Just became a member last week! I spoke with Alain over the phone and answered all of my questions. My first impression was a clean and spacious gym that's not overcrowded with a variety of machines.

I've done 2 classes so far, upper body and Yoga. Both were great with enthusiastic instructors who take the time to help and assist if needed.

A great bonus is the view while working out. The gym overlooks a park and the Bay.

UPDATE: 1 star deducted because I didnt have the most pleasant experience AFTER purchasing a memebership. While I was trying to check in for a class this morning one of the employees at the front desk insisted that i needed to pay for the class because he wasnt aware that it was included in my recently purchased memebership. His attitude about it really put me in a bad mood, seemed he had a mission to prove me wrong though in the end I was proven to be right. This interaction really sucked because I was in a good mood prior to entering the gym. Luckily I was able to channel that negative energy and put it all into my workout!

Checked it out. They make you buy a day pass, no courtesy 1day tryout like every other gym in Miami, but okay, it's a business. Then I go in, and the gym is fairly small, well equipped for the size, but it's tight - that still wasn't my problem. They have these group classes on the main gym floor (no side room) and the trainer informed me (with an attitude) that all the machines marked with a cone, like 6 or 7 of them, could not be used by [paying] members that aren't in the class. Absolutely ridiculous. This gym is too constrained as it is to be blocking off a bunch of machines. Needless to say, I did not sign up for a membership.

Great gym! As a 30+ year bodybuilder, this gym is great. Machine selection is spot on, clean facilities and I love the Cuban coffee shot every afternoon that is free to all. I was visiting from LA and the staff was also kind enough to let know how to pay for parking on the street so I didn't get a ticket. Will definitely come back to this gym everytime I am in Miami.

Well, after the first day at Miami Strong gym I am here to leave my honest review! I only can tell you how much I regret not to knowing this place a year ago! The place is super clean, the staff is nice, the equipments are new and very well maintained, no single dust on the floors and guess what! they have air diffusers with nice smell in every corner! I am super impressed! The smoothy bar, a balcony with ocean breeze are the cherry on the top of the cake. Thanks Miami Strong Gym! I have been going to gyms for 14 years and this is definitely the best so far. This is not your typical gym, you can see the care taken in selecting the machines. The staff is fantastic, everyone is very kind and helpful.
In the 7 months I have been going to this gym I have never found it dirty, it has always been impeccably clean and smells great, including the bathrooms!
I am very happy to be a member of this gym and I highly recommend it

Bad business. I just moved here. I was able to prove to them that I just signed a lease. Trying to find out whether I should sign up for here or Anatomy. They would not give me a complementary day pass to try it out before committing. They also told me they have no cold plunge and a small two person sauna. So for those reasons I chose Anatomy .

Beautiful, new, clean and modern gym with great and innovative equipment. Especially during COVID, it has become very important to have a sanitary and spacious gym to workout in and Miami Strong fits the bill perfectly. I have never been to more clean gym in Miami. Miami Strong is the BEST gym in Brickell, Edge Water, and Wyndoow area. The staff and specially personal trainers are some of the best in the industry. The gym is clean, machines are perfect and well maintained, classes are fun, and the park right in front of they gym adds something special..
