Mr. McMurray does a great job not only teaching taekwondo skills, but holding kids accountable and teaching respect and perseverance. A very positive environment where kids learn to have high standards for themselves and take responsibility for their success. Mr. McMurray’s Taekwondo has been such a wonderful learning experience for my son. It has been great being part of a family team working with his peers to achieve their goals in becoming a black belt! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Mcmurrays family taekwondo our daughter attends. From the very first class, it was clear that this was more than just a martial arts program — it’s a community built on respect, discipline, and personal growth.

The instructor is truly phenomenal. His passion for teaching and dedication to each student shines through in every class. He strikes the perfect balance of discipline and encouragement, always bringing out the best in the kids. He not only teaches taekwondo — he teaches confidence, focus, and perseverance. Our daughter has grown tremendously, both in her skills and her self-esteem, and it’s thanks to his incredible leadership.

Each class is structured, energetic, and inspiring. You can tell he genuinely cares about every student’s success — both on and off the mat.

This is a great school for Taekwondo. Mr. McMurray is dedicated to the art and the kids. He has a vast knowledge and understanding that translates into his coaching and teaching. Mr. McMurray has positively impacted our 6 and 8-year-olds’ ability to focus on a goal and achieve it!!!
