C’était incroyable! J’ai adoré! Je pratique la Poledance en France depuis 4ans; je pratique le cerceau que depuis quelque mois; et je rêvais essayer un cours de danse aérien au État unis; je suis ravis d’être tomber sur ce studio d’entraînement!

Le niveau est peut être un peut plus difficile qu’en France mais les entraîneuses sont d’une patience et d’une gentillesse indiscutable! J’ai passer un très bon moment. Mon anglais est très mauvais mais ça n’a pas été une barrière pour comprendre et arriver à me faire comprendre; c’était vraiment super; un moment que je n’oublierai jamais alors merci infiniment et j’espère à une prochaine fois 🙏✨

The girls are all supportive , if you’re looking for a new home & community this studio is it .. The instructors are well trained in their speciality of pole , hammock & lyra. Versatile apparatuses to experience if you can’t get enough.! They have a large variety of classes daily and great prices on memberships as well if you can’t get enough! I’ve attended other studios and Miami pole has def been life changing in such a short amount of time.! Nothing compares . I don’t regret attending this studio ever . Do not book a Bachelorette experience here. The instructor we had treated our bridal party like an afterthought. She never asked for our names at all, and referred to my friend as “You, bride.” The warm up was way too short.
She rushed through the lesson so quickly and communicated feedback poorly to “You’re doing it weird” to those who were beginner level dancers in the class.

Our group had a wide range of experiences and instead of thinking about if the experience was enjoyable the instructor seemed distracted and ready to leave. I have been taking pole classes across multiple cities and studios for the past 3 years and felt that she threw way too many tricks into the short session, rushed us threw it and then left us alone for a “break” for 10 minutes. It was clear that she was very talented but NOT a good teacher.

On top of this, the package online promised a live performance from the instructor as well as a paparazzi photo op—neither which occurred.

I’ve always appreciated the inclusivity of pole studios to anyone who is just starting or training competitively/professionally. This was a big disappointment.

Okay so… I am a fitness girl who is used to weight lifting. It’s what I’ve done forever. I am confident there, but in other departments I lack the confidence. Thanks to my friend Ardanny recommending this place I decided to give it a try. This is only my second class and I am in love! It’s so beautiful inside, it’s very private, there’s a ton of natural lighting, the owner is the nicest woman I’ve ever met, and the teacher for my class Brenda is amazing. Also pole dancing not only has helped me to gain confidence already, it makes me feel free and sexy and it’s a KILLER workout ❤️😍 I make an hour long journey to get here but it’s now becoming a requirement in my week!!

I celebrated my bachelorette party in Miami a few months ago and because I’ve been pole dancing for 3 years I really wanted to show my friends a fun time… when we got to the studio the person instructing us our class had music so fricken loud that she couldn’t hear us banging on the door for literally 20 minutes and kept calling the studio (no one answered) finally once the music stopped she heard us banging and was like oh I didn’t know you guys were out there… wouldn’t you um check the outside at 4 pm the time a party is scheduled!? Meanwhile we got there 10 mins before our begin time… yet SHE NEVER CHECKED TO SEE IF WE WERE THERE. The door was locked or else I’d let our pretty selves in. It was extremely rude and ate up time into our 1 hour party time. The studio I go to would never. ever. do this.
i do not recommend this studio for bachelorette parties but maybe for classes since they are probably better about letting people in for that??? Idk but I hate this experience that I had and left such an awful taste.
One good thing about the studio is that the poles move really slow for a spinning pole - at my studio when you put the pole on spin it spins so fast while at this studio that was not the case at all.

While the studio was nice I don’t think they are a great place for hoop classes. There were 8 students and only 3 hoops. We also warmed up for majority of class and only touched the hoop towards the end. I would not come back for a hoop class here. If pole is your thing they seem great for that.

Came for my first intro class. The instructor was wonderful and talented! The class moved a little quickly but I did learn a thing or two! My friends also loved the experience!

Location doesn’t have a sign and tricky to get to. I wouldn’t have found the place if it weren’t for other people arriving. Just know you know the exact way to enter the class before showing up.

