I have been training with Mark for a while now and it's been great. He has a lot of experience and likes to show you how to do things the right way to achieve your goals. Mark really listens to you and customizes the best workout and meal plan for each client. As a former bodybuilder, he really knows his stuff. First off, Mark is one of the best trainers anyone could ever ask for. There is no one who will motivate you to do your best and teach you how to be your best Like Mark can. He is knowledgeable, Sociable, Engaging and Genuine. The gym has all the equipment a person could need to build their body the right way. Ive been with Mark for 2 years now and theres no other personal trainer i’d rather place my trust and faith in then him. The change I’ve seen after 2 years of training under mark and following his custom made diet plans are like day and night, And I would have never been the person I am today without his expertise. 5 stars.

Mark is a true professional who lives and breathes his craft. I have been working out for years on my own and getting just okay results. I decided to up my game and start working out with Mark a few months ago as his reputation and experience, as both a trainer and an athlete over the last 20+ years, is clear to be seen both at his gym and in how he continues to maintain his own physique.

Mark put me on an awesome six meal a day food plan, and a four days a week workout program, and I am already seeing some huge increases in my lift volumes and continue to do so as we progress. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone that was looking to get serious about their fitness. If you have the time, he has the knowledge to get you there!!!

I’ve never been a fan of larger chain-based gyms, so joining Metzgerbodies was definitely a blessing. The gym is kept extremely clean, and the equipment available can accommodate all levels of weight training. Mark is an incredible trainer who really knows what it takes to get you the results you’re wanting to achieve - from beginners to pro level. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and emphasizes the importance of teaching proper form in order to achieve maximum results. I’ve learned a lot since joining this gym, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better and am very pleased with my results. Overall my experience at Metzgerbodies has been wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for that smaller, family feel gym.

Highly recommend! Been working out 2 to 3 times a week with Mark for 10+ years, so that's a pretty solid indicator of how satisfied I am. Started in my early 50s because I wanted to increase and then maintain strength and get in better shape overall. Mark's extensive background in the business, utilizing his efficient, effective, tried-and-try approach to strength training, delivered the results I wanted and has helped me maintain as I age. I hope to be working out with him for many years to come. Mark is such an upbeat and friendly coach that workouts are never drudgery but something to look forward to (even leg days!).

Metzgerbodies is a great personal training gym for young and old. I have been training here for years and have seen high school students to elderly folks working out with various trainers.
