week, Max has created strength, balance, flexibility and cardio that I never could of tapped into alone. I lost 8 lbs, my body shape has changed from average bulky to feminine and curvy. In less than half the time, I’ve become the fittest of my life, including the times when I was a firefighter and marathon runner.
Max is not only an incredible coach that can push you to be your best, he is a genius when it come to understanding the body and how to get the most out of the small tweaks. This is his life, and passion and it shows up in each of his clients. As a former college football player, he understands the body more than anyone I’ve met as well as injury rehab and the benefits of rest and nutrition. He is no non-sense. If you are looking for someone to coddle you and counts reps then he’s not your guy.
If you need someone to take you to levels physically and mentally that you never thought possible then he is exactly what you need to get there.

I’ve been training with Max for almost four years, and his training services are truly second to none. You will not find a more dedicated and knowledgeable trainer than Max Reeves. Before starting with Max, I knew very little about the fitness world, especially lifting heavy weights. The thought of weight training has always intimidated me, and I never thought I would be able to achieve in the gym what I can do now. One of the many things I appreciate most when working with Max is that he takes the time to actually teach you not only HOW to do certain movements, but also WHY you do them and WHAT is actually happening to the body. Knowing how to activate certain muscle groups and understanding how lifting should feel when done correctly has completely changed the way I approach my workouts. If you are anything like me, one of the most important qualities you want when looking for a trainer is the trust factor, and there is no one I would trust more in the gym than Max. I know he will never give me something I can’t do, even when I am doubtful of my own abilities. He pushes me hard when I need it and believes in me when I don’t always believe in myself. The workouts are tough and you definitely have to put the work in to get the results you want, but he is definitely the guy you want leading you to the finish. I have come so far with Max mentally and physically in the gym. I have watched my body completely change, and I highly recommend his services to anyone, on any level, looking to better themselves.

Max is the best trainer. Since starting training with Max I feel much stronger and confident that I am healthier. I enjoy going to my sessions with Max even though while I am there I feel like I am in pain. He pushes me and takes the time to really understand my lifestyle so that he can help me achieve my goals. He stays on top of things and has great follow-up even when you are outside the gym to ensure you are following the "rules". He makes working out as fun as it can be and based on what I have seen in Orlando for fitness he has to be the best one here.