I would give 5 stars and would never stop to go to this studio if the teacher would be always a lady called Adriana. Unfortunately, she just covered another teacher Tziana who doesn't seem to have patience for beginners. She basically said that too. Before I went to the lyra class I asked if it's beginner friendly and I was told yes, I welcomed there. Since I have experience with pole dance I don't think I was horrible on lyra either. Me and my friend felt like we were kinda belittled by the teacher and she didn't pay much attention to us anyways. I am not supposed to feel bad about myself when I take an otherwise fun class like this. She mentioned there will be another class on schedule besides Monday and I got excited. She told me and my friend she doesn't teach beginners anymore. She has every right but then the class should be labeled
as advanced , and no need to embarrass students who are not on that level yet.Anyways, we never went back to this studio after that. I'm paying to have fun, improve myself, have a sense of achievement and feel good. All this happened with ADRIANA, who is sweet, energetic, patient, encouraging and explains the tricks extremely well. You can tell it's not just a second job for her who can't wait to get over with it like Tziana, but she's passionate. Unfortunately, I don't think she's a regular teacher there. If she was, I 'd pay for private classes with her. I didn't give 1 star either because maybe other classes and other teachers are better in that studio but I'm turned off so me and my friend didn't want to go back. We decided to go somewhere else which we fully enjoy.

I went to miami pole durning part of my bachelorette weekend with my girls and it was not fun as I felt it could have been. The instructor did just that instructed, very boring. She didn’t smile, laugh or make it fun. The best fun we had was when she gave us free time at the end and we made it fun ourselves. Her English was very hard to understand. The chocolates and Prosecco they gave was not worth the extra money. They give you a half small plastic cup of Prosecco and one little chocolate candy. I spoke to Silvia after this to let her know and she only tried to tell me about the instructor work in the past etc she didn’t offer any refund or anything to make it right. I actually had to ask if I could get one girl money back because she wasn’t there and that they did give. If you are a bachelorette party and want to have fun this is not the place to go but if you are just looking to be taught a few moves then yeah.

A studio full of natural light for perfect videos and pictures. Amazing classes and teachers. The classes focus on learning the technique very well and strengthening the body to advance in levels. Flexibility classes are a must and they are soooo good. Aerial Hammock and aerial hoop classes are also available here and it is open level as the instructor works with different groups at their own level. I am giving 3 stars based on a very unfortunate circumstance and the response received on behalf of Milan. I had purchased a package after trying a class. I ended up re-injuring my spine I already had surgery on few years prior a couple days after my try out class. It never got better over the course of 2 weeks. I had reached out explaining the unfortunate circumstance for the refund of the package after 14 days as I could not walk, and recommended by my doctor at time not to partake. Silva responded with freezing my membership and see me when I get better. However, I never got better and ended up having a spinal fusion on L3,L4,L5. Reached back out asking for refund twice offering my surgeons letter of never to participate in a sport such as only to be ignored. its sad because this seemed like a great studio, but the response to such a severe injury to refuse a refund and ignore me is just not acceptable.

This studio is so cool! I've been taking classes here and the energy is elevated. The studio in itself is clean, beautiful organized. The ladies taking classes are all lovely and it feels great and very safe to dance here. It is also a place I feel comfortable unleashing my inner Goddess! Overall I highly recommend taking dance classes, the pole really helps us unlock all the sensuality that is natural to our feminine essence!

Located in the trendy area of Wynwood. Beautiful studio, great instructors and excellent classes. It is very easy to book a class with their APP (MPDS). If you are visiting Miami and you love Pole, this is definitely the place to go.

I love MPDS! I have been poling for 8 years and came to spend the winter in Miami from NYC and MPDS has been such a welcoming home. When I asked my NYC friends where to go in Miami, they said MPDS without a doubt, and I understand why. The teachers at MPDS are the best in miami and they're all super badass. I feel challenged when I come to MPDS as an advanced student and the instruction and the space are top notch. Another big thing I want to mention - when I came originally to Miami I didn't know anyone . Silvia, the teachers and the students have been nothing but sooooo genuinely nice to me, welcoming, and inclusive, I truly feel like I have friends here. I love the community aspect to the studio, it's so special and something you definitely don't get in a big city like NYC.

This studio is absolutely amazing. I really found a community there that I didn't even know I needed. Silvia and all the instructors are such kind and welcoming people. The classes are also amazing. There's beginner, intermediate, and advance class. As well so pole, lyra (hoop), and hammock (silks). I've been able to level up my pole tricks and been inverting so much better thanks to this studio.

