Jasmine had the brightest smile the entire class, which made the atmosphere so welcoming. The class itself was both challenging and fun, with amazing exercises that really pushed me. She has the purest energy, truly a joy to learn from! I'll be back when I'm in town Xx

I was really excited to try this studio during my trip to Miami. As a classically trained Pilates instructor with experience in modern megaformer, I’m always open to different styles, and I was especially looking forward to a class that included Cadillacs.
The studio itself is beautiful and very clean. That said, after taking two classes with different instructors, I felt the experience lacked the depth that makes Pilates feel like true Pilates, regardless of style. The instructors offered cues, but they often felt more like recitations than meaningful guidance, and I didn’t feel they were truly teaching or instructing. My friend, who is not an instructor, also agreed that she wanted more attention to detail and better cueing.
At times, the classes seemed more focused on being difficult than on intentionality, and some movements came across as rushed or surface-level. While I can appreciate that Pilates is taught and enjoyed in many different ways, I left disappointed because I was hoping for more authenticity and depth in the practice.
That said, I do think someone could attend these classes and get strong and have a good workout. My experience was not a wash, and I’m glad I tried the studio. I’m just looking at it from a different lens.

I’ve been taking Pilates at this studio in Miami and it’s truly on another level. The classes are structured so well (half of the session on the Reformer and half on the Cadillac) which gives such a balanced and complete workout. I leave every class feeling stronger, aligned, and deeply stretched.
The instructors, Juliet and Carol, are both exceptional professionals. Juliet has an incredible eye for detail and really helps you refine your form in a way that feels challenging but safe. Carol brings so much energy and precision, always explaining the movements clearly and tailoring corrections so you get the most out of each exercise. They create an amazing training experience.
The vibe of the studio is it’s clean, full of natural light, and designed with elevated touches. From the Loewe amenities in the bathrooms to the Bala equipment used in class, everything feels modern, curated, and perfect. It’s not just a workout, it’s an experience.
If you’re looking for Pilates in Miami that combines professional instruction with a beautifully elevated environment, this is the place.

I have been coming to this Pilates studio and it has been truly helping my back. It has a special reformer called a Cadillac which they include in every class and it really is so effective. The studio itself is really aesthetic and the details like the bathroom down to the candle are awesome. Obviously, I’ll be back.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing. For our first class, no one mentioned that we needed socks, so when we showed up, we were told we had to buy a pair there for $30. During the class, we also didn’t feel like the instructor was correcting us or helping us with technique, even though it was our very first time. For the second free class, we called and specifically asked for 1:30 p.m., and they confirmed it. When we arrived, they denied it and said the class was at another time. On top of all that, the attitude made us feel like we weren’t welcome and that they didn’t want us to come back. We left uncomfortable and disappointed.

Very disorganized and not welcoming at all. From the beginning, communication was unclear. For our first class, they never told us we needed socks until we got there, and we ended up having to buy them on the spot for $30. During the class, we felt like no one was really correcting us or helping with technique, which is especially important for beginners. Then for our second class, we asked on the phone for 1:30 p.m., and they told us yes. When we arrived, they insisted we never said that and that the class was at another time. Beyond the mix-ups, the way everything was handled made us feel like we weren’t welcome, almost like they didn’t care if we came back. It was uncomfortable and disappointing.

Well so we went with two other friends and we did not like one thing: no one told us we had to bring sticky socks. The instructor started to say that it was required because of liability but I’ve done Pilates before in places, without socks: barefoot! So she said that if we don’t buy socks there we can’t do it. They cost $30! This is so expensive and looks like a “scam” a little bit. They did not have white socks anymore even though she went to check in the back so we had to buy the dark green ones. And then started to rush us saying “Ok we are late already..” as if it was our fault. So yes $80 for a class is extremely expensive. The workout was alright. I have to say it was an easy one. But disappointed. I won’t go back there. Make sure you brings your own socks :).

