I can’t recommend this girl enough. I started working with Meg back in May 2024, and she’s completely changed my life and how I look at food and fitness.
Before working with her, my relationship with food and exercise was awful. I’d lost weight on my own before, but I did it by barely eating and spending hours doing cardio. After losing the weight, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and keeping it off felt impossible. I honestly thought I’d be stuck eating practically nothing and doing endless cardio forever just to maintain my weight.
That’s when I decided to look into coaching and reached out to Meg, and it’s hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. I wanted to get into strength training, reverse dieting, and fix my relationship with food, and she helped me do all of that and so much more.
Now, I’m eating more than I ever have in my life (and we’re still working on increasing it, which is wilddd!), I’ve gotten so much stronger, and I’ve lost body fat. I feel so much better in my body, my clothes fit better, and I’m way more confident. My relationship with food has improved so much, I’m not scared to eat the foods I love anymore, and I don’t let the number on the scale control me. For the first time ever, I can honestly say I couldn’t care less about it, and it’s so freeing.
One of the best things about working with Meg is that we don’t just focus on fitness and nutrition. She helps me look at other things too, like digestion, sleep, stress, and water intake, because all of those things impact workouts but also your day-to-day life. It’s been so helpful to reflect on these things each week and work on improving them, it’s made life so much more enjoyable.
The gym has also become one of my favorite parts of the day. It’s no longer something I feel like I have to do to “earn” food, it’s where I get to see how strong I am, push myself, and feel proud of the progress I’ve made.
I know I wouldn’t be where I am now without Megan’s guidance and support. She’s not just an amazing coach but also an incredible friend. She’s so kind, caring, and always there to help with anything I need. She’s super knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and has taught me so much. Whether I have a question about workout form, nutrition, or literally anything else, I know she’ll have the answer. She honestly deserves all the good things in life.
If you’re thinking about starting your fitness journey and need a coach, Meg is 100% the one. I seriously can’t recommend her enough! 💗

I came to Megan with a very specific goal in mind - shed excess weigh that I’d put on over the last couple of years of inconsistent food tracking and laziness, and knock it out of the park with a transformation contest being hosted by our gym. We had a finite 12 weeks to make as much significant progress as possible, but that didn’t phase Megan. She made quick work of putting together a comprehensive meal and cardio plan, and held me accountable to consistency throughout the process. Her coaching was excellent and she went above and beyond to make sure that she answered all of my (many) questions along the way. Thank you sooo much Megan!

I had such a great experience working with Liv the past few months on my fat loss goals. I followed a separate strength training program, but utilized the macro coaching with Liv. I'm someone who has constantly yo-yoed and has lost and gained the same 20-30 pounds a couple of times now. Since starting with Liv in May, I have lost nearly 30 pounds and lost a total of about 4 and a half inches off my waist. But, even better than that, I have made such progress mentally and Liv has helped me create healthy and sustainable habits that I feel confident I can stick with long term. She never made me feel guilty or bad for having less than a "perfect" week, celebrated my wins, and put a huge focus on consistency over perfection. I was never miserable or felt like I was starving myself, and when I was feeling a little burnt out, she helped me implement various strategies such as untracked meals, untracked days, and a diet break to ensure I could stay consistent. I cannot say enough good things about Liv and would recommend her to anyone looking to start their fitness journey. Especially in the world of online fitness coaches where harmful misinformation spreads like wildfire, Liv and Meg are a breath of fresh air. I can really tell they are in it for the right reasons, which is helping people reach their goals in a science backed, safe, and healthy way.

Liv is phenomenal, I’ve been working on my nutrition with her since October and I’ve seen major changes in my body, my gym performance, and most importantly my overall mood. I’ve been doing CrossFit for a few years now, not properly fueling my body, but the positive changes and growth (and PRs) I’ve had since October just show that Liv knows exactly what she’s doing to help me meet my long term goals. I’m regards to my mood, I have more confidence at work and more patience all around. Lastly, I now have a long distance cheerleader and friend!

Megan is an expert in fitness, but she is also patient, understanding and will be able to help you regardless of your objectives. Whether it is building muscle, losing weight and being more lean or just adding more movement to your life every day, she will have a plan for you.
But what matters most to me is that she will listen to you. So many times I've found myself in different gyms doing nothing consistent with coaches that won't really make an effort to understand what I need/want, and Meg did the right thing from day 1. I started with her 5 years ago, and I couldn't be happier to be on this fitness journey with her on my side. 14/10 coach and individual.

I absolutely love the way she pumps me up while still keeping me accountable and working as hard as I can. I've lived in a few different places with different access to gym equipment and she makes adjusting so seamless. I love Megmo Fitness! I've worked with several other trainers. Megan was the first one I've worked with that I felt really understood me and my circumstances. I have been working with Meg for four years (!!) and can honestly say have never had a better experience working with a trainer or nutritionist. I've tried manyyyyyy different workout and/or nutrition programs over the years and never found something that was sustainable for me, until I met Meg.