I’ve been attending classes at this studio for a little over a year now and I am absolutely addicted. Silvia, the studio owner has such a bright and welcoming personality and is very helpful if you have any questions or concerns about the studio. Every single instructor is professional and helpful and always pushes you to be your best version of yourself!!
I really do think you are paying for quality when you go to this studio and it is completely worth it to me!
There are other pole studios that are closer to where I live but I don’t mind driving a bit further to call this place my pole home.
I’d definitely give this studio a chance if you’re thinking about it!

I've been to Milan Pole Dance Studio Miami many times and can tell you the studio is clean, elegant, comfortable, and the owner and instructors are welcoming and charming. The studio is always the right temperature and the sound system is fantastic. The 14' high 43mm poles and lyra are polished stainless steel, & hammock/silks and the lighting is warm ambiance. The studio is on the 4th floor of the Wynwood Lofts Building and has gorgeous views of the neighborhood and it's art filled streets. They offer a variety of beginner and advanced classes (group & private) for pole dance & gym, lyra, hammock/silks, flexibility, and sexy dance. They host bachelorette & private parties too! Milan is the absolute best! The instructors are all very talented, patient with their students, and explain things well when teaching. The students are super nice, they’ll spot you and help you learn. It’s such a supportive and safe environment at Milan! There’s a strong sense of female empowerment and sister bond in there. They also have lots of thick cushion crash pads you can choose to put under the pole to protect you. They offer various classes such as pole, hammock (aerial silks), lyra, and flexibility. If you’re interested in trying all their classes, I highly recommend doing the unlimited one month Offer package for new students because it’s the cheapest and best deal they have!

They have lululemon yoga mats in the studio for you to use during warm ups and flexibility classes. There’s also a bathroom with a shower. Since the studio is on the 4th floor of a building in the heart of wynwood, you catch a beautiful sunset glazing over Miami during evening classes.

I just started going to Milan Pole Dance Studio-Miami about 5 weeks ago now, with no previous pole dance experience, and no flexibility whatsoever. I travelled to Miami and trained here for a 4-day summer pole camp and had so much fun! The instructors were of outstanding experience and talent, but were good at teaching and adapting to every student’s levels, and helped us progress from wherever point we were in our pole journey. The staff is so welcoming and even though I came in alone and knowing no one, I felt a great sense of community from this studio. Sylvia was really helpful at recommending classes when I got started. You will see all levels here and will experience good vibes only no matter what class you take. Thanks to MPDS I was introduced to hammock and exotic - it’s been an an amazing journey to say the least.

The intro classes are great for beginners, and before you know it you will be ready for pole gym 1-2. Make sure to wear shorts for pole gym classes - you’ll need them to grip the pole properly. Hammock is great for all levels and is great conditioning for pole. Wear long sleeves and pants to avoid hammock burns. Exotic is technically all levels, but I would NOT recommend it for beginners. The routines are more advanced. Heels and knee pads are recommended.

Love love love Silvia and the whole Milan Pole Dance Studio. This is truly a special place! I had been doing pole for over a year before I found this studio and wish I had started there earlier! The studio itself is gorgeous and immaculate. The teachers are insanely talented and really push you to your best- I've seen incredible improvement since starting there. They also offer hammock, hoop, and other fun aerial classes.

I also LOVE the fact that they have a ton of guest instructors and camps featuring professionals from
around the world - this really sets them apart from other studios, aside from everything else.

Whether you've been practicing aerial arts for years or are brand new to the practice, this is the studio to go. I cannot recommend it enough. It's a truly welcoming environment.

For the avid/international poler... The studio is outfitted with 14 40mm Lupit poles, 4 aerial Lyra, and 4 aerial hammock. The bathroom is super clean, cute and chic with bubble vanity light bulbs. There are almost always fresh flowers, and the 4th floor loft space has HIGH CEILINGS (lol I’m a tall girl) and big windows with lots of light! The classes are AMAZING! My practice has totally leveled up since I started training here.

Milan Pole Dance Studio is amazing on so many levels! The facility is bright, Wynwood hip and artistic, clean, and inviting. The owner, Silvia, is one of the kindest, most enjoyable and professional women I have met here in Miami. It is not at all surprising that her entire staff of trainers is talented, encouraging, and dedicated as well. I am a single mother of two children and I make time every week to come here. I meet women of All levels, body shapes and sizes in class who happen to be as caring with each other as the staff.
A great place attracts great people. It is easy to walk in, feel included and start spinning! I’m in my 40’s and never saw a pole in my life. Now I’m achieving beautiful feats of dance fitness and having so much fun. Wish I started this years ago. I recommend Milan Pole Dance to everyone I meet.

