We have had such a wonderful experience at Mia Bella so far. From the very first phone call, where Ms Lisa was so kind and helpful, to my daughter’s first few classes here, where every single instructor has been supportive, encouraging, and welcoming. Just as important, the other girls who had already been dancing here were sweet and welcoming as well, which meant so much as my daughter was nervous coming in and not knowing anyone. If I had to describe the atmosphere at Mia Bella, it would be “family”. Top notch!!

My daughter started with Mia Bella last fall and has already done 2 recitals. I have danced my whole life and knew I needed to choose a studio that set her up for success if she were to stay in it long term and boy did I choose right. Her confidence has soared and everyone from staff to parents and children have been nothing but warm and like family since day one. I can't wait until my youngest is old enough to join the companion and me class! If you decide to join Mia Bella ( I strongly suggest you do ) let me be the first to say " Welcome home! "

So much love and respect for the whole staff and team of MBAD. 2 years has been a lot of fun, learning and improvement for my 9 years old, All Teachers are so passionate and competent they truly are the best with what they do. Staff cares for all kids like their own. Kids on teams are excellent and very skilled yet they stay humble and gracious to take everyone just starting on their wing. Thankful for this studio and its positive culture helping me shape my little to the best she can be.

I loveee Mia Bella soo much. Coming from a dancer, the environment is so positive and encouraging. The instructors really show how passionate they are about dance and inspire me to be a better dancer. I enjoy every class i take here and over the years mia bella has helped me grow more and more. My daughter has danced at Mia Bella for the last 5 years and she absolutely LOVES dancing there. She started off only taking one class a week and now she takes three with her ultimate goal of joining the competition team. The teachers are so knowledgeable, kind, and very supportive of the dancers. The ladies at the front are also so supportive and helpful to the dancers and us parents. They go above and beyond to help in any way. My daughter always leaves her dance classes with a smile on her face and loves to tell me the new dance steps or combinations she has learned.

I spent some time in Palm Coast on a brief “”vacation, I brought my special-needs daughter into the dance studio because I wanted her to have some experience as were traveling through the state. I can say we’ve done this at several different places, but no one welcomed us more like family than mia Bella. They took my daughter treated her like one of their own, even though with her special needs and her disabilities they were fantastic. Not only did my daughter learn so move some some steps, but they boosted her Morale and her confidence and what she want to do. Not a day didn’t go by that I didn’t have tears of joy because of everyone at that dance studio. They are a godsend. I would definitely highly recommend using this place for a daily with my children. I wish I lived in Palm Coast so I could spend as much time as possible with my child at the dance studio. Congratulations team you are one of a kind.

Last year . I have one million reasons to say Never any more. Last drama : The costumes was nice but very tie . My daughter The whole dance was uncomfortable, the collar was tight around her neck and when it was time to celebrate with the family, we had to cut the dress with scissors. the reception staff are super dry, I don't see charisma and just business. the teachers are nice but they should improvise more. I think there has to be more respect, sensitivity and less greed.

My daughter has been in dance classes from an early age but has been at Mia Bella Academy of Dance for two years now, and the amount of growth that my daughter has had within these two years from the level of training that is offered at Mia Bella Acandemy of Dance is unspeakable. Not only does she have the opportunity to work with a talented artistic and caring Director, Brie Valenti-Crane, she is also taught by teachers who put their heart, soul, and passion into all the children. The Ballet training is guided by a very experienced Ballet teacher whose kind heart is welcoming and comforting. She has been so blessed to be offered Masterclasses and Boot Camps with outstanding choreographers from the industry, where she is taught to express herself and build confidence in her love for Dance. Mia Bella Academy of Dance not only teaches dance training, but it also teaches skills that go beyond dance, such as building work relationships, friendship, Professionalism, and self-esteem. Whatever level of dance you may choose, whether it be recreational dance or competitive dance, the level of training you will experience and the love of dance that is instilled from all the teachers at Mia Bella is where your child will Succeed.

(Gianna H is our daughter and I’m posting under her account) Our daughter has attended Mia Bella since she was 3-4 years old and every aspect of it (even during COVID peak) has been excellent. There’s such a great group of instructors and the owner Brie cares for all the kids as if they were her own. As kids grow up in this increasingly scary world, my wife and I feel very comfortable leaving our child at Mia Bella. We always know that she’s going to feel safe and welcome with the kids and the faculty here. Our daughter could spend all day here 7 days a week from sun up to sundown if it were possible. Brie constantly shows a great deal of competence and compassion, coupled with excellent leadership skills that serve well for helping build complete humans first, and incredible dancers second. I could go on and on but you get the drift.

Just had the pleasure of watching this studio perform. This is the studio you want your children at. They have a sense of art, passion and discipline that trickles down through all their dancers. All of them. Broadway quality storytelling. Gorgeous foundational skills. Brilliant wardrobe. Heads and tails above other Florida studios. You can tell they are there for the art.

Brie Valenti may be talented, but in no way is she nurturing as her motto says. I was going through some personal trauma at the time she was my instructor and was not on my game and instead of having a private conversation with me she humiliated me in front of the entire dance studio screaming at me. She destroyed any joy and love I had for dancing and at the time destroyed my confidence. Please do your research and send your children to place who WILL actually nurture them and help them find their love for dancing.

My daughter has been a dancer at this studio since 2012. I cannot begin to express how much we love it here, but i will try. And, yes, I'm compelled to share due to the ludicrous 1-star review I just stumbled over.

In almost seven years attending classes at Mia Bella, my daughter has learned the value of hard work, how to use good sportsmanship, self control, discipline, how to take care of her body as an investment, time management, how to be a teammate, & confidence and she's still learning these things! Not to mention the technique as a dancer, the experience of being on dance team and the opportunities available to her future for being a part of this talented team and (by my opinion and that if many others) the best studio in Flagler County.

Now, a little response from a "veteran" dance mom, to the lady below:

I'm certain your child(ren) were never "left alone" I mean... Really? And if she was, why didn't you get up and walk in the studio and get her, immediately taking your concern to Shana? They aren't locked inside ...

And i honestly doubt you'll ever find a dance studio, where kids are taking multiple classes a night (changing shoes in the lobby) that doesn't smell like BO & feet! Seriously?! They're dancing, some of them, for hours a night!! What do you expect? Would you like them to hire someone just to spray febreeze over everyone as they switch classes? The studio is cleaned regularly, I know for a fact because I know who does it. But anywhere you have children spending hours of their day is never going to look immaculate, puh-lease lady.

In conclusion, I wouldn't bring my daughter anywhere else in Flagler County for dance. We are looking forward to the future and the doors that will open for her, thanks to being a Mia Bella dancer!!!

Absolutely the worst decision I've made was enrolling my daughter in in these "dance classes". I had my daughter in the "Princess In Training" classes and she ended up HATING it. We did two classes, both of which I was surrounded by the older, teenage dancers screaming, running around, and throwing paper balls (one that hit me in the head). All of this going on while I am trying to view my child's class on a tiny television in the corner of the room. I was encouraged at the second class to pay ahead for classes until December so she could participate in a December recital and also purchase the $60 costume nearly four months in advance. At the third class, I saw my daughter hating it and the tiny TV was turned off. My 2 year old was in the studio alone and I was completely unable to see her. At that point, I simply left. I emailed them to please withdraw my daughter and refund me for the 3 months she would not longer be attending and didn't get a reply for almost 2 weeks. A woman named Shawna told me that they refused to refund me and blatantly questioned my parenting skills. Ridiculously unprofessional and rude. On top of all this, the entire place wreaks of teenage body odor and feet. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Could give zero stars if I could. Horrendous!