Miami Pilates is truly a gem — the best studio Miami has to offer. I started coming here about six months ago while recovering from back and ankle injuries. Thanks to the incredible instructors and their attentive guidance, I feel strong again and have returned to playing tennis — something I absolutely love and honestly didn’t think I’d be able to do so soon.
What sets this place apart is how much the instructors truly care. When you let them know you’re recovering from something, they take the time to listen, adjust the movements, and support you every step of the way. It’s an incredibly safe, welcoming, and empowering space.
My favorite instructors — Jamie, Bettina, Juliette, and Avelin (who is also the inspiring leader of the studio) — are fully present during each class. They’re not just doing a job; they are genuinely passionate about what they do. You can feel their energy and commitment in every session — plus the playlists are amazing and make it even more enjoyable.
I couldn’t recommend this place more. Whether you’re healing, starting fresh, or simply want to feel stronger and more connected to your body — Miami Pilates is it.

I’ve been going to Miami Pilates since the day they opened, and I haven’t stopped since. I absolutely love this place! The classes are always challenging, and they never repeat the same routine—something that happens a lot in other studios. The instructors are not only incredibly kind but also highly knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. As a bonus, the studio itself is beautiful. The owner is always present, making sure everything runs smoothly and going the extra mile to make the experience special for everyone. Finding this place truly changed my life (and my body), and I cannot recommend it enough!

The studio owner is someone I recognize from the Nofar Method in nyc that took classes there for years. Strange that she moves to Miami, opens a studio with the exact same layout, format, and aesthetic. Hmmmmm… I also saw “students” of the Nofar method Miami studio taking several classes before suddenly stopping and coincidentally deciding to come instructors at this studio shortly after. Anyway, after taking her class to see for myself, I can say unequivocally that this studio isn’t authentic.
ETA: Or someone who notices the obvious similarities and isn’t afraid to say something when it appears a hardworking immigrant woman has had her life’s work stolen? I don’t think I need to have a vested interest in either business - outside of being a loyal Pilates practitioner who values ingenuity and integrity - to speak on the optics here. I will continue to post about the similarities I noticed between your studio and the Nofar method. I’m just a female business owner practicing empathy. To Reddit I go. 🤷🏻♀️

Update: clearly the owner can’t read and just responded to say she did. Once again - I have, always have had, and will continue to have A PAID MEMBERSHIP through ClassPass. Read that again.
Original:
Had a very similar experience and another reviewer. Instructor (pretty sure it was the owner) was very rude from the moment my friend and I walked in. She also asked if we were using a free trial of class pass because if so, she doesn’t accept that for the class. For reference, we are not on a free trial and pay monthly for our membership. We stayed to take the class but from the initial interaction when we first arrived, to the weird comment of “no talking” when I was simply asking how to do a move, it was all enough to make me say forget it and want to leave, but we pushed through.
But the real icing on the cake was that today, 3 days later, I realized she marked the class as a “missed class” through ClassPass so it charged me a $31.00 no show fee. If I was slightly considering going back before, I am definitely not returning now.

Not a fan of this business at all. I recently took a class with a ClassPass free trial to try out their studio. After reading other reviews and the company’s response to their reviews, it is clear that these people are simply unprofessional and greedy. “We do not work for free” is another way of saying, we do not care about spreading the art of Pilates, we care about getting paid. It’s a shame as it’s a nice studio, but businesses with bad morals ultimately fail. Pick another studio, their class isn’t even that great.

Absolutely awful experience. The owner was shockingly rude and dismissive, which caught me completely off guard. Instead of being accommodating, she made me feel small and out of place.
The studio itself felt cold- not just in the atmosphere but in how they treat people. I came hoping to find a supportive, encouraging environment instead, I left feeling humiliated and incredibly upset. I've been to many pilates studios, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The owners attitude alone is enough to make me warn others to stay away. It's supposed to be a place of wellness, but I left with nothing but stress and disappointment.

If you’re thinking of booking Miami Pilates on ClassPass, DON’T. They treat you horribly if you book through ClassPass—almost as if you’re less of a customer. The attitude and treatment I received were borderline discriminatory and completely unprofessional. I’ve taken countless classes through ClassPass at other studios and have never had an experience this bad. Miami Pilates is by far the worst—unwelcoming, dismissive, and downright rude. Save yourself the trouble and book with literally any other studio that values all of its clients, regardless of how they book. This place is not worth your time.