What a beautiful and bright studio! I trained at Milan Pole Dance for a week while attending a pole retreat in Miami and had an incredible time. The studio is located in a really cool and energetic part of the Wynwood area. The first thing I noticed inside the studio were the large windows, which let in an incredible amount of light and make for a particularly energizing training experience. I loved working with the Lupit poles and having space to explore movement. And though it is located right in the mix of Wynwood, the building and the studio itself are nice and quiet, providing a bit of a retreat from the outside world. The owner Silvia is incredibly warm, welcoming and lovely! I can’t wait to visit MPD Miami again.

I had the opportunity to spend a week during the Black Girls Pole 2017 retreat at Milan Pole Dance Studio in Miami. The owner Silvia was a total gem! She was friendly and accommodating which made for a wonderful welcome to my Miami Pole experience. The poles in the studio are nice and tall, there is plenty of natural light that filters in during the daytime and the location of the studio itself is amid the the very cool and art-filled Wynwood area.

Despite my busy schedule, I managed to fit in the Sexy Stiletto and Flow class with Carinne Tator last Thursday before the end of the BGP retreat and I loved every sultry moment of it! I would highly recommend Milan Pole Dance Studio to anyone in or traveling to the Miami area! I look forward to going back whenever I am in town again.

I was in town for a pole dance retreat, which was hosted at MPDS and they were so very welcoming to us. Silvia is an absolute doll, and such a kind-hearted and considerate host. I was visiting the town for the Black Girls Pole Retreat and this was the host studio. I loved the space. The ceilings are high which I love and the window has a nice view. I also was able to take a stretch class offered by the studio and I LOVED it. I think Carmina was the teacher and she was fabulous. I have at least 3 new stretches to take home with me and I loved how engaging she was especially since I was new to the studio. Also the owner Silvia is great. She is so helpful and very understanding of our needs especially since I was visiting from our of town. Love love love this studio and This will definitely be the studio I visit when I'm in Miami.

We had an event at the Milan Pole Dance Studio and it was so much fun! Silvia and her team are very professional and all of the details were squared away beforehand. As for the event, the only problem was that I wish it was longer because it was so fun. Svetlana was our professional teacher and her moves were amazing. I've coordinated several parties and have taken a couple of regular classes and I cannot say enough good things about Milan Pole Dance studio. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and the instructors are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for pole dancing. I keep going back!

I took my first pole dance class last week and I loved it! The studio is amazing! Not only are the teachers there talented and beautiful, but they are so warm and friendly and it's clear that they truly love pole dancing. The minute you walk in, you feel like part of the family already. I am definitely taking another class here again 😃

I have been going to Milan for a little less than a year, and I have had a pretty good experience. The staff is very welcoming and they have a variety of classes. I originally started with pole classes but now focus mostly on the flexy classes- there are not many places in miami that focus on stretching and splits. Unlike other studios, Milan is very welcoming to men as well- I have been to other studios and they either do not allow men or have made me feel uncomfortable. Milan is very open to everyone and instructors generally give specialized attention when needed. It can be pricey, but its totally worth it.

Love this studio! The atmosphere is very friendly and encouraging, and the studio is beautiful. The instructors are extremely helpful; whether you are a beginner just starting out or an experienced pole dancer, they will help you improve. Regardless of your pole experience, this studio has a class for everyone. Everyone is friendly and supportive of each other- come try a class and find out for yourself! :)

I visited Milan Pole Dance Studio during my trip to Miami and I loved it! The studio is a stunning loft in the art district, poles are over 4m tall and they have 4 hoops. All the staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the instructors I met were highly qualified. I felt very welcomed and immediately part of their community. I will definitely go back during my next trip to Miami. The place to be!!

This studio is amazing. From the location in hip Wynwood, the open studio to the fabulous instructors. I immediately felt like I was part of the family there. They are encouraging and helpful because if you are just starting out.....pole is hard! But its so much fun at the same time that you just get addicted to becoming better. Its a classy studio to get your sexy (and workout) on! Highly recommend anyone at any level of talent to go visit!

This place is the best pole and lyra school in Miami. Great instructors, extremely professional and qualified.The owner is simply the best, she's extremely helpful in suggest the class and the level that is better for you.
