Kaci and the Mighty Girl Fitness team are amazing. I'm new to the area and wanted to find the perfect trainer to help me get a jump start on my dreaded New Year's Resolution '21 fitness goals.

I always start strong, but over time, I get unmotivated and return to my old habits. Kaci set me up with a series of 30-minute workouts three times a week, and I'm surprised at my progress!!!!

At my age (over 40), it's a relief to be in a supportive and hygienic personal training environment that doesn't use the "macho" approach: too many heavy-weights, too long of a workout, too much stress, etc.

Kaci supports me in my health journey, pushing me to my best without being pushy! I would highly recommend this Baldwin Park Gem!

Mighty Girls has been a wonderful, intimate, fitness studio in which to keep fit during the pandemic. Kaci and her team offer Zoom classes as well as small, in person classes. The on site location is clean, brightly lit and FUN! I tend to take the fitness classes, including HITT, Belly/Buns/Guns (my favorite) and strength training, but they also offer yoga, a hiphop fitness class, and pilates. They have several specials running right now for the holidays. Highly recommend this studio!

As a resident of Baldwin Park and an avid fitness enthusiast, I love learning about the available workout options in the area. I was therefore taken aback by the unprofessionalism of one of the non-employee affiliates of the owner. She approached me, unmasked, in an unprofessional manner at the public park. Though I understand the business is likely desperate for members during this pandemic, it made me feel very uncomfortable. I imagine there are many other marketing tactics that would serve this business well. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.