I think I finally found MY Pilates studio! My go to I’ve been living in Miami for 3 years and while I’ve been to other studios yes good workouts but they aren’t real traditional Pilates. When Pilates is done right it isn’t easy but the results are worth it! The instructors are super helpful really work out your body from head to toe with actual Pilates movements that strengthen and lengthen your core and body overall. So far all the instructors are super attentive. I didn’t know how to use the Cadillac and the instructors were super helpful didn’t make you feel uncomfortable for not knowing or asking. The classes are challenging but doable. The space is clean, cute and parking is easy! And their retail is super cute! 💚💚💚 thanks girls for opening a beautiful space that feels like one on one 🫶🏽

This studio truly has it all. At first, I wanted to come here just for the aesthetics. It had that Japanese vibe that I love coupled with this serene green. I stayed because of the instructors, the classes, the MANY props (I didn’t think pilates had so many props) and how great I felt afterward. I have never been to a studio that divides the class between the reformer and the Cadillac (like what is that?), but I welcomed the challenge. The instructors care about how you progress, and it’s actually okay to give feedback!
I will say that the classes will seem advanced, but with all pilates, there are modifications that can be made to target the same muscles. The class itself isn’t impossible. If someone is brand new to pilates, I would suggest coming in earlier to run through some basics (like what is a reformer?). Be considerate about your fellow pilates princess that paid for the class just like you did, but doesn’t want to spend her class having the instructor focused on your poor movements.
I have been doing pilates for a while now, and it’s tough no matter what. This is also what I love about this studio. I was able to see a visible change in my body and rehab my knee through their classes in just 30 days. It is tough. It is hard, but it is so worth it. You will never feel like you wasted your money by coming here - and we all know there are many different pilates studios that many you feel like you wasted money and time. If you want to be coddled, this isn’t the studio for you, but if you want to see true change in your body, this is your studio. You’ll get stronger, get addicted and never look back.

I had a terrible experience here.
On Friday me & my friend were so excited to attend this pilates studio. We walked into an empty studio, just the instructor there who claimed to be the owner. She asked if we’ve done pilates before, my friend said she has a few times, for me it was my very first time. The owner said okay well luckily it’s only two of you so it will feel like a private class. That was comforting for us.
From the very first movement, she treated us condescendingly. Her style of guiding us was rude, pretentious, and snobby. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times during her explanations of the movements. She refused to demonstrate anything to us. She repeatedly mentioned to us “this is an advanced class & the membership here is $125/month” during our session!! As if we didn’t belong or were not welcomed at her studio just because we asked her to demonstrate a movement for us.
She bragged about not only being an instructor, but the owner while rolling her eyes & telling us “this is the strangest experience i’ve ever had, I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t know what a plank is” We indeed know what a plank is. Her intentions were to be blatantly rude to us. As an instructor I assume your position here is to teach, guide, and be kind to your PAYING attendees.
We decided to cut our workout short & leave mid session, otherwise it would have felt that we were volunteering to be bullied by this mean instructor.
She followed us as we got ready to leave and said “you are not welcomed back, we do not accept free-trail class pass users”
1. We are paying ClassPass members
2. Nowhere on the description of the class emphasized advanced. Either way I would have been up for the challenge.
3. She straight up just wasn’t kind, accommodating, given the extra space in the class since not another soul was there.
Oh and the best part, she proceeded to charge me and my friend Paula a no show fee of $31!!!
Paula had left a review the day of and the owner responded repeating that I was a free trail users. Regardless of their restrictions of free-trail users, does that give her the right to roll her eyes and make snarky comments to people who are there to learn? Very strange behavior. She was unprofessional and remorseless of the bad experience she left us with.

I recently attended a Pilates class with a friend, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. It was her first time, and the instructor was rude and pretentious from the start. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, she made a snide comment about us being on a “free trial class pass” and dismissed us as if we didn’t belong there.
Her attitude was unprofessional and made it clear she didn’t want beginners in her class. She would roll her eyes and have a sarcastic attitude when asked to please demonstrate a movement on the reformer since it was my friend’s first time. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, so we left before the class even ended. I would not recommend this studio to anyone, especially those new to Pilates. A supportive atmosphere is crucial for any fitness class, and this one missed the mark entirely.
