My daughter just wrapped up a full season with Miami Flames and all I can say is her growth in the program has been phenomenal. Coach Kisha and Coach Pumpkin really work with the team to bring out their best. I’ve seen my daughter come out of her shell in every competition and it’s so nice to see the teamwork and camaraderie among the girls. They call each other their cheer sisters and they mean it. They have each other’s back and are so welcoming. The parents are truly dedicated too and we’ve had ample opportunities to bond. It’s definitely a program that requires dedication and commitment. I was new to the whole cheer community in general and honestly didn’t know what I was in for. But you see the payoff in the skills they gain all around.

Coach Kisha and Coach Maliyah (Punkin) are truly AMAZING!!!!! They’re patient and will bring the best out of the girl’s. My kids were very shy and didn’t like anything that had to do with being the center of attention. They did a total 360 in the course of 1 year of joining the Flames! Red Black and Gold the Trophy we will hold! The Miami Flames family( MFA) is simply the best. My baby started the program summer 2023 she did not have no experience in cheer whatsoever, one of our Instagram friends which became family to us referred us and we can say that we don’t regret it at all. Coach Kisha loves all the girls like they were her own. She believes in each of them and helping them to develop their potential. Not only She teaches them their routine She also teaches them time management and discipline. My baby loves the program, and I all the girls love each other from the smallest to the biggest girls they really love each other. Thank you, Coach, for your wonderful program.

I am extremely blessed to have been referred to Coach Kisha’s program 5 years ago. My daughter started the program with no skills and is now competing as a level 2 Allstar cheerleader. Coach Kisha is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, friendly and is always there for her girls on and off of the mat. I highly recommend Coach Kisha's cheer program. Since starting the program my daughter has gained confidence within herself and a sense of purpose and discipline. She has learned to set goals and work hard to achieve them. It is evident Coach knows what she is doing and my daughter will stay with her well into her teenage years.

Miami flames all star is the best I signed up almost a year ago I have no regrets Coach Kisha is kind patient loving and firm all in one she has changed my daughter all with nothing but postivity from her attitude to her grades her obesity her backflips tumbling etc i can go on n on lol no seriously this is not just a cheerleading team we are a family she cares for her girls like they are her own kids im so happy to be apart of miami flames if you're looking for a great all star cheer team look no further you wont regret it Thank you for the opportunity Miami Flames

I wouldn’t ask for no other team to be a part of. My daughter is going on two years with Miami flames. Not only does she love going there but she loves her team that she formed a sisterhood with. The coach is very good at what she does and if your kids didn’t learn discipline at home they will learn it there. Miami flames is a family. Once a Miami flame you’ll always be a Miami flame.
